Nala's POV

Smiling I skipped through the forest happy to have gotten a present for Mary. It was some red lilies and I just knew they would make her smile. My smile faltered as the thought of my poor lily being sad. I could never let that happen especially after what the stupid pack did to her.

I had to protect my Mary at all costs no matter what I have to do. I love her so much but sadly my love goes way father than Marys does. I sometimes wish we were human because than we had the privilege to choose who we want to be with. I don't want no boy for a mate! I would rather have my beautiful Mary.

The smile took over my face yet again as I see the pack house. Hopefully we could sneak out so that I could show her the cave I discovered. I was pulled from my thoughts as I heard a small noise from behind me.

I turned to see my pack mates or should I even call those evil dogs that. I put my hand with the flowers behind my back. They couldn't know I was taking this to Mary or they would punish the both of us and I can't have my Mary getting more hurt.

I would take her pain any day. I looked up to see Nick and his followers Chris and Jack. I despised Nick with everything in me. He broke the siblings bond between himself and Mary. He put my baby through that and I couldn't even help her.

I wish I could just snap his fucking neck. I instead plastered a smile on my face and bowed my head. "Nick what can I do for you." I said as I pulled my head back up and looked at him. "Oh just wondering if you've seen my sister lately."

i froze in my spot not knowing what to say. I couldn't just say 'hey I've actually have been seeing your sister and nothing you say or do will change that.' Might as well toss me in with the sharks. I shook my head no and I heard him suck his teeth.

"Oh you haven't now?" He said as he began to walk towards me. I shook my head still not admitting that I have indeed been seeing her. "Now why are you lying to me Nala?" He asked me as he began to circle me like a predator and I was the prey.

I simply shook my head again. I would never admit it to anyone hell I barley admit it to myself, but I'm secretly afraid of Nick. He is of course the alphas soon. "Hey Chris do you think she's lying?" He asked and I heard Chris make a noise that indicated he agreed.

"I'm not lying." My voice broke at the end and I cursed myself silently wishing that it didn't. "Oh." His voice trailed off as his minions began to move closer. I backed up but was soon stopped by a hard chest. I looked up to be met with cold dark eyes. I looked around me but they were so close I wasn't able to find any way to escape.

"Please I-." I was cut off by Jack. "Oh now that little bitch is begging now. Hey Chris didn't you say you wanted to lose your virginity." My eyes widened at his suggestion and began to shake my head back and forth. I was only 13 and I didn't want too lose it to some dog like himself.

"Yeah your right I do want to lose my virginity. I hear girls like experienced boys and who's not the best choice at helping out. Right Nala." By then I had tears leaking out my eyes. I hope they weren't going to do what I think it was. I don't think I could take that. "Oh don't cry Nala it will be pleasurable for me and that's all the matters." Chris said as he petted my hair. I pulled back getting a sick feeling when he touches me.

"How about this. I'll make a deal with you." Nick voice came into the mix and I looked at him. I would do anything just to keep my virginity. I will not lose it to someone I do not love or even like.

"You leave and never come back or... well I leave that to your imagination." He said with a slight laugh that seemed to rattle up my spine. I couldn't leave Mary behind especially knowing what those rat bastard's would do to her. "I... I can't accept that deal." I choked out and I heard they laugh.

I will do anything to protect my Mary.

They finally left leaving me a crying puddle. I can't believe I've lost my virginity. My mama always told me a blank slate is always best for your mate. I never agreed with her but I never said anything about it letting her talk in her drunken slurs.

I don't know what to do. How can I go back to the pack like this. To face Nick and his minions everyday knowing what those sick filled grins are about. Having to hear my mother always asking how I could do this to her and how I could dishonour the family like this while she drowns her sorrows in liquor.

I sat up but screamed at the intense pain that seemed to spread throughout my entire body. Every thing hurted and I didn't feel like moving at all but knew I had to if I wanted to get anywhere. I already spent the hour thinking about what I was going to do.

I decided that I was going to leave. I can't be here for my Mary and I felt as though I felled her. I can't look her in the eyes without seeing what her brother did to me. I just couldn't do it and I know people would call me a coward but so what. What would they do if they were in my shoes. Having to see there rapists everyday.

I just couldn't do it. Finally getting the strength to stand up I began to walk forward not knowing where I was going to go or what I was going to do. I just knew I had to keep on walking to get away from the dangerous situation I was currently in.

I felt something in my hand and I looked down. I slowly opened my hand to see that it was the red lilies I was going to give to Mary. Tears welled up in my eyes just thinking about Mary. I almost turned around.
