Welcome students to Black Magic High. You have been selected to come to this school and work on your knowledge and powers. 

Rules:

1. No illegal substances on school grounds. If you are caught with it, there will be some serious consequences.

2. Please no bullying 

3. No stealing or vandalizing!

4. No inappropriate relationships with teachers, same for you teachers.

5. Curfew is 10 pm, no staying out later or sneaking out. Unless you have a note or it's the weekend. Weekend curfew is 1 am.

6. Finally DO NOT use your powers for your own advances! 

Please, these are simple rules! I would love for all of you to follow them! Thank you, now you are released to your dorms. Classes start tomorrow, by the way.
