That's when the door opened. Reem's eyes travelled towards the door to see Abhi and Vaishu coming inside with a shopping bag in her hand. Abhi's eyes went to Sidd and he felt his heart stopping for a minute. He slowly went near him and kissed his forehead as tears fell from his eyes.

Abhi (whispering, crying, caressing his hair): I-I need y-you Ashu! Dada is s-sorry for everything. P-Please beat me, scold me b-but please w-wake up!

Reem chuckled humorously hearing him and turned her face to the other side.

Reem: you are so late in realizing it bhai. Nothing can be the same as it was. It's of no use now.

Abhi sat on the couch hearing her and started sobbing. Vaishu kept the shopping bag on the table and sat between Abhi and Reem but didn't speak anything. Abhi was sobbing there and Reem was crying silently.

Abhi (sobbing): Yes, I did a mistake. Yes, I was wrong but I also love Ashu as much as you....

Reem (facing him, cutting him): No, no you don't. If you have loved him you wouldn't have distrusted him and he might not be here in this condition today. You trusted a bloody characterless woman who throw herself on boys over your blood brother. That's not a mistake but a sin.

Reem rested her back with her head down while tears continuously flowed from her eyes. Vaishu wiped her tears looking at Abhi.

Vaishu: Abhi, forget everything that happened. All we need is Sidd right now. We can't lose him. We should do something which leads Sidd out of danger. We have only 5 hours left. Please! We have already lost many things. We can't lose more.

Saying this, Vaishu held Abhi's hand and kept Reem's hand above Abhi's while her hand was at last. Everyone looked at each other.

Avneet entered the hospital and directly went to reception. Asking about Sidd's room number, she rushed towards that direction. As soon as she entered, she saw everyone sitting on the couch with their hands engaged with each other. Everyone looked at her. Reem stood up in anger.

Reem (anger): What are you doing here now? Isn't it all enough for you?

Avneet came closer to Reem and joined her hands in front of her with tears in her eyes.

Avu (cracky voice): Reem please, I-I will die i-if I don't confess everything to him. I-Its suffocating for me to see him like this. I-I am not able to sleep, not able to do anything. Please! Let me confess everything to h-him today p-please.

Reem (disappointment): My brother was also dying like this only. My brother loved you Avneet but you didn't believe him at that time.

Avu (hands joined, crying): That's why I wanna confess today n-na. I d-don't wanna waste m-more t-time, please.

Reem closed her eyes, exhaling sharply and held her hands.

Reem: Make sure you don't give him any stress. It might be dangerous for him.

Avu nodded wiping her tears with the back of her hand and walking towards Sidd's bed while everyone stood there only. Avu's vision blurred as she saw his pale face. She sat on her knees and held his hand which was cold while Abhinavi were watching her only. 

Avu (caressing his hand): S-Siddharth! See who has come to meet you?

Hearing this Reem remembered the moment when Avneet blamed Sidd for everything in front of Abhi, Vaishu and herself. The day Abhi asked Sidd to die, the day when the media asked disgusting questions of them. She composed herself exhaling sharply once again.

Avu (crying, caressing his hand and cheek): I have come Siddharth. Avneet, your Avneet whom you love. I-I don't deserve you yaar. Y-You are such a p-pure heart and I-I am such a fool w-who couldn't see the t-truth when it was right i-infront of m-me.

She paused looking at him while he lay there unrespondable.

Avu (sobbing): What g-good I d-did to d-deserve someone l-like you, who l-loved me m-more than himself? I-I didn't trust your l-love. I-I should get p-punishment. W-Why are you giving punishment to yourself Siddharth? See, it's me it's m-me and Abhi bhai, who is guilty today but Reem and Vaishu di believed you. They are proud of you, and your struggle. Come back for t-them.

Sidd's other hand which had drip moved a bit.

Avu (whispering while crying): C-Come back to me.

His hand again moved which was noticed by everyone. Everyone's eyes widen in shock and happiness. Reem glanced at Abhi while he also looked at her. She rushed towards him and held his other hand gently, trying not to hurt him. Avneet looked at Reem happily.

Reem (caressing his hair, in happiness): Bhaiya, S-See your Reemi is h-here. She i-is waiting for you. Get up and b-bring chocolates for me na. (Glancing at Abhi who was sitting just beside Sidd's leg  while Vaishu standing beside him) S-See, Abhi bhai is t-troubling me. H-He made m-me cry a lot. C-Come and f-fight with him for me na.. S-See Vaishu di is also waiting for you.

Vaishu came near him.

Vaishu (happily tears): Haa Sidd. Your d-di will m-make your favourite d-dishes. Daal Chawal or Pizza I h-have made everything for you. C-Come and have l-lunch with u-us.

That's when Sidd took a deep breath and slowly opened his eyes making everyone cry in happiness. He again breathed heavily looking at Reem, who was holding his hand crying in happiness. Abhi stood up in happiness.

Abhi (wiping his happy tears): Let me call the doctor!

Saying this he rushed outside the room. Reem kissed Sidd's forehead, caressing his hair while Vaishu smiled with tears in her eyes. She rubbed his hand to calm his fast purse. Sidd slowly turned his face to the other side as he felt his hand being held. He looked at his other side with half eyes open to see Avneet sitting there with happy tears not leaving her eyes. She kissed his hand passionately which she held while he was looking at her with many emotions inside him but for now, he didn't have the courage to show those emotions.

That's when the doctor came and requested to leave the room as she wanted to do his full checkup. Everyone happily went outside and as soon as they left the room Reem and Abhi hugged each other tightly crying in each other's embrace while Vaishu also joined them. Avneet was admiring them. She closed her eyes and joined her hands, thanking god for accepting her wish which she wondered if she don't deserve.

After 2 minutes. The doctor came out with a smile and patted Reem's back.

Doc: He is out of danger now.

A peaceful smile and tears came to everyone's face.

Doc: But try to cheer him up. His mental health is not stable which is still dangerous. Take an appointment with a psychiatrist and start his treatment soon. Along with treatment your behaviour, care and love towards him also matter a lot. It can increase his will and he might recover soon.

Abhi nodded and the doctor passed him a card.

Abhi: Thank you, doctor.

The doctor nodded and left from there. Reem ran inside while Abhi stepped but then something stopped him. He remembered he was the one who didn't believe his brother. He was the one, who crossed his every limit and didn't even give a chance to Sidd. Vaishu glanced at him.

Vaishu: What happened Abhi?

Abhi (cracky voice, shaking his head): I-I won't be able to face him V-Vaishu. I won't be.

Saying this he sat on the chair and cried hiding his face. Vaishu glanced at Avu, who was looking down due to the same guilt. Vaishu sat beside him.

Vaishu: Abhi, he is your brother. You can't reverse everything but at least you can comfort him and tell him that you were wrong. Apologize to him. I know him in and out, he is so loving that if he will see guilt in your eyes he will automatically forgive you. Trust me!

Avu looked behind at them wiping her tears.

Avu (cracky voice): Yes bhai, What we have sown is now for us to reap. First, it was Sidd, who tolerated all this. Now, it's our turn.

Abhi looked up at Avu while Vaishu looked away exhaling sharply.
