Jungkook was sitting in their carriage, his eyes were fixed outside the window, staring at his Alpha who just came out of his chamber and now was walking to his horse. 

Jungkook was admiring him from afar although there are two hurdles between his vision, one is his veil and the second is the glasses of the window but these didn't disturb Jungkook to avert his eyes from his alpha.

(Imagine the hairs are black.)

He watched how his Alpha went to his horse and the horse happily neighed into his neck. This brings a pleasant smile to Jungkook's lips as he looks down, a sudden shyness covering his cheeks. He looked up again and saw his Alpha rubbing his fingers under his horse's ears affectionately.

Jungkook felt a sensation under his ears and wanted nothing but purr at the thought.

He averted his eyes shyly when he saw his Alpha climbed on the horse and marched to the front of the caravan. They were ready to begin their journey to Eclipse, A journey of Jungkook's new life.

Jungkook settled back on his seat comfortably and opened up his book again. 

"Uh uh," He heard someone clear his throat beside him and turned toward it to see Jimin facing him while controlling his laugh.

"What?"

"I thought you would never notice me so I had to announce my presence myself. Does my brother look that enchanting?" Jimin said, obviously teasing the younger.

"Hyung, it's not like that," Jungkook replied, his fingers went to the corners of his book, scratching the tips with his clear nails. 

These sensations and feelings are very new for Jungkook and he wants to take his time to realise all these things himself. Being taken care of, being treated with politeness and gentleness, being looked at with so much respect, Jungkook sometimes thinks he is living in a dream.

A dream where his Alpha comes to rescue him and right now taking him to the fairy world.

Jungkook wanted to laugh at his silly thoughts that he had read in his childhood books. But when he looks around and realizes the love he is receiving he couldn't help but feel grateful.

Jimin saw Jungkook shyly scratching the corners of his book and decided to tease him more.

"Hah, Does that mean Your Alpha is boring?" Jimin gasped, making Jungkook look at him immediately.

"No no, Alpha is not boring at all," Jungkook said quickly but Jimin unheard his words.

"It's okay, I can understand. He speaks so less and his expressions remain the same all the time. He is boring indeed." Jimin said.

"No hyung, you are wrong. I find his features very mesmerizing and his trait to speak less makes me crave for his voice more. I-" He stopped himself when he saw Jimin's wide amused eyes fixed on him.

"Hyung, stop teasing me now." Jungkook slightly whined as he flipped the next page of his book and sighed with red cheeks when he heard Jimin's chuckles.

"But tell me honestly, Didn't you find him weird wearing his strange clothes? Because I do so" 

Jungkook felt a sight jerk and looked outside, their journey to eclipse had started, he saw the soldiers walking beside their carriage with the horses while other people followed them in their wolf forms.

"No, Everything suits Alpha. I don't find those clothes weird but they always spiked my curiosity, like what they are, what they are called, how one should wear them. That's all." Jungkook said calmly and turned to Jimin again.

"Oh? I know their names wanna know?" Jimin said and sat comfortably too.

Jungkook nodded his head because he had always been very curious to know about new things.

"So, today, The upper black robe he is wearing is called a Cloak. And the other things underneath it called a Suit. The Suit is basically a combination of pants and shirt that he wore in his upper and lower region."

"Wait a min…" Jimin furrowed his eyebrows to think about the time Taehyung had introduced him to his new attire. He put pressure on his memories to remember the exact things. 

Jungkook was noting everything in his mind, he was looking at Jimin without blinking, he didn't want to leave any information about his mate.

"Oh Yes!" Jimin jumped on his seat when he remembered everything.

"So specifically, the clothes which Taehyung wear to cover his upper region are called Pants or Trousers. And those which cover his lower parts are known as Shirts. Keep these in your mind, okay?" Jimin said feeling proud of himself that he told Jungkook one more piece of information about his brother.

"Although the designs changed every time, this is what they called basically." 

Jungkook nodded his head with wide doe eyes, the upper one called pants and the lower one called shirts. Noted.

"Wow hyung, You know about everything. Thank you." Jungkook praised Jimin and Jimin smiled widely.

"Commander Hoseok linked me this morning, he said everyone is waiting for their Luna in eclipse and they are getting impatient now. All locals decorated the whole pack and streets to give you the biggest welcome of the history." Jimin said and his light blush didn't go unnoticed by Jungkook.

"I want to meet them too. I know I have never seen them but the connection I am feeling towards them is very pure, it's like Eclipse is attracting me towards them, as the carriage is running on the path of destination this connection is getting stronger." Jungkook explained what he was feeling and it had started right after his courting ceremony.

"It must be your parental instincts toward the pack. You are our Luna now, A mother who can lead their pack's happiness and integrity along with our Alpha." Jimin said.

Mother. This word holds a whole different meaning to Jungkook but he promised himself that he will never become like his own mother. He will treat everyone like an ideal mother should treat their child, with care and love, with discipline and strictness, with strength and respect.

Jungkook nodded his head and looked outside the passing trees," I wish they will accept me by their hearts."

"Oh you just wait, Eclipse is a pack that is known for spreading love. Those people will make their way in your heart in no time." 

"But you remembered the rituals I told you in Lunar right?" Jimin asked, adjusting his hairpin in his sheer black hairs.

"Yes hyung. I remembered all four of them." Jungkook said proudly, he is a very quick learner. 

"Good. Now add one more thing into it." Jimin sighed in relief when his hairs got tucked back nicely and not falling over his eyes anymore.

"What is it? Hyung?" 

"Whenever you are told to sit down during a Pack gathering, you have only one seat to sit upon," Jimin said and smiled at Jungkook.

"Where?"

"On your Alpha's lap."

Jungkook's eyes turned blue as his heart thundered in his chest. He blinked his eyes to turn them black again, sometimes when he got a sudden shock, his wolf came on the surface covered for him immediately.

"W-what?" His ears blazed red and his fingers clutched his veil tightly, his toes turned inward in anticipation.

Woah, I would be able to feel my alpha again. Jungkook heard Kookie's words loud and clear.

This is so shameful, Kookie. Won't you feel shame sitting on Alpha's lap in front of everyone? Jungkook bites his lower lip.

But he is our mate Jungkook. Why would I feel shame? Kookie is wagging his tail in utmost excitement.

Of course, you won't feel any shame because I am the one who is going to sit and face everything and you are just going to enjoy my red face. Jungkook was pouting inside the veil but no one could see that.

Perks of being a wolf, I am finally enjoying them. Kookie teased and rolled on his tummy to show his giddy feelings.

Jungkook huffed silently but Jimin caught his attention again.

"You will sit on Taehyung's lap in casual gatherings because there will be no other seat for you. This rule is made by my father, he said it increases the love between two mates. But in courtroom gatherings, you will have a whole different counter to sit at."

"But Jimin hyung, isn't it very intimate for couples to do it in front of everyone?" Jungkook bit his lips harder this time, he is feeling insecure about himself. It's not his fault, he came from a very different upbringing, In the Lunar pack mates don't show this much affection in public, they kept their moments hidden from everyone.

"It is Jungkookie. But you both are not going to be the only ones to do this, the whole pack follows this ritual. As I said, the Eclipse pack has the wide mindset for loving their mates, dominants kept their mates with them as much as they can." 

"So if Taehyung decides to sit during a gathering, you must follow him and take a seat on his lap," Jimin said with a large smile on his lips.

Jungkook nodded his head but he is still in conflict. His stomach is feeling weird spectacles as he imagined about it. 

He closed his eyes and prayed to not do anything embarrassing on the first day of his new pack.

The Eclipse Pack

Their carriage came to a stop and started moving again, Jungkook and Jimin pulled their respective curtains and looked outside, They saw His Majesty standing beside a grand Royal Portal which says 'The Eclipse Pack'. Taehyung turned back on his horse, standing beside the door he ordered the caravan to enter inside the pack.

"We are entering inside our Pack's territory." Jungkook heard Jimin said beside him.

"Alpha will not come with us?" Jungkook asked as he put his book inside his bag and took the crown from the pillow. He placed the crown over his head and tucked it nicely on the veil.

"He will, after making sure that all of us get inside safely," Jimin said casually because that's how Taehyung is. His whole life is dedicated to the safety of his pack werewolves. 

Jimin helped Jungkook with his veil as he stretched it beautifully in a corner of the carriage.

But Jungkook's eyes were fixed on the window, so beautiful, Eclipse was glamorous and glorious if you ask him, every street, corners, fences are enhancing the beauty of the people who live here.

His gaze roamed at every path and suddenly his eyes welled up with tears. He doesn't know what is happening with him but he is feeling happy, he is sure of it.

Their carriage stopped as the entrance of the Main Packhouse came into view. Marvellous. Jungkook never saw anything more beautiful than this. 

Jungkook noticed how the streets of Eclipse were empty when they entered the pack but he didn't expect to witness all the people in the pack waiting at the door of the packhouse to welcome him.

He turned to Jimin who already had a knowing smile on his face," Welcome to Eclipse, Luna."

And as if in the queue, a knock on their carriage door is heard. Jimin holds Jungkook by his shoulder and gives a squeeze of comfort," Don't worry, You can do this Luna. These all people belong to you."

Jungkook nodded his head and straightened his back in attention. It's time. It's time to embrace his new life in this pack.

"I'll go down first and then you will follow, okay?" Both nodded their heads in understanding as Jimin opened the door. He smiled when he saw the commander was standing in front of him with a hand stretched out towards him.

Jimin held his hand and stepped down from the carriage," Thank you, commander Hoseok."

"My Pleasure, Royal Prince. I hope you are alright?" Commander asked and Jimin couldn't hide his big smile and said," Yes, I am fine."

The people of the eclipse were eying the carriage desperately, they were standing on their toes to see a mere glimpse of their Luna. Finally, their pack will have a caring mother they were craving for years. 

They saw their Royal Prince step down from the carriage wearing a pastel blue hanfu, he is looking like a gorgeous angel, as always. 

They bowed down to him showing respect and happiness on his arrival, Jimin smiled and held his hand," I missed you all too. Now if you don't want to miss your chance to see your Luna then stand up on your feet."

Jimin chuckled as the People immediately straightened themselves up on their feet.

"His Majesty is here." Commander Hoseok announced and bowed down as Taehyung got down from his horse. People followed their commander and bowed deeply to their Alpha.

"At ease." His deep voice echoed in the pathway as people stood again to admire their Alpha. 

Taehyung walked closer to the carriage and held his hand out in front of the door. Jungkook gulped when he saw his Alpha was waiting for him to take his hand, he fixed his veil one last time before closing his eyes to brace himself.

People's eyes were fixed at their Alpha's hand, all of them were holding their breaths to witness this scene without any disturbance. They were holding trays of flowers in their hands, all of them were well prepared to welcome their Luna.

Despite being in large numbers, they are standing on the pathway silently, sensing the emotions of the moment no one spoke anything to break the trance.

But they shouted in pure delight as a hand met with their Alpha's and a golden beauty stepped down from the carriage.

"ALL HAIL TO THE LUNA!" People were shouting in ethical happiness as they bowed to their Luna who stands beside their Alpha. 

People felt their life reached their destination as they saw their Alpha and Luna standing in one frame beside each other.

"Please stand up," Jungkook said softly but People had already lost their minds at this point, their Luna has the softest voice they have ever heard of.

Some people started dancing in the middle and other ones started throwing petals over the new couple. They were chanting beautiful songs as they made a way for their Alpha and Luna to walk inside the packhouse.

Folks were playing trombones and cymbals while walking along with the corners of the street as they followed the new couple inside, soldiers contributed in music as they started playing drums and bagpipes following the same rhythm as folks.

Jungkook was holding Taehyung's hand tightly as Taehyung walked inside the Packhouse, everything was so fascinating for Jungkook's eyes, his wolf was jumping inside of him to come out.

Jimin and Commander Hoseok were walking behind the new couple, there is a big gap between them so that Jungkook's veil can trail freely on the flowery road.

Jungkook looked down and his eyes awed by the flowery road which is filled with every kind of petals. There is no space left on the street where the petals are not laid in their steps. His golden veil is following him closely, maids clearing the chapel of the veil when it becomes too heavy from the weight of petals.

People followed them happily, experiencing many emotions at the same time.

There is a big porch that was prepared in the garden of the Packhouse. Taehyung stepped on the stairs while holding Jungkook's hands. Both stand beside each other and face the crowd that was howling in happiness. 

Jimin and Commander Hoseok marched on the porch too while Hoseok was holding Jimin's hand. 

Jimin stood aside from the couple and smiled warmly, this is what he wished in his life, happiness for his pack and his brother. One thing is achieved today as his pack is happy, another still remains.

Commander Hoseok stood at the corner of the porch and bowed to the Royal Alpha again," His Majesty, Entire Europe sent their best wishes and courtesies for the prosperity of Eclipse. They welcome our Royal Luna wholeheartedly"

The Royal Alpha was standing calmly and gave a formal nod to the Commander. His eyes were scanning the people in the crowd to sense any discomfort in the pack but he found none of it. That means Commander Hoseok took care of them perfectly.

"Every clan wanted to be here to pay their respects but due to short time, only the adjacent territories could come to show their gratitude. If His Majesty allows it, they want to welcome the new Royal couple." Commander Hoseok said politely but his voice was loud enough to be heard by the dancing crowd.    

"They are allowed," Taehyung said and the crowd cheered in happiness. 

"His Majesty, Kindly end our pack's misery first and complete the first ritual." The Royal Prince said and the whole crowd went silent.

They stopped dancing and revolved around the porch to assemble closely. People raised their pups on their shoulders so that they could see their Luna clearly.

Taehyung turned toward Jungkook and Jungkook looked down. He knows what will come next and he is prepared for it.

Taehyung's fingers touched his veil and raised it slightly until it rested on his crown beautifully, he heard people gasping around the patio as they saw their Luna's face for the first time.

Jungkook was still looking down, no matter how many times he had looked at his Alpha, it's still hard for him to meet with his eyes. He felt a finger under his chin and goosebumps sprinkled in his entire being.

The touch felt so soft under his chin as his Alpha lifted his face up to look at him. Jungkook raised his eyelashes and looked at his Alpha. Taehyung turned his eyes to golden and Jungkook's eyes blazed dark blue.

Both stared at each other until the public roared in satisfaction. They got proof that both are fated mates, only mates can turn each other's eye colours. It was a necessary ritual for the eclipse so that they could recognize their Luna and respect him with their lives.

The Royal couple closed their eyes and opened when their eye colour went to normal. Taehyung brought the veil down again and turned to the crowd.

"Bow down if you accept your Luna," Taehyung said and the dominance oozing out from his voice was the sole reason that the omegas of the pack whimpered lightly.

The People of eclipse bowed down on their knees and Jungkook smiled widely, his front teeth peeked out from his upper lip, showing a dazzling smile under his veil.
