( paint splatter )

*before we get into this, I made a mistake while making this tutorial so I did something backwards. I'll get more into it when it comes though*

STEP ONE. Go to the draw option of Pics Art and make the background a grey color.

STEP TWO. In a new layer, add your PNG. Use the eraser I have below and erase the bottom of the png. (Please note that the eraser part isnt always necessary. It's a just in case type of thing). I'd suggest having whatever clothing they are wearing match in color to the paint splatter image that you are going to use.

STEP THREE. In a new layer add a paint splatter texture to the bottom of the png.

STEP FOUR. Now this is where I messed up. I had saved it and added my title before I realized I forgot to add flowers across the eyes. So in this step you'll see the title, but just know that was a mistake. You should add flowers across the face in this step, that way you dont have to go back and do it later like I did. Save after this.

STEP FIVE. Add your title and filter

So, I would suggest you dont do a png where their skin shows like I did in this one. You want the paint splatter and png to kinda blend more.
