Avu looked behind at them wiping her tears.

Avu (cracky voice): Yes bhai, What we have sown is now for us to reap. First it was Sidd, who tolerated all this. Now, its our turn.

Abhi looked up at Avu while Vaishu looked away exhaling sharply.

Reem ran inside to see a nurse operating his bed in sitting position and making him sit properly, adjusting his pillow while Sidd hissed as his hand felt stretched. His oxygen mask was removed and the heartbeat monitor was also,removed. Reem's happiness was beyond limits. She ran towards her brother and hugged his brother tightly wrapping her arms around his waist and keeping her head on his chest, sobbing in happiness. Sidd smiled weakly and slowly wrapped his arms around her while the nurse smiled looking at them and left the room. Sidd was caressing her hair softly while she was sobbing hard.

Sidd (weak cracky voice): R-Reemi, see I-I am fine. P-Please don't c-cry like t-this.

But Reem didn't replied him and was just feeling herself blessed hugging her brother
The brother who she was about to lose. Sidd closed his eyes, rubbing her arm as tears fell from his eyes. When Reem didn't spoke anything Sidd decided to speak again.

Sidd (weak cracky voice): A-Acha! I-I'm sorry. I s-shouldn't h-have done that. I-I'm sorry.

Reem aparted sitting right infront of him. She tugged her hair behind her ear while Sidd was still half sitting and half laying on the bed. He glanced at her to find her puffy eyes, puffy nose. His heart ached seeing her all messed. He held her hand and she could still feel his hands cold enough. The hands which were always warm are cold now. The strong hands which supported her in every situation, are pale and weak today. The warm hands which used to calm her down are making her worried today.

Sidd (weak, low voice): I am f-fine. I p-promise.

Reem (sarcastic): As if I don't know right? You didn't thought about me before taking such a big step? You didn't thought what I will do if anything happenes to you? Atleast, not yourself you would have thought about myself but no, everyone here  are selfish only who think about themselves.

She burst in anger, looking away. Sidd smiled at her anger. Sidd lifted himself up but hissed a bit. It was Reem weak but she didn't look at him. He joined his both hands infront of her.

Sidd (weak, low voice): I-I'm sorry.

Reem looked at him to see his hands joined. She immediately held his hand, shaking her head in no.

Reem (politely): No bhai. Don't do like this. Please!

Sidd (weak voice with tears in his eyes): Y-You very well knew my s-situation. M-My everything, m-my brother was a-against me. W-When he a-asked me to d-die, it s-stabbed my h-heart. I f-felt like dying. I-I didn't know w-when finding p-peace I t-took a lot o-of sleeping p-pills and e-ended up h-here.

Reem was looking at him but then she held his hands and kissed them while Sidd smiled, exhaling sharply.

Reem (lovingly): God has listened my and your prayers.

Sidd glanced at her confusingly. Reem started caressing his hands, looking down.

Reem (looking at him): God has proved your innocent bhaiya. Rits got exposed infront of everyone. It wasn't your child but her boyfriend's child. It wasn't you who raped her.

Sidd signed in relief, taking deep breath while closing his eyes.

Reem (in mind): Sorry bhai, I can't tell you the whole truth but you being innocent is enough for you. If I told you that she took advantage of you and had lust for you. It will surely be not good for you. I'm sorry but it's not good for your health.

Reem smiled forcefully. Sidd opened his eyes and looked at her.

Sidd (smiling weakly, holding her hands): T-Thank you. T-Thank you for always being t-there for me.

Reem smiled holding her hands and caressing his pale skin. That's when, the door opened. Sidd and Reem looked in the direction to see Abhi, Vaishu and Avni coming in. Sidd froze seeing Avneet there. Avneet looked up to see Sidd already staring at her, not even blinking his eyes for a second. Reem looked at Sidd when a memory hit his mind.

Avu went near him while he looked at her confused. Avu held his collar making him shock.

Avu (yelling): why have you done all this? If you loved me truely then why?

Everyone was standing stunned when Abhi came near his brother and slapped him hard on his face with anger clear in his eyes.

Abhi= How can you do it when you have your own sister?

Reem shook Sidd and he came out of his thoughts. Abhi and Avu were standing there at a corner while Vaishu came there and sat beside Sidd infront of Reem. Sidd automatically hugged her while she was caressing his hair.

Vaishu: How is my babybro?

Sidd (breaking the hug, looking down): I'm better now.

Vaishu (glanced at Abhi before speaking, she held his hand): Look, Sidd I know whatever happened was wrong enough. Your dada should have believed you but....

Sidd (cut her while looking at her): Di please! If they didn't believed me then why are you defnding them?

Vaishu glanced at Reem while Reem was also looking at her only. Abhi pressed his lips to stop his tears.

Abhi: Ashu!

Sidd (cuts him, loudly, tears leaking from his eyes): I'm not your Ashu anymore. Your Ashu died the day you didn't believed him and asked him to die. Your Ashu died the day you kept blaming him and didn't listen to him once. Your Ashu died.....

Sidd was cut off by his violent cough. Vaishu patted his back while Reem handed Vaishu glass of water which she made him drink. He calmed down a bit and kept his head on pillow, closing his eyes.

Vaishu: Relax Sidd! You are not in position to stress yourself.

Sidd (opening his eyes and looking at Avu): And I won't ever forgive the ones who are responsible for my position. I regret falling in love with a girl who didn't loved me, nor even trusted me.

Avu looked up at him with tears in her eyes. They had an eye contact which was broken by Sidd himself.

Avu (stepping forward towards him): Sidd....

But Abhi held her wrist, stopping her. She looked at him while he shook his head in no. Sidd was inhaling and exhaling sharply cause of stress he was taking.

Sidd (low voice): K-Kindly leave f-from here please. I-I don't feel good.

That's when, a nurse entered the room with tray in her hand. Abhi and Avu instantly left from there while Reem became sad but it was something in which she was also mad at them. Reem was more mad at Avu because all this confusion was made by her only. If she would have confirmed everything before coming to them or going to court, things might be different today.

Nurse (entering inside): Ma'am, please make him eat soup. It's important for him and after that it's his medicine time.

Vaishu nodded and held the tray from her hand and kept it on side table. The nurse left from there. Vaishu held Reem's hand.

Vaishu: Reemi, you should go home and take rest. Take Abhi with you. He also needs rest. You are also here from so long and haven't slept the whole night. See, I can see your dark circles too. Go and have rest.

Reem: But dii....

Sidd (cutting her and holding her hand): Di is right Reemi. You also need rest. If you will be fine, then only I will get courage to get well also.

Reem smiled at his statement. She patted his hand.

Reem: Sure Bhaiya. Take care!

Sidd nodded and Reem left from there glancing Vaishu who nodded her head. Once his loved ones were against him while he being innocent and today those loved ones are only regretting and seaking for forgiveness. There are 2 conclusions drawn.
1. Time is a bullet train.
2. Don't trust everything you see. Even salt looks like sugar.
