Yellow tossed and turned in her sleep. A voice kept whispering in her head, saying:

"This world doesn't need you. You can join us. We could use your special powers and strength."

It was tempting to say yes. But she resisted the urge.

"You would be able to rule the world. Everyone would fear you and your power."

She shot awake. She was shaking. Her mind was clouded with dark thoughts.

"I- I have to..." Her voice was very distant. Her eyes faded. She quickly packed a bag and went out.

Red woke up with little air flow. He hissed weakly before the air restarted. There was a knock on the main door. He whimpered quietly as he listened. Vee was opening the door. Green's voice echoed through the air.

"Hey Vee. Where's Red? Is he here?"

Pika answered him. Red heard the bedroom door open from downstairs. His air froze as he heard feet coming up. He grabbed at his chest. The air turned back on as soon as Green was in the main room. Red quieted his breathing so that it wouldn't be suspicious. Unfortunately, it was.

"Hey Red. You good? I heard you came back late last night. You said that you wouldn't be back until tomorrow. What happened?" Red simply turned over. "Can I come up?"

"Only if you want to be headless." Red mumbled softly.

Green snickered before climbing the ladder to Red's bed. Red looked away as Green looked him over.

"Man you look terrible. What did you do?"

"It's none of your-"

His air decided to stop in mid sentence. He hesitated, trying not to concern Green too much. That wasn't the case.

"Red?" Green whispered, concerned about his friend. Red shallowly gulped as his air turned back on.

"I-I'm ok..." He sat up and looked at Green. "Just some minor difficul-"

"Red... you stopped breathing for a moment there. That's not something minor. You should go see someone about it."

"I was going to go see Yellow today. Since I didn't see her yesterday, it should work out..."

"I take you there. I don't entirely trust you with your condition."

"Ok..." The two boys went out and started walking to Viridian City. "Oh... and Green?"

"Yeah?"

"Thanks for helping me out."
