On average, one person commits suicide every 16.2 seconds. That's roughly 89 people a day, and so I will do 89 facts, one for each poor soul we are {hopefully not} going to lose today. As you know, as well as helping writers, Project FlashFlood also helps to raise awareness for the impact of suicide and mental health problems in general, and so that is why I opened up with that fact. However, the following 89 facts will be fun, wacky and interesting! Enjoy!
