Taehyung's ear could hear the leaves swinging along the gusts of wind, wanting to detach from the tree and lay beside the Empress where the omega was pretending to focus on the food. The Alpha has always restrained from exposing himself to nature so openly but right now, standing bare in the middle of the river he found himself guarded by a pair of beautiful eyes. His own eyes remain closed but he could feel the sharp gaze of the omega revolving around his body and digging a hole at the centre of his chest.

Under those guarding eyes, the Royal Alpha felt safe. So he doesn't feel an ounce of remorse when his wet fingers glide his hair behind his forehead and let his arm stretch above his head before they find a place to lay at the back of the rock.

The heat of the water ran through the Alpha's body, massaging his sore muscles and melting his skin right at the edge of that rock. It happened so unconsciously when the Alpha's lips parted and a deep sigh of relief wafted into the air surrounding the silent water. Loud enough to get caught by the perked up ears of the omega, slanted eyes followed that sound and halted to stare at the ethereal aura that the river has created around the Alpha. In between the thick curtains of that steam, Jungkook’s eyes pierced through to look at his mate more closely.

Behind that thick rock where the Alpha was resting, a lushful blossom was blooming at the ridge of the mountain. Every once in a while the gushes of wind splatter some precious petals over the water as if appreciating the river for nourishing the tree.

Mayhaps that was the reason when he couldn't notice the sudden jerk in those plush lips that spread into a mere smile although he clearly heard the voice that says, “ Perhaps something is burning.”

What burnt actually wasn't the piece of meat on the stone griddle but the omega’s shame and pride that he churned away by turning back to his previous position. Jungkook wiped off the whole griddle and started with a fresh batch of meaty chunks. He didn't reply to the Alpha and let his words hang in between the smoky steam as if the fog was capable of hiding his flaring cheeks from the Alpha.

The same Alpha who swam towards the shore and stopped just behind the omega, his arms rested upon the green grass as he leaned across the deep edge of the river. The Alpha's body was hidden into the river up to his armpits, his fingers mapped over the green grass as if the Alpha was trying to comfort the grass or maybe… maybe pushing away the jitters of his own nerves. He placed his chin over those overlapped hands as he stared at the back of the omega before asking, “Are you returning to the Western Land?”

By pure instincts, Jungkook's fingers clutched the tongs tightly when he heard the Alpha's voice from behind. So close. He opened his mouth to converse but all of his voices got consumed by his thumping heart and ringing ears. His open hairs came forward to cradle his face but ending up hovering above his lips that he had to remove as he replied to Alpha from above his shoulder, “I'll have to. Yesterday… there was a small attack from strays.”

The information disturbed the fine lines on the Alpha's forehead as he shifted his arms and let his elbow dig into the grass before raising his tilted face to place over his open palms, “Attack?”

Jungkook turned back towards the griddle once again and nodded his head softly. After collecting all the pieces of cooked meat into the bowl, he placed a large piece on the griddle and covered it with a husky lid to let it cook slowly. He moved the food closer to the shore and sat at a respectful distance from it. He started to mix the pieces into steamed rice and spinach curry and parted portions to the different sides. The omega collected a bite in his fingers before extending his hand towards the Alpha.

However, the Alpha remained unaware of that offering because his gaze was still glued to the omega's face. Finally. Behind that glowing face the Sun sneaked into the foggy clouds, leaving all illumination of light in those two orbs which were twinkling right in front of the Alpha. When the aroma of fresh curry rested under his nose, Taehyung blinked and accepted the bite but only after bowing his head in gratitude.

When Jungkook saw the Alpha had started to chew the bite, he decided to share the complete incident,“Around the evening my wolf noticed the smell of a few wild boars inside the territory of Western Land. When we took them down, their whole herd emerged. Intoxicated with the same wormwood, they had lost the sanity of direction or it could be possible that someone intentionally navigated them towards the western Land.”

He prepared another bite and fed the awaiting mouth of the Alpha before continuing,"Getting rid of them was easier because mindless strength is as good as a floating feather in air but it wasn't the whole purpose of their arrival. Yoongi Hyung was deployed at the front Gates of Western Land and when we reached there, he also had a few black wolves laying around him.”

The enthusiasm on the colour of the wolves was enough to disclose the locality of those intruders and the Alpha didn't let this detail slip out of his mind, “But why must they intrude on the territory like this when we are a few days away from war?” He asked.

“They were clearly trying to save someone. Their visit didn't look like intruding but more of sneaking to secure the loose ends they left behind their failed plan.” The Empress replied.

“How so?”

“I ordered for Gyuri’s execution. She is dead now.” Jungkook didn't want to but his treacherous eyes lifted up to watch how the news of that omega's death would settle down over his mate. The disturbed lines on his forehead crossed and made his eyebrows furrowed when the Alpha replied with a single word, “Who?”

The Empress blinked once and twice to stop the bubbling of merriness in his heart, the omega who made his whole identity swirl around his mate who exclaimed to be the one who deserved every fibre of attention from his mate couldn't even get his name remembered by his mate.

Alas!

Jungkook offered another bite to the Alpha and explained, “The omega who was responsible for tricking the wormwood in festival drinks. She and her friend along with her mother were house arrested for three days.”

“Lady Pyuhani’s daughter?” Taehyung confirmed because if his mind is out of the foggy clouds of rut, The Empress didn't want to kill those omegas in front of all Western Land. So what could have happened in such a short moment of time that he made the decision of her death.

“Yes. They accepted that they were directly linked to Strays and this attack must have been performed by their well-wishers to protect them.” Jungkook finished his conversation but the Alpha was staring at his face as if expecting him to elaborate more. However, the Empress chose to not stretch the topic that could throw insults on those who are already dead. But as if his mate could let him convey a half hidden news, he bit his lips in timidness when he heard the Alpha's next question, “You are hiding something. What is it?”

Jungkook stopped his wandering hand at the corner of the plate and replied, “When she accepted her crimes, she started to acclaim her love towards you. The comparison comes afterwards where she pointed out the lack of me and my attributes. I found them petty, so petty that I understood the old saying as how half knowledge about someone and something could be dangerous and that's exactly what happened to her.”

Jungkook had never felt so jealous in his life. No. He didn't feel like that because Gyuri loved his mate, oh, how could he even hate someone who wants to shower love on his Alpha. However, he wanted to destroy that face who wanted to love his mate like his own. The Royal Alpha is someone who couldn't be owned, moreover like someone else's mate. When he already has a mate, a mate who has acclaimed his mark on him, who is his husband and his state’s Empress.

Their talks became longer and so did the offerings of bites that Taehyung accepted with an empty mouth. The Royal Alpha wondered why his chest blooms and spreads hollow with each detail given by the omega about the murderous assassination.

The world knows that he never felt happiness at someone's demise or at someone's possessiveness but the way the omega's black orbs hide beneath those thick eyelashes to restrain them from turning into slits at the mere mention of the deceased omega pleases his wild animal.

His eyes moved down and observed the Empress who was sitting while holding his knees one side and the pair of toes facing the other side. With a gracious effort those toes were hidden behind the violet lapels of hanfu.

“I circulated a rumour that this attack has harmed us quite a lot.” Jungkook said and moved to collect the other piece of meat that he had left on the griddle. The Alpha raised his brows at the omega's intellect and nodded impressively, “It could be fruitful in many ways.”

“Yes.”

The Empress exclaimed excitedly as he repositioned himself, “If they take the bait, they will attack immediately and their haphazardness will become the reason for their defeat.” He mashed another batch of rice and spinach curry into the meat and scooped the bite while conveying another news, “Oh? The bridges have also been completed. The soldiers have tried their best to copy your techniques with wood.”

The Royal Alpha closed his eyes while chewing the bite and smouldered into the taste of the food that he could help but complimented, “It's delicious.”

The reaction from the omega was immediate, the widening smile as he murmured the gratitude towards the Royal Omega who sent all these ingredients in the first place. Much to the Alpha's remorse and the omega's mercy, he finished the entire meal and watched the soothing face of the omega who held an untold pride over his shoulders while denoting his departure to the Western Land.

The sudden farewell tugged at the worst corner of the Royal Alpha so he stretched his hand and grabbed whatever his finger could clutch onto. The omega halted in his steps when the skirt of his hanfu felt a pull from behind.

“Riding a horse with open hairs isn't wise, your Grace. Mostly this cold weather can haul a sickness over these moist red tresses.”

Jungkook looked at the Alpha from above his shoulder and then looked down at his soiled hands with big round eyes until he heard a suggestive May I? from behind.

Instead of turning back fully, he took reverse steps till the pull on his skirt vanished into nothing. He folded his knees and sat on the shore once again. However, this time his back was facing the Royal Alpha. In order to reach the scalp of the omega, Taehyung had to stand on the nearby stone and stretch his body till the water barely splashed over the junction of his hips and waist.

His hands picked up the tresses from both sides and regretted the decision when he got thrown out by the flourishing scent of sweet pines. Unable to stop his concise mind, he hovered his body over the shore till he breathed the pines right into his lungs.

The sharp inhale behind him alerted Jungkook, fisting his hands he waited for another noise stiffly to know if everything was fine. All of his stiffness melts when the fingers glide over his scalp, making his neck tilt towards the touch more and more. He realised soon that the Alpha wasn't making any ordinary braid that often has three equal partitions. No. Because he could feel six different kinds of pulls so he waited while supporting a blissful smile on his face as the Alpha has chosen a style that's going to take a while to accomplish.

“Would you be coming back later?” The Alpha didn't want to ask, didn't want to disturb the peace between the air but the diminishing braid ignited the tremendous courage inside him. Moreover, nowadays all of his organs are losing control against the threads this omega has created around his heart. In proof, the blood rushed to his brain when he noticed the light nod that the omega gave him in response.

He bit off one of his bracelets around his wrist and tied the braid at the end, while whispering with a soaring heart, “I will be waiting for you.”

The omega heard the whisper clearly and the words messed up the colour of his face so vividly that he couldn't even risk nodding again. So he bunches his skirt in his soiled hands and makes a run out for their hanok, leaving everything behind along with a very flustered Royal Alpha.

Taehyung dived into the river and relaxed his straining muscles till his body started to turn prune. Swimming to the shore, he grabbed the discarded towel of the omega and wrapped it around himself. He picked up their old clothes and started to walk back to their empty hanok. The tethering sound at the back of the hanok stopped him at the staircase, he moved swiftly on his feet and followed the sound when it suddenly stopped. He focused on his slow breathing and heard soft thumps against the ground.

His lips twitched at the sneaky animal who couldn't run away from him as it got caught by its cotton tail. He suspended the small rabbit upside down and levelled him to his eyes before frowning, “What are you doing here?”

The rabbit screeched, reverse attacked with his paws, snarled with his big front teeth, even reached for the intruder's face but when the expressions of the Alpha didn't budge an inch he sprawled and acted like a dead meat.

Taehyung sniffed the air around the rabbit and hissed, “How come you are wafting scent of pines?”

The rabbit opened his wide eyes, the shocked expressions turned frightening, reflecting the fear of getting caught. Taehyung crossed the staircase of the hanok and plumped into the nest while swinging the rabbit in his hands like a cotton ball, “Last warning Scooper, why are you jumping around my mate in a rabbit form?”

The warmth of their nest engulfed the Alpha's body entirely, the empty space around his arms taunted his heart that he had to manipulate into calmness. When the creature didn't answer his questions, he stretched its limbs to the fullest and moulded its soft body into a pillow under his neck, “If no noise then you have no choice but to pay for your deeds. You will sleep under my neck till the last thread of pines leaves this furry body?”

~

As soon as Jungkook reached the Western Land, he was welcomed by the aroma of fresh blossoms showering the ground along with the baked breads for breakfast. Kenji waved towards Artax who staggered towards the man without any neighs. The soldiers greeted the Empress while devouring the lavish feast laid in front of them.

The Royal Highness spotted the omega and made a small run to him, “You are here! Have you received the goods I sent for you? Are you feeling alright? How was Taehyung? Have you found him well?”

His voice was rushed as if he knew he wouldn't get any answer before the omega would be embraced in a hug by Yoongi, “You haven't sent a single whereabouts of yours! I was worried, Jungkook.” Jimin smiled widely and patted the Empress’s head before leaving the duo to serve the food to the last batch of soldiers, “Yoonie, take him to the chambers. We will join you soon with breakfast.”

Now sitting around a lavish kotatsu, Jungkook sighed while sipping over small gulps of warm water. He noticed the intense gaze of his brother and smiled, “Do I have something on my face? What happened, Hyung?”

Yoongi merely shook his head and discarded his shoes before joining the warm blanket under the table, “You look different. I mean in good health is what I was going to say.”

“Isn't that how I'm supposed to be?” Jungkook asked a little confused with his hyung’s sudden apprehension, “Does something happen in my absence?”

“No. It's just… I was worried that if His Majesty hurt you, it wouldn't be his fault certainly but I had my fears.” Yoongi expressed while feeling relieved that his suppressive thoughts weren't the truth of the hour.

“He didn't hurt me. He was_” his face flushed and Yoongi’s alarmed eyes flourished several colours on his cheek when he heard the small word,"_ gentle.”

Jungkook sipped his warm water while his brother coughed into his fist and said, “That's how it should be. The premises remain peaceful in your absence. Nothing to get worried about with an empty stomach.”

“What about hyungnim? When I left for Chinra mountain, he wanted to talk to both of you. Did everything go well?” Jungkook eyed his brother and found him nodding slowly.

“We talked. Cleared the previous boundaries and shared new ones. He… His Highness apologised and now it's our turn to make him realise that our love combined will never make him feel less of his own. It's a task to prove that the time we decide to nurture upon him doesn't affect the time of our duties.” The red haired Beta confessed and remembered the conversations they had while buried under the layers of blankets in their chamber.

“It's a relief that hyungnim decided to give a chance to himself.”

“And what about His Majesty’s chance? Has he got forgiven for his mistakes?”

Jungkook's hands curled around the thick boundaries of the blanket when he replied without any hesitation, “His ways of showing and sharing his pain won over all the apologies he asked for. His constant care, he made me the central part of his undivided attention. How long may I uproot myself from his care? So I forgive him.”

“Me too.”

“What?”

Understanding swirls in those brown eyes as he recalled that dark night when he felt his chest burst for the first time, when he had yelled at His Highness, “I forgave His Majesty too.”

“I didn't understand,” Jungkook titled his head as he placed the warm bowl on the table.

“One of those nights when you were closed off inside your chamber, His Majesty came to visit me in my cabin,” Yoongi decided to brush past some details and continued, “At first I thought he came to argue and show his distaste as how I misbehaved with His Highness but then he apologized. He expressed the sorrow he felt while making you see the truth of his past and how the guilt of your eyes matched the last identity he remembered of Hwan.”

He looked at his brother so that he could convey the sheer shock he felt that night, “He bowed in front of me, Jungkook.”

The wide eyes of the omega moistened as he looked down at the steam flowing above the warm bowl and heard along, “Mayhaps you can imagine my surprise but that night… His sincerity calmed my anger. I realised that If the Emperor of Europe can accept his wrongdoing so gracefully then how divine he would be when he would let this devotion flow towards his mate? The answer came afterwards when instead of forcing you for your closeness, he gave you the space to heal and waited for his forgiveness patiently.”

Jungkook bit the corner of his lip and blinked his eyes to focus back on his brother, “Was it the same night when he asked you to take my place for the negotiations with Strays?”

Yoongi's eyes blinked and his heart made a flip as he straightened his back and leaned over the table, “He told you? What? He promised!”

“Who told me?”

“He! Wait- what? You, You tricked me?”

“I just threw a guess on the table and you caught it perfectly in your arms. Please, Hyung? Why are you hiding it from me?”

“Because it's embarrassing.” Yoongi deadpanned and slugged his shoulders on the table while hiding his head under his arms.

“Why?”

One day Jungkook will become so understanding that he won't let such curiosity run inside his brain but today is not that day so he ran his thoughts flawlessly, “Did he force you?”

The red haired Beta just grumbled under his makeshift cave and didn't give any reply. Jungkook looked at the door and anticipated the arrival of others so he decided to burden his Hyung with more pleas, “I just wanted to know why would you agree to wear something that you don't like just because His Majesty asked you?”

“He caught me nesting in my cabin.”

That lowest mumbling was heard by Jungkook but he had to move towards the person so he could clarify the words again. Yoongi brushed his palms on his face as he pushed himself up and stared at the table, “I was feeling terrible that time so I slept with whatever comfort I found around me. When His Majesty visited the cabin, certainly he may have knocked at my door but under the furious thoughts I forgot to hide all the clothes. And when the clouds of fury dissipated and we talked, he walked out of the door. But my mind became hyper aware and I stopped him while requesting to not tell anyone what he may have seen inside.”

The red haired Beta sighed and finally matched his eyes with the omega, “I am a Beta and it's not expectable from a Beta to nest. And none had ever seen me doing that, not even my mates knew about it so I had to ask him.”

His surprised eyes held the gaze of disbelief as Jungkook asked,“And what did he say?”

“He told me that he saw nothing and he would become completely blind if I did him two favours.”

Confusing his mind more than before Jungkook doesn't understand a thing and his confused frown made Yoongi smile naturally, “first, He asked me to take your place- No. He didn't say it like that. He asked me if I would enact like His Empress in time being for your security which I agreed to because well… I am your Royal guard and I certainly wanted to hide my embarrassing habit of nesting.”

“Nesting is not embarrassing, Hyung. It's entirely unrelated to the ranks and orders of society. It belongs to the person that seeks comfort in loneliness. And that person could be an omega, a Beta or An Alpha. You have nothing to hide such a thing,” He comforted his brother who still looked a bit embarrassed while talking about these things. But just to get everything off from his hyung's chest, he asked again, “What was the second favour?”

Yoongi looked at the door and heard the faint steps of his mates while murmuring, “He asked what His Empress likes to eat?”

The red haired Beta couldn't see what those words did to the young omega's heart as he was already on his toes to help His Highness placing the palate of food on the table. The Commander placed the jar of warm tea in the middle and helped the maids. So nobody noticed how Jungkook hugged his arms around his waist and got rid of the tremors that urged him to run away towards the hanok. He breathed deeply and rubbed his cheeks to settle down the red fumes a little, he can't be seen this desperate in front of his hyungs.

“Your Empress, I hope you found his Majesty well,” The Commander greeted and joined the kotatsu by sitting beside the red haired Beta. The Royal omega joined them lastly, settling beside Jungkook he started to serve him, “Your scent has thickened so I am assuming that you are happy right now.”

Straightening his back, he served Yoongi's plate while replying, “His Majesty is doing better today. But I may visit back in the evening.”

Jimin giggled while pouring tea for the Commander, “Yes, none will keep you occupied in the evening then. You could have spent a day in the Chinra mountain but I'm glad you decided to visit the Western Land.”

The Empress recognised the layers under those words and questioned immediately, “Why? Did they finally catch the bait?”

Jimin chewed the soaked rice while looking at the Commander who sipped his jasmine tea and smiled, “Indeed. We received a letter in the morning. It says that they aren't satisfied with the negotiations and don't confide in Royal governance anymore. They will decide on their own what's better for their people and would break any barrier to achieve their pride back.”

“So they can march Western land anytime?”

“Oh they would dare to try that. One part of the soldiers are deployed on the territories who are surveying their every movement, one bold act and we will perish the Strays.” The Commander took a bite of the salmon and finished his conversation.

“Then it's decided, after the feast we must patrol the borders.” Yoongi said as the sudden excitement on the table sent chills down his spine.

~

The hand of the old man hasn't stopped brushing the long beard ever since his two sons stepped inside his chamber. The elder one was sitting on the floor, a lightning crystal constantly rotating in the air in front of him by the loud enchanting words of power. He is calling someone and that someone's arrival is the only thing they need before they march for the war on Western land.

His younger son held red rimmed eyes, proving the sleepless night he endured just to strategize their plan. The crystal glows more with each passing moment and it spreads the igniting fire of furnace to the ceiling as the men wait with burning excitement in their veins.

“She’s here.”

The old man’s step halted along with his hand as he moved close to his younger son who was sitting beside his brother. The loud chanting comes to an end when the crystal fogged out to create blonde curls, pushing the hushed air out of the open windows. The windows rattled with a strong force when a white body merged out those blonde curls. The feet come first, followed by the hips and waist  till the smoke wafts over the face of the lady in front of them.

The men bowed to the black aura of the lady and raised their heads when they heard the familiar laugh around them, “So the time has finally come where the land of mortals witness the war of evilness.”

“My lady,” Kim Cheol stood up and surged forward to secure the hand of the lady in his palm and place a kiss on the knuckles in sheer gratitude, “None of this could be possible without your markable presence and guidance.”

“Big words, Cheol. Always remember that my soul sucks over the evil energy running inside your heart. And it was the call of fate when our redemption lies in the death of the same empire.” The lady smiled and lured her hand towards the younger brother this time.

The younger did the same and placed a kiss on her knuckles, “Lady Amelia, the entire army is waiting for your order. Your one word and we would lay the bodies of Royals for you to walk upon.”

The smile on the lady’s face hardened at the mention of Royals and the old man came forward to overcome the suffocation of the chamber, “I would urge you to accept our offerings first. There is no haste, they don't even know that we will be marching on Western land for the war.”

Amelia rolled her white eyes, her blonde hairs covering the shoulders got waved off by her hand as she turned towards the throne prepared for her, “And they wouldn't. I can see how busy they are celebrating insignificant things.”

The brothers laughed and went closer to sit by her feet, “Oh and don't forget how those Royals received the boon of offspring as if they will leave this land barely walking on their legs. Am I right, lady Amelia?” Hyejoon jested.

The lady smirked and drank the herbal wine served in her favourite bowl, “Are the people of lunar ready?” She glanced at the old man who sat on the Ottoman beside the throne.

“Yes. They are well instructed and deployed to their desired destination. Goddess forbid my tongue that I'm questioning you but would it really be fruitful to target the Empress of Eclipse to enter the protective spell of Royals?”
The old man asked.

She giggled brightly and spitted the kernel of plum right into the old man's lap. The man clenched his fist over the knees and gulped the disrespect down his throat while keeping his eyes down as the lady spoke, “He is the weakest joist among them.” Her eyes darkened as she continued, “And the newest weakness of that brave Alpha.”

While her tongue slurped over the wine, she elaborated her vision of the war, “What could be weaker than the bond that built over the beam of doubts. That omega's anxious brain will become our weapon for the war.”

“I can't wait to play this game!” Hyejoon buzzed with an exhilarating thought, “He looked so timid when he visited us, oppressing him won't be that difficult.” In a sudden motion, his hairs got pulled by sharp nails as the lady glared at his foolish behaviour, “Moron, you mortals really thought that Royal Alpha of Eclipse had brought his mate in such a stinking mess of Strays?”

Kim Cheol’s eyes burned with anger, “I knew it! Father! I told you that treacherous Alpha knows no respect to deliver the formalities. He brought a forged Empress on our land and dared to speak highly of his values!”

“Whom he brought then?” Hyejoon asked.

“The lesser you know, the more your hunger rises.” Her hands caressed Hyejoon hair and whispered out while lowering down to his eyes level, “How am I looking, young mortal?”

Kim Hyejoon looked at his brother as he licked his lips when such a luring voice entered his ears. His brother raised his brows in interest and Hyejoon replied, “Absolute ravishing, my lady. But I would be glad to serve you anyhow.”

The sweet smile on Amelia’s lips didn't match with the dark hunger in her eyes, “You have taught him enough, Cheol. Haven't you?”

“Yes, My lady. However I'm glad to exclaim that my brother may exceed your demands and my strength simultaneously.”

“Oh I wonder,” She left her breath all over Hyejoon’s face and didn't move her eyes while addressing the old man, “As soon as your son walks out of my bed after satisfying me, depart the first batch to march. And don't forget, red is my favourite colour.”

When both of them disappeared behind the curtains of the chamber, Cheol looked at his father and nodded towards the door.

The old man crushed that kernel in his hand when he stepped out of the chamber, “This desperate slùt doesn't know her limits!” He tugged at his beard and moved his head away sharply, “Even if we won this war, I don't think we would ever get rid of her greed. Do you really trust her?”

“Father, our motives rely on each other. In this land, you won't find any other soul who is as desperate as her to destroy the Royals? Her unfulfilled desire of bearing the crown of Empress of Europe runs through her veins as bubbling lava. Even after centuries, she hasn't forgotten the betrayal of the former Royal Alpha.”

“Oh how can you believe any forthcoming tale she throws towards us? She exclaimed of being the closest to the grandfather of the former Royal Alpha then where is the proof? Where are the monsters that were born with the seed of a witch and a wolf?”

Centuries ago, Amelia, the youngest daughter of the last witch house, the younger sister of Ella fell in eternal love with her sister's mate. The sole reason behind the Lord Royal rejection towards Ella, remained by his side till the youngest Royal Alpha slaughtered the Lord Royal.

After the death of the Lord Royal, she couldn't uphold the designation of the Royal widow because the former Royal Alpha, Kim Namjoon, denied all her relations with the Lord Royal saying a relation without courting ceremony is as good as warming an Alpha's bed in heat. Robbed off her every right, Amelia brewed her evil energies and waited for centuries to manifest the same pain on Royals.

However, Evilness comes with insatiable hunger that she needs to feed her soul with time or the cascade that her spells hold over her body would come off and show her true identity to the world. The raw identity of a witch, a body mass slugging over skeletal frame work.

“It's dubious to think that when you were her red fruit, when you used to serve her desires, I never heard such uncertain thoughts from you. So is it really the concern that you speak out or the smell of jealousy runs through the same in your blood?” Kim Cheol seethes while walking away from his father.

Kim Yonkui clenched his jaw as he watched his son striding away from the chamber. But he remained rooted to the ground and heard the screams of the witch, counted the groans of his son and breathed the aromatic air around him which will soon be converted into the screams of their enemies and rotten smell of their blood.

All hail the moon Goddess.
