She struggled to stand
as her legs shivered so bad.
She willed herself to try again
with tears streaming down and excruciating pain she felt said it all what had happened in wee hours of the night
She stood up slowly steadying herself
Took baby steps holding the tree
It was so dark just like her heart with such dark emotions & grief beyond words
All she wanted was to find her way
And may be the moon heard her silent pleas
As moonlight shone bright stepping out of the clouds
To help her find her way away from darkness .
