A Nohrian all his life, he made his best friend sneaking around outside his home when he was only six, into a castle where almost nobody entered. He met a girl his age there, and tales of the outside led him to help her sneak out of her lavish prison after several secret visits. After caught at a nearby waterfall, they were both taken back. Silas would have been executed had it not been for the girl's refusal. He was removed, and was never allowed near again. He joined a Calvary unit in hopes of meeting her again, and, while he was promoted at a fair pace, he still hasn't got his mission of returning to his best friend.
