-Trisha's POV---

It's Friday! WWWOOOOO!!!

I can't wait to be done with the week. It's time for the weekend and a month of school down.

Party! No but seriously, now is when everything gets serious. Now, that a month has gone by my proffesors are starting to get stricter. Which means more tests, homework and quizzes.

The day was over and I waited for Sanya as usual. An hour passed by and she didn't show up. I decided to text her. Half an hour passed after that and she didn't respond.

"Hey, you're still here?" Atif questioned.

"Ya, I'm waiting on Sanya," I said.

"She left," he said.

"WHAT?!" I asked shocked.

"Ya, we saw her leaving," he said.

"That's crazy! She didn't tell me," I said.

"Do you need a ride?" He asked.

"No, I'll manage," I said.

"Sure?" He asked.

"Yep," I said.

"Okay. Bye," he said and left.

I went home and was looking for everyone.

"Hey, I'm sorry I left you. Mom needed me after what happen," Sanya said.

"It's okay. What happen?" I asked. "Where is mom?"

"She's at the hospital," she said.

"Where's dad?"I asked.

"He's in the hospital," she said.

"WHAT?! WHY?!" I asked.

She went on and told me everything.

"Can we go? Please," I said.

"I don't think so," she said.

"Why not?" I asked.

"You won't be able to see him in the state he is in," she said.

"Sanya, we have to go," I said.

"Try to understand," She said.

"I don't want to understand anything," I said and ran out of the door.

Screw her! I'll go to the hospital by myself! I'm old enough to go by myself.

After what felt like forever I arrived.

I went and asked for my dad. I ran to the emergency area and that's exactly where he was.

I found my mom and went to her.

"Tum yaha kasa?" She asked.

"What happen? Why are you all avoiding me finding out?"I asked.

"You won't be able to see him in this condition," she said.

"I don't care,"I said.

"Trisha!" She yelled but not too loud.

I mean it's a hospital after all. 

I decided to just go and ask the doctor when he was alone, since my mom and sister were avoiding telling me everything. 

I finally noticed him alone and lied to my mom by telling her I'm going home.

"Okay," she said. 

I went and talked to the doctor. I told him who I was. 

"And so can you at least tell me what happen?" I asked. 

I was on the verge of screaming, if he had says no. I am going to scream at him. 

"Of course," he said.

"Basically, your father was in an accident. A horrible one at that. His car was hit from the front and the back as well. Someone ran a red light, according to testimony given at to the the police. We are trying our best to save him, but there was also a truck involved which makes it harder. I believe if we showed you his car then you would see that saving him is possible," he said. 

Saving him is impossible? Did he just say that?

"Please! Please save him!" I said as tears started going down my cheek. 

"We will try," he said and left. 

Why can't people just wait a few seconds? I'm going to kill that person who did that to him! 

How can life change so fast? It was perfect this morning.
