Snapshots

Wren Snape stood in the magical library. She flipped through a few pages of a biography before placing it back on the shelf. "Ms. Snape!" She whipped around and in the doorway of the library stood Draco Malfoy. She sighed and picked up another biography. "What is it Malfoy?" She asked as he approached her. "Ah don't treat me like that! Watcha doing?" He asked, leaning over her shoulder. She huffed and placed the biography back on the shelf next to the previous one. "I have to read a stupid biography for history of magic. I get to pick but that doesn't help. I don't care about all these random people."

He laughed. "Then why may I ask, are you spending your time in the library?" He inquired. She glanced up at him before grabbing another biography. "Like I just said, I have to." She replied as she viewed the cover of the book. "Who is this idiot?" She read the intro to the book. Draco skimmed through the page. "A potions master." He replied. She sighed and slammed the book back in place. "I already have to listen to a potions master 24/7 I don't need to read about one." She scoffed.

"Hmm..well reading isn't my favorite thing, ya like quidditch?" He asked. "No duh I do, I got in as a beater on my first year. Which by the way, you're not supposed to be able to do." She continued rummaging through the biographies. "And you were stunning Ms. Snape." He complimented. "Right, now if you were a better seeker, maybe we'd have a half decent team." "Not my fault they've got Pottah." He muttered. She pulled out a thin one. "Who's this by? Glad they wrote so little." She said as she scanned through the first page. Draco sighed. "Snape, I had a question." He said, tapping his foot impatiently. "Who..it doesn't say who wrote this." She finally glanced up at Draco. He ripped the book out of her grasp and placed it on the shelf. "Snape, I don't care who wrote it. I have something to discuss with you." He told her, looking her in the eyes.

"Discuss?" She raised her eyebrows. "Slytherin things." He grabbed her by the wrist and dragged her down stairs and to the Slytherin common room. He then continued to mutter the password... "Snapshots..." the door slid open and the pair entered. He closed it behind them. "The fuck do you want?" She asked, pulling her wrist out of his grasp. "Listen Snape-" "Wren." She corrected. "Right. Listen, I'm kind of well...confused on the potions subject. I am not ready for the exams coming
up this week and I need help." She smirked. "A Malfoy? Needs help? Wow Draco." She crossed her arms. He furrowed his brows. "Shut up! It's one subject!" "So you dragged me to the Slytherin common rooms just to tell me you need tutoring." She asked. "Uhm..yes."

"I don't know if I can..." she trailed off. Suddenly someone jumped up from behind the pair. "What the-" Wren looked shocked and Draco exasperated. "Hello, I'm Pansy. And I'm just saying Wren, Draco's dad has big money. You wouldn't want to make Draco mad..would you?" She smirked. "What's with the bob cut? You look like you're from the I don't know...some year that's really old." Wren snorted. "We'll anyway..." Pansy grabbed Draco's arm and smiled. "Draco is really nice on the inside and if you won't tutor him I will." Draco gave Wren a pleading look. "Well, what are you gonna give me in return?" Wren asked.

"I'll sneak you into Hogsmeade! It's amazing! I promise!" The desperation in Draco's voice made Wren scrunch her face to not laugh at him. "Alright, it's a deal. I'll tutor you Monday through Thursday from 3'o clock to 4:30." Draco let out a sigh of relief at that. Pansy promptly let go of Draco and frowned. She then ran into the girl dormitory's. "Thank you." He smiled. She rolled her eyes but smiled as well.
"Sure Malfoy."

Ron scrawled on his scroll, sighing. "What are you doing? Are those words?" Hermione whispered to him. "Yes!" He whispered back. She huffed before neatly writing in her scroll. Moon stared at Professor McGonagall, bored. She loved learning but did not in any way get enough sleep last night. In fact, she fell asleep at 5:00 am after reading two books all night. She had picked out a biography on a man who trained in Transfiguration for three years after going to Hogwarts. His life was decently interesting, though it's hard to have a not interesting life if you're a witch or wizard going to Hogwarts. She had read the whole thing last night and turned in her essay to Prof. Binns this morning. She sighed.

Finally the bell rang for the students to head to their next class...potions. Great. As Moon enters the potions room she sees two people in the back, the only other people in the class at the current time. A boy with bleach blonde hair and a girl with short straight black hair were discussing something quietly. The blonde one looked up and his crystal blue eyes met Moon's. He straightened himself up. "Who are you? And how come you're early?" He asked. "You're early too." She pointed out. He smirked. "That's because she-" he pointed a thumb to Wren. "Is Snape's daughter." He replied. Just then Wren glanced up and did a small wave. "Whatever Malfoy, the class starts in a minute, I'm shocked more people aren't here." He huffed at her before introducing himself . "Anyways, I'm Draco. Draco Malfoy."
