IBIS PAINT X TUTORIAL
( how to edit your words )
So today I'll be showing you how to add images to your titles using Ibis. While I know this is possible to do in Superimpose and Pics Art, those apps would require erasing outside the letters. In ibis there is no erasing involved so you can't mess it up. It's super easy. Plus you can save the title as a png so you can go back to superimpose or whatever you use and place the title on it fairly easy!
The point is, ibis helps out a lot with cover making and I suggest getting it! Cause it is free, plus you can get all brushes by watching ads. And there are unlimited ads, so that's great.
Anyway, I have 2 tutorials really. Technically 3, but the third one is just showing you how to save as a png. Let's start with the first one.
HOW TO ADD AN EXISTING IMAGE !
STEP ONE. Add your title to a blank background

STEP TWO. When you're in the layers section you'll press the camera on it in order to add an image from your gallery. From there, pick the image you want. Adjust the image to overlap all of your title.

STEP THREE. Now press the 'clipping' option. This will clip the image to the title ONLY. As you can see in the second screenshot I was able to change the bg color and the image inside the title stayed the same.

And that's all for that one!
HOW TO CREATE YOUR OWN GRADIENT !
STEP ONE. Same as the step one above. Add your title.
STEP TWO. Create a new layer above the text layer

STEP THREE. Choose your brush (I did digital pen but I will say that the watercolor brush can also give a very cool effect) and the colors you want. Draw your lines or circles or however you want it to look.

STEP FOUR. Clip that layer to the text layer

STEP FIVE. On the colored layer, go to filter, blur and find frosted glass (normal). Adjust it to whatever you want, but I wouldn't go too crazy. I'd suggest something similar to the parameters I have.

STEP SIX. Use your smudge tool (I used airbrush (triangle)) and start smudging the colors together. You can do up and down a bit, left to right, right to left, diagonal, or whatever else.

And that's all for that one!
HOW TO SAVE AS A PNG !
STEP ONE. When you complete your title, you'll go to layers. Press one of the transparent background options. It really doesn't matter which one you pick cause they are both transparent anyway.

STEP TWO (P1). Press the back arrow like you are going back to your gallery. You'll see three options. Choose save as transparent PNG. Make sure your press transparent png! Then it will be in your gallery as a png!

OR
STEP TWO (P2). If you maybe don't see those or you forgot to press it and accidentally go to you gallery again, dont worry cause you can do it from there as well. Press the three dots at the bottom to save it. Press save photo (transparent png)

YOU HAVE TI MAKE SURE YOUR INAGE HAS THE TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND OPTION THOUGH! IT CANNOT BE AN IMAGE OR A COLOR OR IT WILL NOT SAVE AS A PNG!
( NOTES )
So I think that is all for this tutorial.
Now imma rewatch the new Day6 MV cause it was fucking adorable and I cannot get over it.
Also, more tutorials are coming soon! So keep a look out for those!
