(Levy POV)

"SOLID SCRIPT: FIRE!" I shouted as the spell manifested, catching the attacking mages in front of me to catch on fire. I looked around, though we were still outnumbered I had faith that Freed would destroy that barrier soon and the rest of Fairy Tail would join us in this fight. I took my chance to survey the battle and what was going on. 

Most of the dragons didn't stray from the people that rode with them, but they did spread out amongst the Celestial troops. Cobra and Kinana stayed closer to the back of the forces, they were watching our backs to make sure that none of the dark mages tried to sneak behind us. Behind them was Sagittarius and his archers, they were supporting us from the back and some of the Sagitta would even run into the battle to heal some of the injured celestials. Yukino was on the opposite side of the from Gajeel and I, she had Libra and Pisces with her. Sting was watching her back and Rouge was fighting in front of her. The large ship, the Argo Navis I was told, was drifting on the starry river around that area. Fighting near us was Gray and Juvia, the water mage was never one to stray far from her beloved and their magic was very compatible so they were a strong fighting force. Aquarius and Cancer were fighting near Juvia, probably because they were all able to use water magic and they were taking advantage of each other's abilities to make the other stronger. Fighting in front of me was a teenager fighting with two rapiers and when I heard him talk his voice made me think that he was an old man. At the front of the fighting force was Aries, she was focused on protecting Lucy, as well as a rather feral looking white dog, I didn't know enough about dogs to identify the species from where I was. Natsu and Lucy were fighting together, Natsu plowing through the enemies in a fiery charge while Lucy would use her whip to take care of anyone how tried to attack from the rear. Near them was Laxus and the Strauss siblings, Elfman was in his beast soul and Mirajane was in her Satan Soul. Laxus would use a short burst of lightning to paralyze the enemy and the two siblings would take care of the others. If I were to guess, Laxus was saving his magic just in case Ivan had something up his sleeve. Erza was using her new dragon form; she hadn't moved further than when she first transformed to protect Jellal who was being healed by Ophiuchus. She was taking most of the hits as we had learned that the power of that scale piecing weapon was diminished by a powerful protection enchantment. I looked around further where I saw Taurus, Leo, and Virgo fighting at the frontline and the distinctive magic that Kagura fighting at the furthest side of the battle. I couldn't see the rest of the Zodiac but I now had a good idea where everyone was. 

As the battle continued it looked like our side was winning, I should have known that some like Ivan wouldn't have gone down that easily. 

(Wendy POV)

I watched as Ivan and his mages were readying various magic devices, he ordered for the cannon looking ones to be taken to where the red dragon and the ship in the sky. 

I was scared, really scared.

Romeo was holding me tight trying to protect me, but he was exhausted by whatever magic was used to capture us. Some of the mages who were guarding the cages would reach between the bars and try to pull my hair and feathers, laughing when I jumped at the contact. Romeo tried to pull me closer to the center of the cage when it happened, but the cage itself was too small to keep mages from touching me. I looked over at Obra, who had regained consciousness, he had a strange collar on him. It matched the collars that they had the older dragons wear when they didn't want them to their magic when feeding them. We discovered it had an added side effect of making it impossible to change into our human form. I got a better look at the monkey turn dragon.

At first, he looked like a very scaly Vulcan but after getting a closer look, I saw that there were some key differences between the two. To start with, Obra was brown instead of green or white, he was also slimmer than an average Vulcan. He didn't have the narrow face that Vulcans usually have either, his head looked almost human shaped. Obra looked like a slim Vulcan lizardman hybrid, he didn't have the single horn on the top of his head instead he had a leaf crown and thin black mane going down his back. The only thing missing was a pair of wings, with wasn't unusual with hybrids but it was uncommon. When Lucy became Natsu's mate, and it was obvious that I was going to be joining Natsu's pack, my mom wanted me to know everything I could about the medical needs of dragon hybrids. She didn't tell me how hybrids are created, outside of "they are what happens when a dragon and a being of a separate species love each other very much" and "I will tell you when you are older" but I was well versed in everything else I need to know. 

I closed my eyes and started to recite what I knew about dragon hybrids to help calm myself down. 

'Some dragon hybrids are born without dragon wings for two reasons. The first reason is because the species doesn't need the wings of a dragon, either having their own, being able fly via magic, or are strong enough to mimic flying. The second reason is because the genetics of the non-dragon species are too strong for the wings to appear.' I recited in my head. 'Outside of transformation magic, it is hard for full blooded dragons to learn magic outside of their element. For example, Natsu can theoretically use all magic that branch from fire and lightning magic and potentially fire dragon god relating powers, however it will be hard for him to something like earth or water magic. It isn't impossible but it is still hard for him to use castor type magic that isn't related to fire or lightning magic. Hybrids, however, have much more freedom, there are still some restrictions but a fire dragon hybrid can use water castor type magic if they wanted to.' 

I had started to calm down some, I opened my eyes and looked around again at Obra and then at the battle. I was still scared but I was calmer now, I looked to my left where I saw two dark mages approach us. They replaced the mages guarding the cages before, and Ivan had gone closer to the front of the battlefield. 

"How are you doing kids?" Obra asked us, his voice was raspy and he had a tired smile on his face. "Sorry for getting you into this mess." He grimaced in pain and then started to cough. 

"I have a question for you little sky dragon, not that I am complaining or anything, but why did you save me?" the hybrid asked me, "All you did was give him more leverage to keep you prisoner here, and I am the one that kidnapped you guys in the first place." 

"You were doing your job as a spy for Zeref, you even tried to protect me when you hid my guild mark." Romeo told him 

"Besides, you tried to help us in the end, you didn't want to hurt us," I continued, Obra looked down and smiled another tired smile. 

"Yeah, I did, too bad it didn't help much in the long run, you kids are still locked in your cages, and I can't do any of my illusions with this collar on me," he told us. 

"Why don't we fix that, piri piri," a strange voice told us and the three of us turned to the new guards holding a ring of keys. 

'Piri piri?'

Wait, are they...?

"Gemini?" I asked and the two men smiled, Obra looked at us in confusion.

"Who?" he asked us. 

"Gemini, Constellation of the Twins, and one of the Twelve Zodiacs, at your service" they told us allowing their true faces to appear while putting a peace sign over their eyes. Which was strange because the two men that Zodiacs had turned into were on the older side.

"What the fuck," Obra uttered in confusion. 

"Well do you want out or not?" they asked us. 

"Yes, get Obra out first, he can use illusion magic," Romeo told them. 

"I can't use it right now, not unless those freaky old men have the key to this collar," Obra told them, his black mane standing on end, and his whipping around revealing a barded spike at the end of it. 

"Yes, we do," Gemini replied in unison, holding said key. 

"Oh, then never mind," he told them, one of the twins, looked at his tail. 

"Is that poisonous?" the man asked with a girly voice, so this was Mini. 

"Yeah, Mom was an illusion dragon, they used illusions to distract the prey before stabbing them in an artery with their tail, if the blood loss didn't kill them, the poison definite did, why?" 

"You are going to need that to escape," Gemi told them while motioning him to get closer to the bars as he unlocked the collar. Mini held onto it to make sure it didn't make any noise when it fell. 

"Cast an illusion, to make it seem like we are guarding the cages and you are still in here," Mini told him. Obra created a mist like effect and then it disappeared.

"It's done," he told them and the two spirits started opening the cages and removing the collars. I went over to Obra to see if I could heal him anymore but he stopped me. "Sorry kid, but I can't have you using anymore magic right now, I had to use air as a medium of my illusion, and I can't have to taking any of it right now." 

"But you are still hurt," I told him but he shook his head.

"I will be fine, kid, don't worry, once this is over with, you can heal me all you want, and then I can go and have a-" he stopped abruptly and then looked at Romeo and I then continued "-A nice drink with some ladies back home." 

"Hold on," Gemi told us, before turning into a bird and flying off into the battle, after a minute then he came back then turned to his previous form. "There is a goat over there in the distance can you make him look like some of the mages here," he pointed into the distance and we saw Capricorn. 

"Turn goatman into a man, if he can manage to not get hit then yeah, I am not strong enough right now to make a stronger illusion while maintaining this one," he told us. 

"Don't worry, he had an idea that would be the case, just cast it," Gemi told him and the mist had returned and then it when into the dust created by the moving mages and then it covered Capricorn and then he disappeared into the crowd only to appear by us five minutes later and becoming part of the illusion that was covering our current location. 

"Are you ready to go baaack Ms. Wendy and Mr. Romeo?" the sea goat asked us, holding on to Obra who had transformed into his smaller monkey form. 

"Yes," we told them and we turned to head to the others. 

CRASH!!! 

We turned over to see something had pierced the ship in the sky with chains and was trying to pull it to the ground.

"No, the Argo Navis," we heard Gemini, who had changed back into their original forms and we started to run along the side of the battlefield to hurry back to the other, to where Natsu and Lucy were said to be. 

ROAARRR!!!

We looked over to see that chains were wrapping around the red dragon pulling them to the ground. 

"What the hell is going on?!" Obra shouted as the Argo Navis had fell to the ground.

Hey, I am back with another cliffhanger, sorry for the wait, I had a bit of a writer's block for this scene, I hope I liked it as much as I did. 

I will be getting the next update out as soon as I can.
