Friends? Forever!

It's been about a few years since the duo, Retak'ka and Hang Kasa, found Gammabot and Kristalbot. And for the past few years, they worked together to defeat aliens who plan to use Powersphera's for evil.

Along the way, they met other Elemental users such as Kuputeri, the Wind Elemental holder and the Queen of Planet Bygone. Satriantar, the Lightning Elemental holder. Panglima Pyrapi, the holder of the Fire element. And more.

All of them developed a quite close friendship.

Though they often see each other when an attack on one planet occurs, for just a small Elemental Holder's meeting, or for training against each other. Everything felt so peaceful, and it was all normal at the moment.

Currently, we can see young Hang Kasa, resting on the edge of a cliff on Planet Quabaq, looking out into the sunset. His face looks quite thoughtful as he stares into the horizon.

He left the house he and his friend built on the planet as temporary shelter for the night, especially since the inhabitants of the planet tend to be very hostile, especially during night.

And neither him nor his friend want to face the wrath of the Kang Kong that inhabit the planet.

He felt someone approaching him from behind but didn't need to turn around to know who it was. "Mind to share what's in your head? You look thoughtful."

Hang Kasa gestured for the person to sit down next to him, not taking his eyes off the sunset. Once the person was seated, he asked, "How did you know I was here?"

The figure simply shrugged saying, "I saw you leave a few minutes ago. I'd thought I'd follow you to see what was going on."

Now his voice got quite menacing and scary, with a hint of playfulness in there, "Now spill the tea, or I may have to force it out of you."

Hang Kasa sighed, punching the figure's shoulder playfully, but decided to spill the beans anyways. "What something happens to the planets and their inhabitants when we're gone? They will be in more danger than before. No one will be around to protect them. None of us are immortal, one of us will get killed at one point by a villian."

The figure simply stayed quiet, not knowing what to respond with. Silence surrounded the two of them as the sounds of the nearby waterfall filled their ears as they watched the sunset.

The figure then looked at him smiling brightly, "Don't think about what will happen in the future. And don't worry, no matter what we face, we'll go through it."

He pauses for a minute as he puts his hand over Hang Kasa's own hand and looks at him with a cheerful grin. "Together". Hang Kasa returned the grin back and hugged the figure, to which he returned back.

Hang Kasa then says, "What would I do without you Retak'ka." The figure, now identified as Retak'ka, grin just got bigger.

The two shared one last hug before they returned to their makeshift shelter. It wasn't much, but then again, it's only for one day.

It had crystal walls surrounding their base. Curtesy of Hang Kasa and the Kristal Element he possesses.

What's interesting about it is that, when inside, you can see everything going on outside. But when you're outside, you can't see anything inside. Kinda like a one-way glass.

But of course, that wasn't a thing back then.

Multiple light balls of all different sizes, lighting up the inside of the shelter. Curtesy of Retak'ka and the Gamma Element that he currently possesses.

Hang Kasa used his Kristal Element to open a way inside the shelter and closed it again when they both entered.

A fireplace has been placed in the middle of the room with two seats around, two sleeping bags and a duffle bag with their things placed nearby.

And thankfully, they got back inside as soon as they did. Because the Kang Kong started coming out of the cave they inhabit from, roaming around near their campsite.

The two enjoyed their time together under the starlight of the galaxy before they drifted of into their slumber.

100+ years later~

A very old Hang Kasa walks through the halls of TAPOPS station, on his way to the dungeon to visit a certain prisoner.

He then arrived in front of a certain cell with the prisoner he wants to see.

"It's been a while huh?" The prisoner chuckled, his eyes not daring to make any eye contact whatsoever.

"Yeah, it has been..." Replied Hang Kasa, or how we call him now, Tok Kasa solemnly.

Silence, a calming and solemn silence. The only thing that can describe the situation now.

"I would never have guessed that things would end up like this..." Whispered Tok Kasa. And it's true.

Neither of them would expect it for this to end like this. They both expected their friendship to last longer than it really did... Having each other's back, being together forever...

The prisoner chuckled and said, "Huh... to think a more than a century ago... we were still best friends... fighting off villians... and yet..."

"You ended up being one..." Finished Tok Kasa, averting his gaze to the wall beside him.

"Things change... people change... I changed..." Said the figure, finally revealing his face in the little light that emits the room.

"You really did change..." Tok Kasa said, turning his attention to the figure. His grey eyes meeting bright yet dull orange eyes.

"And I think it was for the better... that kid has potential..." Admitted Retak'ka, honesty wavering in his voice.

"He really does... and you're okay with it?" Questioned Tok Kasa curiously.

"At first I wouldn't have... but after seeing him face-to-face..." Retak'ka trailed off as he diverts his view to the window in the room.

"I understand where you are going and what you mean. He is more than what meets the eyes." Tok Kasa said closing his eyes.

Memories of what the new elemental holder, a teenager, did to his former partner, bestfriend.

Someone who has more experience with the elements. Studying and learning and growing more powerful for years.

Only to be beaten by a young 15-year-old teenager from Earth. Who only has 5-years of experience with the elements.

"Are we still friends?" Retak'ka said, pure vulnerability in his voice.

"Friends." Tok Kasa nodded confirming.

The two shared a hug, as much as they can because the bars are preventing them to share a full-on hug.

As limited the hug is, it was still as meaningful for the two.

The End~
