STEP ONE. Open a blank and white image as your background. I didnt take a screenshot cause it's pretty self explanatory really

STEP TWO. Add your png. Flip it upside down and turn the saturation all the way down. Place at the top of the cover. Merge.

STEP THREE. Add a photo of another faceclaim. For best results you want to use an image that isn't too bright. Place over the png and place on screen. You shouldn't have to use the eraser, but feel free to use if you need to. Save it.

STEP FOUR. Add title and filter
