[1] Isn't Liên kinda weak?

What. ( ̄. ̄;) Give her a break, please! She's traumatised. Her parents were murdered by the love of her life, she'll probably never see her only family left (her younger brother) ever again is being forced to marry the man who murdered them.

Also, Liên will be going through some character growth soon. Previously, all she knew was the comfortable lifestyle that her doting parents gifted her with and was a smitten, naive girl with Lóng Qi but his betrayal was most certainly a rude awakening for her.

[2] How long will this story be?

Haha, who knows. My stories are never long though to begin with so don't go betting on more than 30 chapters. 😅 I also tend to work in "arcs" which I'm on the second of.

[3] Will we be seeing an antagonist soon?

You mean besides Lóng Qi? (▔∀▔) Lol, yeah soon enough, I promise.

[4] Any meaning behind the names?

Hoho~ Indeed, there is. _(:3 」∠)_ The meanings are very pivotal to the story. By the way, please remember that I use the western naming order in this story.

● Liên Thu Tiên is of Vietnamese origin and means, "Lotus/water lily," - "Autumn/Poem," - Celestial Being/Fairy." Her very last name points to her descent from the Phoenix Mother and is the same name of her former kingdom.

 ● Lóng Qi simply means, "Dragon," (龙) - "Fine, admirable." (琦) His surname, Gōngsūn (公孫) is one of the reputed names of the Yellow Emperor.

● Yun Lóng comes from "cloud," (云) and the same "Dragon," (龙) character as his brother. Their surname is the same, of course.

 ● Princess Shuài's name comes from (帅) or originally (帥), "to command, lead," - "to be a role model."

● General Shùn Lǐ's name is from "Obey, submit," (顺) - "Reason, logic." (理)

[5] Will the fantasy aspect or the mythology play a greater role to come?

Barely __φ(..;) It will be taken note of but is more of a background thing to be honest. Don't go expecting any fantastical feats or whatnot to occur.

[6] The marriage between the Northern Kingdom (Liên) and the Southern Empire (Lóng Qi) seems to be kinda important. Why?

The incredible influence of the two nations and a union between them. In the entire Great Continent, before the expansionist moves of the Lóng Empire, the many smaller kingdoms and states viewed these two as a huge deal due to the spiritual aspect of it all and they being direct scions of the celestial Dragon Lord and Phoenix.

People generally within the continent still hold a sort of reverence towards the royal families of the two opposite end kingdoms. Also, the fact that it's a tad symbolic of the origin of the people's creation legend of the marriage between the Dragon and Phoenix, seeing something akin to that is rather something.
