Third Person's P.O.V

Its been a few days since they have shifted to India.

During these days, Ridhi saw a different side of Sameer. His arrogant and stern nature seemed to have been forgotten. He was more talkative with his family members and he also smiled more often. she liked it.

Everyone in the family was treating her nicely. Arvind and Vishal were like the brothers she never had, Saha and Khushi were like her sisters now.

Sameer is the oldest kid amongst all his siblings and cousins, his big brother possessive was something she was enjoying. Every time, Khushi went out alone he asked questions and kept a check on where she went and with whom. Arvind and Vishal always came up to him when discussing work matters. Even with Saha, he was always the first one to help out.

Right now, she was playing with their cutest member Vivan. She sat him in her lap and started tickling his feet, seeing him giggle she moved her fingers to his stomach and tickled him a little harder. He started laughing harder. His cute smile showed his two teeth and twinkling eyes. She hugged him and pulled his chubby cheeks.

Sushma (Sameer's grandmother), Neeru (his mother) were sitting with Ruhi and Saha. Neeru commented " Now Sameer and Ridhi also have to give us a grandkid to play with." she winked.

Saha agreed "Yes badi mom is right. Now Vivan is big enough to have a cousin and also I need a niece/nephew to spoil just like they both spoil Vivan" she pouted which made all of them giggle.

"Saha beta, your grandfather and I are waiting to see another great grand child. By looking at Ridhi with Vivan I can easily tell that she will be an amazing mother. She is kind, soft spoken and most of all cares for everyone around her. She goes out of her way to help others, imagine how caring and loving she will be towards her won child." Sushma, his grandma, looked at Ridhi and smiled knowingly. She was proud of his sons choice of Ridhi as Sameer's wife.

Where Sameer was little stern, she was soft. Where he was very straight forward, she was silent. He was like an angry young man and she was soft spoken angel. His anger could get the best of him but Sushma knew that Ridhi would guide him in the right direction and support him. They both would do anything for their families, they were welcoming as a couple. Their similarities along with their differences made them perfect together. According to Sushma, a life partner fulfills the missing qualities of a person and that is exactly how Sameer and Ridhi fit together like two pieces of a puzzle..

Ridhi POV

Feeling everyone's gaze on me I looked at them. Mom, grandma, Saha and Ruhi mom were staring at me. I raised my eyebrows to Saha asking her silently what the matter is. But she just smiled shyly and looked away.

I went towards them. I gave Vivan to Saha who was slightly giggling when looking at me, mom and grandma were looking at me with a knowing smile. I took the glass of water on the table and started drinking water when I heard grandmom saying "Oh look how cute is Sameer's wife. Maybe she didn't hear us before. Ridhi we were just talking that we want to hear good news from you both soon. Oh I just can't wait to have another great grandkid!!" I almost choked on the water and looked at them only to see all of them smirking.

"Yes Maa ji you are right.... hopefully a girl, you we would name her Ange...!!" chimed Neeru mom but then she abruptly stopped. Everyone at the table who were giggling suddely stopped and became serious. What was with them? It was very confusing.

"A GIRL!!" I heard someone yell. I turned around to see a very old lady standing with two middle aged ladies at the door. "If thats what your daughter-in-law is going to give us then she is a disgrace to the family!" One of the middle aged ladies yelled while looking at me in a disgusting way.

Whats wrong? what happened ? Who are these ladies??
