I'm on Vine quite often and I saw this edit made by VOID STAN.

Then I made this edit, and I feel in love!

WHAT YOU NEED

Go to PicsArt (do you guys like the new update?) and open a picture that you want to add the dashes on. 

Then add the dashes and press lighten. 

Repeat step till your satisfied, and press save.
