---Shehry's POV---

****SEVERAL DAYS LATER*****

You know normally people would hang out together once a proposal is fixed, espically when the parents even  know about it. 

However, this girl just keeps ignoring me. I have no idea why. 

"Do you think she became a bit shy around you know?" Hussain questioned reading my thoughts.

"I don't know yaar. She's not the type of person. She was around us all when we were dating," I said.

"True," he said.

"I don't even see her on campus anymore," I said. 

"Really? I see her all the time," he said. 

"What? Where?" I asked. 

He explained it to me and I realized it's where I would take her to talk to her away from everyone. 

Great! The one area I should have checked first. 

"I'm gonna go and talk to her. You know, if she's there," I said. 

"Go for it," he said and I left.

Sure enough she was there, sitting by herself lost in her thoughts.

"Hey," I said sitting next to her.

"Hi," she said.

"What's up?" I asked.

"Not much," she said.

"Then why do you keep ignoring me?" I asked. 

"I mean I understand, if you want to wait until we're married to be around me again. You can tell me," I said. 

I don't know why I said that, because it made tears start falling from her eyes. 

"Hey, what happen? Did I say something wrong?" I asked. 

"No," she said.

"Then?" I asked. 

"Shehry, I'm not marrying you," she said. 

"What? Why?" I asked. 

"It's Sanya. She's marrying you. That is who they agreed to," she said.

"NO! You can't be serious!" I said. 

"I'm serious Shehry," she said. "That's why I've started to stay away from you guys. I'm trying to get used to it."

"Babe, we have to clear this mix-up," I said. 

"I wish we could Shehry, but they've already started the shopping and everything," she said. 

"But I love you not her!" I said.

"I know and I know there's nothing I can do about it," she said.

"Then I'll do something about it," I said. 

I heard her calling my name, but there was no way I was going to spend my life with the person I don't even like.
