The bus came to a stop and I sat up. The coach stood up and started to tell us what to do.

" We are now about to enter the field. Rember you are all representing CCA. " Coach said. We all stood up and exited the bus. I walked down to the field and joined the rest of the team. I got my pads and jersey on then started to do push-ups. I then heard someone yelling my name.

" Jaylin, Jaylin come here. Bring your friends Owen and Isaac with you." Someone yelled. I stood up and got them before running over to my dad. Owen took one glance at my father before realizing who he was.

" Oh my god, your Aaron Rodgers Packers Quarterback. Why are you here." Owen asked. Aaron Rodgers looked at him in amusement. He then nodded.

" Yes, I am. I bet you did not know that Jaylin is my daughter. Now you better have a good game. " My father told us. We nodded then ran over where the rest of the team were. The coach had grabbed a clipboard and started writing something down.

" Okay, so we are all here. We will be having possession of the ball first. We will do a long pass. Owen, you will be the starting quarterback. Jaylin you will be a linebacker for the first half. The rest of the linebackers will be Trace, Vinnie, and Landon. The rest of you know where your playing now, get out there and beat the Raiders." Coach told us. We all nodded our heads before doing the chant.

" We are the Clippers and we will defeat the storm. GO BOATS." We all chanted. Then we ran out onto the field. We got into our spots. The ref blew the whistle and we started. The center was Ty, he snapped the ball to Owen and the game started. I ran and tackled one of the Raiders linebackers. I then ran around a runningback and got to the 30-yard line on our side and was passed the ball. I secured it in my arm and ran to the end-zone. The Raiders center ran at me and tried to tackle me. I passed the ball to Isaac who was in the end zone. As soon as it left my arms I was tackled to the ground. Isaac must have made a touchdown cause the stands were going crazy. I got up and almost instantly my leg gave way. I collapsed to the ground pain shooting up my leg. One of the refs ran over to me and sat down next to me.

" Where is the pain at." He asked. I scrunched my face up in pain before answering." My left leg. I can barely move it." I told him. He blew his whistle and two medics ran over carrying a sled. They picked me up and lyed me down on it. Owen raced over and was walking by the sled. They put it down on the sidelines where the rest of my team were." Jaylin can you hear me. " Owen asked me. I nodded then sat up. The medics were wrapping my leg with ACE wrap. They gave me crutches and I grabbed them then stood up and wobbled over to the bench. Owen sat down next to me and was making sure I would not fall. Coach walked over and stood in front of me and Owen." Owen, you want to stay here the rest of the half then go in during second," Coach asked him. Owen nodded and the coach walked over to Justin. He spoke to him then walked away. The ref blew the whistle and the game started again. AFTER THE GAME. The Clippers lost the game 17-35. The coach was very disappointed in us. I was able to go home in m dad's car while the rest of the team had to go on the bus. When we got home my mom rushed out and opened the door for me. I hobbled in at sat down on the couch. My mom sat in a chair across from me while my father sat next to me." This is why you don't play football. Cause you will get hurt." My mom told me. I shook my head and so did my father."
