3 weeks later...

"O MY GOD IS THIS HER?" I smiled at the red head. She was Nala's mate and her name was Scarlett. Yeah, I know pretty ironic since she has red hair and her name is Scarlett. She was freaking gorgeous and her personality totally fits Nala's.

I waved at her and then rested my hands on my tummy. My baby was growing and I was going next week to see what the gender of the baby was. I hoped I have a girl but even if it's a boy, I'll still love it unconditionally.

I was 23 weeks pregnant and I was totally ready to see what the gender was. Flynn had been helping with finding me an apartment because I couldn't live with him forever. I smiled as Scarlett brought Nala in for a kiss and awed when Nala was tipped.

I turned to already find a tissue in Flynn's hand. I took it and wiped my eyes. I didn't even noticed that I was crying. I guess they were too darn adorable and plus my hormones were acting up. I turned and began to wobble into the kitchen. I found some pickles and peanut butter. I know it sounds nasty but it tasted like heaven in my mouth. I went over to the island and sat in one of the chairs.

"Ewww you nasty man." Flynn complained as he walked into the room. He always did this when my weird cravings decided to make an appearance especially when he was around.

"Oh shut up. This tastes so good. You never know you might like it if you try it." I emphasised the last sentence. He simply made a gagging face and opened the fridge. "Scarlett seems to make Nala happy. I'm happy she has her mate..." I trailed off and Flynn simply held his head down.

I wanted to ask him the question. Who was his mate, but I wouldn't do that because I didn't want, cause him any pain with the past. Flynn wants to help everyone but he doesn't want any for himself. That's what's so great about him because he's so damn selfless.

"How about we go shopping today." I said trying to lighten the mood. It's said that when pregnant you should be happy and as positive as you can get so that when your child is born and grows up they'll be happy and positive too.

Flynn seeming to catch on to what I was doing nodded and smiled. "I think that would be a great idea. We can go shop for some baby clothes." I smiled and slid off the chair. Flynn was instantly by my side and I wanted to roll my eyes. I hate that I always needed help with everything. I just have a feeling that it's going to go as far as him wanting to help me in the bathroom.

"Wanda..." I said attentively. I haven't heard anything from her ever since we left Jason's territory. She had just been sitting in the back of my head ignoring me. I could tell she was upset, but she was just going to have to get over it. I did what I thought was best for our pup and that was leaving my mate behind.

No answer

"Wanda I know you're mad at me but you have to understand that our pup wasn't safe there. I had to do what was best for our pup." I'm trying to make her see from my perspective.

No answer

I simply gave up. She was so damn stubborn. Did she ever think of what would have happen if our pup grew up there. How he or she would be teased and tormented. Did she ever think that after I gave birth to our pup and get pregnant with Jason what would happen to our pup. No, she didn't because all she's thinking about herself and that stupid mate bond.

I was not going to allow my child to grow up like I did. If she or he couldn't grow in a loving pack then we won't be in a damn pack. All our pup need was me, Flynn, and Nala. Wanda was going to need to get with the damn program.

Coming back to reality I saw that Flynn was waving his hand in front of my face. "Lady you back yet." I smiled at him. "Yeah...Just having a difficult time with my wolf." I stopped to rub my temple hoping to ease the headache coming on.

"We don't have to go shopping." He said and I shook my head. "Nah let's go, it'll help get my mind off things." I said and he nodded. He took my hand and started to guide me back into the front room. I smiled as I saw Scarlett and Nala cuddled up together.

"Who's ready to go shopping." I asked smiling.
