You're in Waterfall again heading to Undyne's house with Papyrus, you already explained what happened in the judgement hall but not who you met or about the timelines. As you promised to Sans.

"Y/N, I AM SO GLAD YOU DECIDED TO GIVE UNDYNE ANOTHER CHANCE, EVEN AFTER SHE TRIED TO KILL YOU AND ALL." He smiles nervously. You smile and hug his arm more, making him blush bright orange which only makes you giggle at him.

You pass Kid on the way there, he's on his way to Blooky's house and decides to tag along, jumping up and down and competing with Papyrus' hyperness with his own energetic self. They're at a stalemate to be honest but it's cute. After a while, you three arrive at the turn off to Blooky's where Kid runs off after saying goodbye. Papyrus keeps leading you until you arrive at another turnoff, there's a house that's in the shape of a fish, it looks like Undyne. Blue walls, sharp teeth in the shape of a door, gills, long hair(?) as a roof. The works.

He knocks on the door loudly and frantically, yelling her name at the top of his lungs until she comes, you're certain he's going to break the door that is until your almost killer opens the door with an annoyed look on her face.

"PAPYRUS!! What in Asgore's name do you want??" She seems ticked.

"UNDYNE!! YOU'RE HERE, MARVELOUS!!! I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS, WAS JUST ESCORTING Y/N TO YOUR HOME TO >HANG OUT<" He smiles proudly, bringing you more into view, you're nervous as hell.

When she sees you her annoyed smile twitches and looks forced, her murderous glint returns to her eye, the same one she had when she ran after you. You feel a shiver go up your spine.

"Why would he want to 'hang out' with me?" She growls slightly.

"HE LIKES YOU SO HE WANTED TO SPEND TIME WITH YOU." He says bluntly.

You swear your heart almost stopped when he said that, he said it like an oblivious dad who embarrasses their child unintentionally, Undyne looks like she's about to pass out and her scowl looks even more forced. . .are her cheeks darker?

"W-Whatever! Just come in already!" She sidesteps to let you guys in.

Papyrus squeals and pulls you in with a sudden jerk, the inside of her house is simple and blue, having what you would normally find in a home only that the living room and the kitchen are kind of merged.

"I don't even understand why you're with him Papyrus, we're supposed to kill humans for their souls, not befriend them." She groans.

"AS I SAID BEFORE, THIS HUMAN IS NICE AND FRIENDLY AND ONE OF MY >BEST FRIENDS<!" Somehow that hurts more than you thought it should, sure he may not remember the other timelines (hell even you don't remember yourself) but it feels like you were so much more or at least you would've been, "AND EVERYONE LIKES HIM SO I DON'T SEE THE PROBLEM. . .UNLESS YOU ARE NOT AS WORTHY AS I THOUGHT TO BE FRIENDS WITH HIM." He says with a sly smirk on his face.

"WHAT???? OF COURSE I CAN BEFRIEND THE PUNY PUNK!"

'Puny'? Says the one who got her butt kicked by you. . .thank God you didn't say that out loud.

"OH REALLY? IT DOESN'T APPEAR THAT WAY."

Undyne captures your arm in a death grip and pulls you towards her, "IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT WAY IT APPEARS!! ME AND THIS HUMAN WILL BECOME FRIENDS- NO, WE'LL BECOME BESTEST FRIENDS!! BESTIES!! JUST YOU WAIT PAPYRUS, WE'LL BE CLOSER THAN YOU EVER THOUGHT POSSIBLE, EVEN IF IT KILLS HIM!!!"

Wait what?

"I GUESS YOU'LL ACTUALLY HAVE TO DO IT FOR ME TO BELIEVE YOU UNDYNE, UNLESS YOU CAN'T STAY TRUE TO YOUR TITLE AS THE ROYAL GUARD! NOW IF YOU'LL EXCUSE ME, I HAVE SOME ERRANDS TO RUN!"

He gives a smug but goofy grin and runs off, somersaulting out the window like a boss. You hear Undyne grumble about how he's going to pay for that. She realizes how close you are and shoves you away, almost making you tumble but you stand your ground and glare at her.

"You are so lucky you're my guest. . .otherwise I would gouge your eyes out. . .why don't you have a seat?" She forces a kind smile at the end.

You give her a suspicious look before sitting at the table.

"Would you like something to drink?" She says surprisingly sweet, going to the fridge and taking out various beverage stuff and putting them in the counter, "just pick what you would like." She smiles.

You nod and was about to stand, even though you wonder why she made you sit in the first place if you are going to get up again, when she throws a large spear at you. Effectively breaking the table in half. It was so close to hitting you.

*You feel a part of your soul leave your body, never to return, no amount of determination could bring it back :(

"WHAT ARE YOU GETTING UP FOR?? YOU'RE THE GUEST, YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO GET UP, I'LL BRING THE BEVERAGE TO YOU!!. . .just use the spear to point at what you want to drink." She smiles sweetly again at the end. You swear this woman is just looking for an excuse to kill you.

Hesitantly, you pry the spear from the table, her magic stings your hand some but you ignore it, it's kind heavy too. You look at the options:

A pale yellow liquid in a bottle. Could be soda.

Hot chocolate. Ooooh chocolate.

Water.

Tea.

Tea seems like the obvious choice so you go with it, you try to move the spear to point at the tea but the weight causes you to lean to the left suddenly and the spear points at. . .Undyne. Damn.

"Y-You want m-me?" Her face has shock, disgust and confusion all etched on it, "you're one freaky kid, you know that?" She sounds more amused than disgusted, but she still has a weird face on.

You apologize quickly in case she decides to throw another spear at you and point to the tea. Instead she throws another smile at you and goes to prepare the tea for you. While she has her back turned you can't help but wonder, does she like Alphys too, or is the love one-sided? You hope it isn't, Alphys seems she would be really happy with Undyne as a girl friend. Or would she be her gill-friend? You can't help but snicker slightly.

"What're you snickering at?" Undyne growls while placing a cup in front of, you shake your head and wait for her to sit with her cup before you pick up yours.

"Oh come on, drink it! It's not that hot!" She says irritably.

You shyly pick up the cup and try to drink it but it's scalding and burns your tongue, hers has as much steam as yours does but she drinks hers with ease, after blowing on it it starts to cool down and is drinkable.

"It's a coincidence you chose that particular tea though, golden flower tea that is," she starts, staring into her cup, "that's the King's favourite type. Y'know, King Asgore, the one that's wants your soul so he can free us. I remember when I used to ask to FIGHT him everyday before I became head of the Royal Guard, he was always reluctant but he fought me every time and every time I lost. Until one day I finally beat him, knocked him right on his ass, but instead of getting mad or upset he gave me a large smile and asked if I wanted some tea. He really is the softest person you'll meet but also the strongest. . ."

She pauses for a while seeing your face, you are so into the story that you forget about the tea that is now lukewarm, entranced by the way she's speaking. Her calm self is actually quite satisfying and peaceful.

"W-What're you staring at?!" Her face turns a shade darker, looking away bashfully.

You smile and continue to drink your tea.

"Wait a minute!" She slams her hand on the desk and stands up, "this is usually the time Papyrus has his cooking lessons, but he's not here. . ." she looks at you with a fierce look in her eyes, one of frightful energy, "so you'll have to take his place!"

You almost spit out your tea when she yelled that, when and how in the hellibut can she give people cooking lessons with her aggressive self????

She backflips from her seat and lands on the counter, physically that's impossible but so many things down here are impossible too so it doesn't strike you as hard as you thought, she kicks the rest of the beverage items off the table and jumps at your side. She picks you up, throwing you over her shoulder, and jumps back to the counter, roughly setting you on your feet. You start to think she doesn't care about your wellbeing.

"Prepare yourself for we are about to do the awesome way of making spaghetti!!!!!!!!!" She yells even though she's right next to you.

~Time Skip~

*The house burning in front of you oddly fills you with determination. . .you think you're turning into an arsonist.

"Welp, that happened."

You didn't even think it was possible but this fish woman burned her own house down while making spaghetti, and you were the accomplice. She doesn't even seem to mind but the house looked like it's crying.

Only fire lives there now.

"This is the second time this happened." She rubs her neck in embarrassment. She and Papyrus burned her house down before?????

She looks really distraught somehow, staring into the fire with dull eyes, but you think she's not distraught because of the house but because of something else. Time to investigate.

*You ask her if you guys can continue to 'hang out' and get some nicecream.

"You paying?" She side looks to you.

You nod.

"Then what're we waiting for?? LET'S GET SOME NICECREAM!!" She throws you over her shoulder again, running down the path to the nicecream man with a large smile on her face. What is with people and throwing you over their shoulder?

Nicecream guy flashes you two a big smile as he hands you your frozen treats that warm your heart, after paying for it with your own gold (for some reason when you SPAREd the other monsters they gave you gold coins) you and Undyne sit by one of the glowing rivers with your feet in the water. She keeps on rambling about Asgore and how strong he is, Papyrus wanting to be in the Royal Guard so badly but she just can't since he was so innocent and such a sweetheart but 'trains' him anyway, and about the things Alphys taught her. Now that she mentions Alphys. . .

*You ask Undyne if she likes Alphys, with a smirk of course.

"What?!?!!" She blushes hard, "of course I like her! Well I mean platonically! It's not like I find it cute when she stutters, or how amazing she is at making stuff, or how sexy she looks in her lab coa-. . ."

You smile maliciously wide at her as her eyes grow wide and her while face turns dark blue, she fucked up. She fucked up big time.

"I mean. . .what?!? I didn't say anything! You ain't hear nothing from me!" She starts to panic, "I mean, it's not like I wanna date her or anythi-. . .what are you doing?" She eyes you carefully as you take out your phone, smile growing more with malice, "you wouldn't dare," she growls.

Of course you dared.

You start to text Alphys what she said while Undyne tries to stop you, the conversation went something like this.

You: Alphys? You there?

Alphy: Oh hi Y/N. . .something wrong?

You: No no, I just wanted to say how Undyne hodozhansnfmglcocjdbrkdojs think you'reizbskwosusgsbskeod cute!"

Alphy: Why are you writing like that?

Alphy: WHAT? O///O

You: dneowhzbdmfkdjdbd she said you're cute when you ststutter baosofnfnfbhxh and how sexy you look insvshsiskfbfbdjsjsjs in

You: looknsbeusbdjd in your labcoat!

Alphy: OH MY GOD!!!!! >_<. . .wait is she with you now?

You: Yeah she's tryinghebeoxjwvahapeodbdhe to get my phone from me jdbsksishzjdjfidj.

Alphy: Put her on, I wanna talk to her. . .

Undyne finally pries the phone from you after she pins you, sitting on your stomach as you both pant hard, she looks at the phone and sees the conversation. Her eye twitches at you as she starts to type on the phone, face growing a darker blue every time she has to type. This goes on for a while until she finally smiles, now she's giggling when she types, a weird giggle. You start to get suspicious.

After a hell of a lot of giggling, Undyne finally gives back your phone, pulling you up with her when she stands.

"I'm going to kill you when I get back," she says with a smile, you flinch when she reaches for you, putting you in a headlock and noogieing your head, "thanks, ya lil punk."

You manage to get out of her hold and fix your hat, sticking out your tongue as she does the same, "but seriously, if things don't work out between me and Alphys because of what you did just now. . ," her voice starts to get serious, "I'll rip your soul out and tear it to shreds. See ya later punk!" She says walking away with a bounce in her step.

You feel a shiver go up your spine again, now you're certain she's not afraid to kill you anymore, you just extra hope everything goes well with her and Alphys. . .just in case. . .

You stretch as you feel your stomach growl, the nicecream wasn't enough to fill you and it's about time that you have lunch anyway. You think out going back to the Hotel but seeing the prices on those items made your stomach churn and you aren't even sure how Papyrus was able to pay for all of that and the room, you don't want to risk going back to Temmie's in case you get an allergic reaction and you aren't in the mood for anything sweet, Grillby's seems like the best place to go.

You dust off your pants and walk the way to Snowdin, hopefully you can find a warm meal there, and probably an answer as to why he was so. . .jittery when you came in. Does he remember that timeline too? Was he just shocked to see a human? Or does he know something that you didn't?

*Going back to the sexy fireman's pub to quell your hunger for food and answers fills you with the detemmienation to go on.
