Appearance: Wears an intricately designed silver mask in the style of The Phantom of the Opera. It covers everything except his left eye, which is green. His face is burned underneath. Parker is 5'8 and weighs 152 pounds. He wears a short-sleeved skull shirt with the arms frayed underneath a sleeveless black studded leather jacket. He wears black jeans and tennis shoes.

SPECIALIZATION REVIEW

Powers: He is able to slow down time around him while maintaining his current speed.

Limitations to Powers: He can only do this for three of his own seconds, and it is only his body that is affected, meaning his guns do not fire at accelerated speeds.

Any Skills?: He is skilled with guns and prefers one in each hand. He's also decent at hand to hand.

Weaponry, if Available: Two CZ P-09 Duty 9mm handguns.

PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE

Personality: Parker is rather loud and excitable. He isn't one for overly serious activities and enjoys the more exciting parts of his job. However, he occasionally falls into phases of moroseness and becomes much less happy. These usually pass quickly.

Strengths: He is a morale boost and is motivated to do well in fights for more than just survival reasons.

Weaknesses: He becomes almost numb in his phases and can otherwise not grasp the gravity of a situation right away. He will also react violently to attempts to remove his mask due to the shame of his face, regardless if they're friend or foe.

Any Mental Illnesses?: PTSD, mainly. He can't sleep without a pillow to hold because of it.

Backstory: Parker was originally Subject 6 at age 15. He was involved in a car crash and only managed to escape because his powers kicked in. He scrambled out of the car, then remembered his family was still in the car. In his attempt to save them, time sped up to its normal speed again and he was burned severely. This resulted in his disfigured face, which he hid as he went around stealing food and other essentials with his powers, which alerted P.I.C.A. He was captured and was fairly inconsolable until his mask was made. After that, he was offered to be an agent in order to keep him from needing to use his powers to steal, and he accepted.  

Other: He never got skin grafting because he hates surgery.
