(Laxus POV)

"I'm home," I told the guild, and for the first time in Fairy Tail history the guild was silent, I was worried that they didn't recognize me.

"Laxus, is that really you?" I heard Gramps ask under his breath, I nodded my head and I was knocked to the ground by a hug from the small, old man. "You came home, what took you so long?"

"So, you are Laxus," Erza asked me, it was more of a statement than a question.

"Yes," I told her, and she looked at me inquisitively.

"You don't look like you do in Reedus's pictures," she told me, suspiciously.

"Well, being a dragon for ten, and being constantly attacked for seven of those years, can really change a person," I told her, almost growling at her for the well-deserved suspicion that was in her voice.

"We can't stay for long," Lucy told us, "We need to get the new den built." I pulled Gramps off me, and started towards Lucy.

"I will visit," I told the old man, "Besides, what is the point of being in a guild if you don't ever go to it."

"You want to join?" I heard someone ask me I followed the voice to a white-haired woman, she had blue eyes and her hair reached her back.  I smelled the woman from where I was and she smelled of alcohol and flowers.

'She couldn't be,' I thought to myself in disbelief, 'My luck can't be that good,' then I saw her eyes glow orange, and I knew that my eyes were glowing too.

"Well, are you going to answer her, MAN?" someone asked and I was pulled out of my trance, and looked at the large white-haired man who spoke.

"I joined the night before I was taken by that bastard of a father," I told the white-haired woman, lifting up my shirt, showing her the guild mark to prove it.

"Mirajane, hello, Earthland to Mirajane," I heard someone ask the white-haired woman, Mirajane huh, what a nice name.

"Oh sorry, I guess I spaced out," Mirajane told the person, another white-haired person, she was a young woman.

(Lucy POV)

I watched as Natsu twitched around, and sent a side glare at the ice mage.

I was worried about Natsu, I don't know how long he could stand still without picking a fight with said ice mage that he has declared as his 'mortal enemy'.

"COME ON, LAXUS, COBRA!" I shouted, grabbing Natsu by the scarf, "WE NEED TO GET GOING!"

"Coming, coming," Laxus answered, walking towards me, Cobra following him, his tail wrapped around Kinana and dragging her with him.

"Why are you leaving so soon?" I heard Levy ask me.

"We need to get our new den ready," I told her.

"Why is Laxus listening to you?" Makarov asked me, curious at Laxus apparent compliance to my orders. If that man was as headstrong as a child as he was now, I would be curious as well, if he was following someone else's orders. The lightning dragon was a natural leader in his own right and the only reason that Laxus wasn't leading his own pack right now was because he was new to the clan and an artificial dragon. Igneel might not care if he has artificial dragons in his clan, but letting one lead a pack was just asking for trouble from both inside the clan and out. Laxus knows this and he acknowledges it, knowing that if Natsu, Gajeel or I can't lead that we trust him to lead the younger dragons and Cobra.

"Because I am the mate of the leader, I am a higher rank than Laxus, so he has to listen to me," I told the old man.

(Levy POV)

"Where is Gajeel?" I asked Lucy, and she turned around to look at me with an irritated look on her face.

"That idiot and his father were fighting and they messed up their metal plates, and that idiot twisted his wing blades to the point that he can't fly, so I had him walk to the place of the new den, where I will, very painfully, fix them," she told me, with a strange glint in her eyes, the kind that the master gets when he is making someone play in his punishment games.

"Oh, so will we see you again?" I asked her, suddenly feeling bad for Gajeel.

"Yes, after we get the den set up, and dealing with the resident dragon here, we will come back here," she told me, ignoring the fact that she mentions that there was a dragon living near Magnolia.

"Okay, see you soon then," I told her, with a wave, then she and the rest of them flew in the direction of the East Forest, the place where Porlyusica lives I hope that they are done soon.

"Hey, where are the Exceeds?" I heard Romeo ask me, coming back from his dad's house.

"You just missed them, they left with the dragons," I told him, and he looked disappointed that he missed them.

"Did we miss the dragons?" I heard Kagura and Yukino asked, the two had left for a short mission earlier this morning.

"Yes, and you won't believe it," I told them, "You know Master's missing grandson."

They nodded their heads, having had heard about Laxus before.

"Well, that lightning dragon, the artificial one, well he's the Master's grandson," I told them, shocking the three of them.

"Really, I can't believe that I missed that," Romeo exclaimed.

"Neither can I, I wanted to meet that girl, Lucy," Yukino told him.

"Well, they did say that they are coming back, after they finish their den," I told them and they cheered, well Kagura didn't but Romeo and Yukino did.

(Gajeel POV)

'Can't believe that bunny girl made me do this,' I thought as I trudged through the forest carrying the building supplies for the new den, then one of my twisted wing blades hit a tree.

"OWWW, THAT FUCKING HURT!!!" I roared, shit I hope that Wendy didn't hear that, bunny girl would kill me for saying that with Wendy nearby.

Time Skip

(Lucy POV)

"OWW OWW OWW!!! WOULD YOU STOP THAT, THAT FUCKING HURTS!!!!!" Gajeel shouted, as I pulled harder on the twisted blade.

"Don't cuss, I don't want Wendy saying any of those words," I told him pulling on the blade, even harder than before.

"Be careful, Metalbrain, she might actually kill you if Wendy repeats any of those words," Natsu told him after pulling his hands down after heating one of Gajeel's wing blades.

"I won't kill him, just maim him, we need him alive," I told my mate, correcting him, and Gajeel gulped.

(Sting POV)

"How is the construction of the new den coming along," Rouge asked me.

"Good," I told him looking at the construction, it was a small collection of nests, they all were made of stone and dirt, "But I don't know about Lucy's and Natsu's nest, though."

"They said that they are going to make theirs themselves, and we should do the same," Rouge told me.

"Yeah, that might be for the best, so what are these, the guest rooms," I asked him, ignoring the roars of pain and agony that belonged to Gajeel.

"Probably," Rouge told me.

"Did they say anything about where we are going to put our own nest?" I asked.

"Lucy said we can dig a burrow for all she cares, but it has to be big enough for us when we grow up and room for our mates," he told me.

"Is there a reason she is being so grouchy; she seems to get irritated faster than usual?" I asked my cousin.

"I don't know," Rouge told me, looking at me with a neutral look, as usual.

"So, I take a clearing, and you find a cave," I asked, and he nodded his head, then the pained roars stopped.

"Has anyone seen Wendy?" We heard someone ask and we turned to see Lucy standing behind us with what we hoped wasn't a piece of Gajeel's wings.

"Don't know," Rouge told her.

"Did you watch her?" Lucy asked us.

"I assumed Carla was watching her," I told her.

"Carla is making her home with the rest of the Exceeds," Lucy told us, and we started to be filled with dread, "DON'T TELL ME YOU LOST HER!"

"Got to go, nests to build, things to do, bye," I shouted and fled from the scene, Rouge on my tail.

(Wendy POV)

I was walking around the forest, in my human form, trying to find a nice, windy place for my nest, like a cliff or a tall tree, but then I realized that I was lost.

"Hello, can someone tell me where I am?" I whimpered, my blue wings wrapping around my shoulders. I heard rustling, I turned to the sound, "Hello?"

"Woman?" I heard, oh no, I took a step back and saw the green ape come out of the shadows. I turned to run away, but I tripped on a rock, and landed on my face. I got up as fast as I could, but it wasn't fast enough. The Vulcan grabbed me by the waist and I struggled to free myself, being too scared to just turn back into a dragon and scare the thing away. I was in the ape's clutches, terrified, when suddenly there was a burst of purple fire and the Vulcan dropped me.

"LEAVE HER ALONE!" I heard someone shout, I turned to see...
