I'm having a huge issue. I can't decide between following my heart and following my head.

The boy in the picture above has my heart completely. Only problem is when he tried to convince me for an hour he left the same he then read a text from my ex friend saying that she had a crush on him. He sat there for half hour bot deciding who he wanted.

So I tried to do the right thing and told him to give her a shot. She had gotten out of a messy break up three weeks before this. But I instantly regretted saying that.

This happened on the 18th of this month. And I'm still trying to figure out what I should do. It's been killing me from the inside fighting against my heart. But how do I know which one will hurt less.

I've has gone with what my heart and head says. Both now their both on different paths and I'm stuck in between not knowing if I should risk my heart for a second time or keep fighting against this burning desire to fight for him back.
