My pretty Princess is ill again
She has another bout
Of that nasty tonsillitis
It's time they took the buggers out

There will be no tonsil tennis
When we're embroiled in a passionate kiss
Although they fight infection
I don't think they're something she will miss

Another friend who had them out
Said the simple procedure stings
But she also said it was worth the pain
While flaunting her tonsil earrings
