Mary POV

"Flynn!" I yelled as I woke to pains in my stomach. I could feel wetness on my bed and I wasn't sure if it was my water breaking or blood. Both I did not want at the moment. I was sweating and trying to do those stuff breathing motions that I learned at those classes. The lights turned on and Flynn was finally by my side. My best friend.

"Okay lets get you up hun." His soothing voice rolled over me and that seemed to calm me down a little bit. I was happy that I had someone like him for me. "Come on love we have to get you to Scars pack so that you can deliver these babies."

Helping me up, I screamed once more. Tears coming from my eyes. Pups always was the toughest to deliver. My wolf was screaming at me to let her take over, but I promised her once we got to the clinic she could. Flynn grabbed my bag and helped me to the car.

Thankfully I was able to push my seat back and try to relax. Breathing in and out Flynn hurried to get in the car. Making sure he didn't forget anything. Once sure of himself I could feel the car moving. Thankfully these past two months we were able to get everything done for these beautiful babies in my stomach. Flynn asked me to be his best friend and I was in tears I as I answered yes. His face beamed with happiness and pride. I couldn't believe I have someone as amazing as him. 

"Okay we're here, now let your wolf take over so I could carry you to the clinic." I nodded as I let my wolf take over. Feeling my bones cracking and coming into my beautiful wolf. I sat back in our mind and cuddled close to my wolf. She licked my face as she turned her attention to the doctors that were around us. Growling at them she curled into herself. Waiting for her pups to come.

Relaxing even more as the pain was lifted from me. I don't know how much time passed by but I knew that we were closed to giving birth. "Mary? Mary can you hear me?" My attention passed over to Flynn who was currently petting my head. My wolf gave a purr at the petting and relaxed into his lap. She was currently in pain but she was bearing with it.

"Okay guys," The doctor began as he rubbed our bulging stomach. "Your pups will come out as wolves, and then they'll shift to humans in a couple months." I nodded my head, already knowing this seeing as we learned this in school.

My wolf gave a whimper as she could feel herself beginning to push. "Okay here we go. Push for me." Pushing with all her might, the first pup came sliding out first. The nurse scooping the pup up wrapping them in a towel. "Its a boy." I smiled at my first born. My wolf wasn't very much concerned with the gender, more about pushing out yet another pup. "Okay here comes the second one, give me a good push." Pushing once more, she whimpered as another pup came out. The second nurse came over with a towel and picked this pup up. "Another boy." I was excited for my little girl to come next. 

Flynn whispered comforting words in my wolf ear as she tried to push the pain away. Letting some come onto me. So that we both bared the pain together. "Okay push for me." Pushing yet again, the first came back with another clean towel and picked this pup up. "Another boy." I was surprised seeing as I was supposed to have a girl. "It looks like you have another pup in there Mary." My wolf whimpered at the unbearable pain that came with these pups. 

"I know it hurts love, but think about your beautiful pups that are waiting for you. You can do it Mary." My wolf let me have control as I did the last push. I pushed with all my might until I heard yet another the small cries of a pup. "Girl." I let my body fall on Flynn as my eyes slowly close. I could feel the shift go from wolf to human. A blanket was laid over my body as Flynn ran his fingers through my hair.

"My... My pups." I said softly. "Give me my pups." I said as my voice cracked. Four tiny pups were placed close to me. I let my fingers run over all of them. Tears trickling from my eyes as I felt love bloom from my heart. They were all a gorgeous white with black sparkling in different places. I imprinted their scents to my mind. Knowing that I could never forget them.

Pointing at my first born his name slipped from my mouth with easily. "Eliseo." No last name like me. I dropped my last name after leaving that horrible pack. Pointing to my second born. "Noah." Flynn smiled at the name. "Flynn." I said the name for my third born and I could hear Flynn choke. "My name?" He questioned and I nodded at him with a smile on my face. I was absolutely sure about that name. "And my little girl name will be Mia." I said while placing kisses on all of their heads. 

"They're so beautiful." I said as I couldn't take my eyes off the little pups that have been growing in my stomach for so long but were know right in front of me. "Just like their mother." I smiled as a yawn escaped my mouth. "Looks like child labor took a lot out of you. Time for you to get some sleep." I glared at him but couldn't help my eyes began to close. "Watch them while I sleep." I felt his hand stop for a second before words that insured I would would be sleeping floated into the room.
