MSG Live Event
BROCK POV

I was walking backstage and heard Paul rambling on about what I should and shouldn't do in the ring. I honestly wasn't in the mood for it I had just dealt with interviews and shit ever since I landed when all I wanted to do was get in the ring and fight.

I headed over to the gorilla position as I was next to fight . As I was leaning against the wall I saw Paige standing a few feet away from us and I think she noticed us then as she smiled nervously and walked over to Paul. They were whispering back and forth and glanced at me briefly which made me uncomfortable.

"What was that about?" I asked as Paige walked back over to the spot directly infront of the entrance to backstage.

"Nothing" Paul looked away and then back at me and I raised my eyebrow as I knew he was hiding something.

"She wanted to know if you had spoken to Mckenzie since you were suspended for several weeks because of her. Don't forget that she cost you precious time and..."

"What else?"

"Because she hasn't been with Mckenzie since that happened as Mckenzie was travelling with someone else and she just wanted to know what was going on and was obviously weary with asking you" I sighed and looked straight ahead as I had an idea of who that someone else was.

I had been watching every show and I saw Mckenzie's partnership with Kane growing and they were successful and I hated it. I hated the way he held her on his shoulders when they won or that she would jump on him and the fact that she was so happy with him, so different. I hated it more than being suspended, I spent most of the time on my parents farm .

I was going to tell Kenzie that I left my wife that night when everything went wrong because of her brother,things just got out of control .I had ignored all her calls the entire first week and when I was ready to talk to her she had just stopped calling.

"Well it doesn't matter anyway she made it clear by choosing to let me take the fall" I shrugged.

"Im glad you realize that cause she's just a distraction and..."

"Aaaaah its so your turn for beers tonight!" I heard her voice and turned to see her, she was wearing a black leather shorts and the usual bra with red slashes between and her hair had red streaks in.

I soon saw Kane follow behind her and hug her from behind as Paige high-fived him.

"I bought last time!" he groaned.

"I was talking to Paige, Demon!" she laughed and I couldn't help but smile at her laughter.

I was in the dark area so I knew she couldn't see me unless she really looked.

Kane let go of her and then grabbed her hand and Paige held onto his arm as they continued backstage and I hated the way he was holding her hand.

"Brock snap out of it come on you need to go!" I glared at Paul and went out.

I walked into the local bar and I immediately knew I didn't belong but I knew Kenz would be here as it was the bar the wrestlers would normally come to after a show in New York.

I didn't even know why I was there, but I just wanted to speak to her. I looked around but I couldn't find her so I figured I would catch one beer and then go.

"Yo, bartender can I have another round sent over there?"

I heard Paige's voice and turned and saw her across the bar and she obviously didn't see me and she turned and left. I looked over and saw her head to a corner and what I saw I definitely didn't like. Kenz was sitting on Kane's lap as he held her around her waist and she was laughing for something and all I wanted to do was head over and knock Kane out.

I saw her get up and head to the bathroom and the thought of following crossed my mind but I fought against it and left.
