🖤You cried a little when Daigo beat Black Eye. Especially when he declared that he had sworn never to  heat again. You knew about all this of course, but hearing him say it so openly moved you a little.

🖤Have never broken up or had a huge explosive argument that ended in tears, hurtful words or walking out.

🖤Worst argument was when the two of you probably got into a screaming match, that abruptly ended in you falling silent and ignoring him for the next few hours.

🖤You went to bed alone that night, about twenty minutes later he came in and sat on your side of the bed, gently placing his hand on your leg.

'I know you're mad, and I am too, but can we talk about this now that we've both calmed down?'

You say nothing, instead pulling the blanket tighter around you.

'I'm tired, I know you're tired and it's late, it's almost midnight.'

Still nothing.

'I said the same thing three hours  ago and now I'll say it again.'

Your brow twitched... why did his words sound vaguley familiar?

'I know you well enough (Y/N), to know neither one of us is giving in,' Daigo whispered firmly. 'Baby, I love you I'm not going to bed angry.'

Finally you acknowledged him with a small chuckle. 'Are you really that cheesy?'

🖤Glances that linger just that little bit longer. The slightest of touches every now and then (eg. Shifting on your feet and brushing elbows). Listening intently to what the other was saying. Small smiles. Leaning toward each other.
