"Moon Granger!" Flapjacks. Moon ran into the kitchen. "Hermione knows what you two have to do today, so your going with her to get your stuff." Moon's mother told her. She rolled her eyes. "Hermione is in her third year and probably will get too distracted with a boy or something." Moon said, folding her arms. Hermione sent her a death glare. "Boys aren't of my interest." Mrs. Granger sighed at her daughters. They were so similar they fought constantly. Especially over who's books were who's. "Let's go. Harry and Ron are waiting for me in Diagon Alley." "Boys." Moon pointed out. Hermione huffed and they walked out the door. "Where are we going?" Moon asked curiously. "You'll see." She replied.

-Switch POV-

"WREEEEEENNNNN?!?!" Severus Snape called for his daughter. Well....Ms. Snape was sitting in her room listening to crazy music on her headphones. Mr. Snape sighed heavily and opened his daughter's room. "Wren?" He asked. She stuck her tongue out at him and did a headbang. He clenched his fists. "Wren. Get up. I'm a teacher, I have to be there early." She took off her headphones. "WHAT?!" She asked loudly, pretending she was still wearing them. "Wren we have to go." He replied. "But Professor least favorite person at Hogwarts, Harry Scarface won't notice-" "It's Harry Potter, Wren. And I'm not-" she stood up.

"Dad do I get to be in some of your classes?" She asked. "Yes." He replied. "Dang, don't embarrass me, okay?" She asked, picking up her duffle bag and walked past him and out the door. "I'd be more concerned you'd embarrass me." He muttered under his breath.

-Switch POV-

"This is Diagon Alley?" Moon asked. "And you're friends with the magical Harry Potter?" She asked, waving to Harry. Ron sighed. "I'll get the books, Harry and Ron, take Moon to the wand shop." Hermione said, taking responsibility once again. Harry Potter lead the way as Ron and Moon trailed behind. "So, what's some things about you?" Moon asked. He sighed. "Uhh, I threw up slugs in my second year, my brothers are insane, if they kill you it's not my fault, and I am terrified of spiders. Please don't use it against me." He said. She shivered. "Spiders are demons." She agreed.

They entered the wand shop and Moon saw and old man. His eyes landed on her and he studied her. "Hello Harry and Harry's friend. Is this a first year?" He asked. "Hello Mr. Ollivander." Harry greeted. "I think I know just the wand for you, young one." He pulled out an easy to hold want. "The core is Dragon Heartstrings." "Do I just...?" She gave it a wave and it sparked and left a trail. "See! Perfect!"

-Switch POV-

"Since I get the books for free, the only place we have to go is the wand shop." "Are you friends with the owner?" She asked. "No, why?" Snape asked. "Cuz I don't wanna sit in a creepy old wand shop for an hour." Snape looked offended by her words. "I don't talk that much." He replied. "Nope, but we both listen that much." She said. He ignored her. They entered the mysterious wand shop and were greeted with two stern blondes. "Oh hello Mr. Malfoy." Snape greeted the adult with long blonde hair. "Severus! Wasn't expecting to see you here." Wren glanced at the young blonde with him but avoided eye contact. "Is that Ms. Snape? I don't think we've ever had the pleasure to meet. I assume it's her first year?"

"Yes it is, we're getting a wand for her. Speaking of, what on earth are you doing here? Did Draco break his wand?" Severus asked. Mr. Malfoy narrowed his eyes. "Mr. Snape, I'd like to inform you, my son would never break a wand." He replied. "Ah yes, Draco is very careful in potions." Snape replied. "What house do you think she'll be in?" Mr. Malfoy asked. "Likely Slytherin. I can't see her in any other one." Snape said with a shrug. Lucious Malfoy smiled. "Well then, she should get to know Draco. He's a good role model." Draco stood as if cued and introduced himself. "Hello, I'm Draco Malfoy, a proud Slytherin." He offered his hand and Wren gently shook it.

"Possibly Draco could help her learn some...advanced spells." Luscious said. Snape gave a small laugh. "Mr. Malfoy, I think a first year should stick to first year spells and charms." Snape replied. "Of course Severus." Lucious replied. The Malfoys left and Wren got her wand tested. She finally swooshed a unicorn hair based wand and it left a sparkling tail. "Consistent magic! Beautiful!" Mr. Ollivandar clapped. Time to leave for the train.
