"what do you have next?" Louise asked. Dan gasped because he couldn't stop thinking about the fact that he came out to a person he just met when he wasn't sure about it.

"oh um, I have art next. What bout you guys?" Dam replied normally

"I have free period! Yas oh my god" Zoe said proudly, making everyone cringe because of the way she said 'yas'

"Really? I have free period too." Alfie touched his forehead with Zoe. It just made Dans heart flutter, how they smiled together.

"I have music. Oh Troye! When will you be mine?!" Tyler had a sad expression on his face making Dan confused. "Who's Troi?"

"Troye is like the hottest dude ever. He's a singer and I don't even know how to describe him, my vocabulary is too less for that" Tyler flailed his hand everywhere trying his best to explain Troyes godly looks.

"Basically he's in love with Troye Mellet. Oh god, the music teacher is in love with him too." Louise explained further.

Everyone got up just as the bell rang, Interrupting their conversation. Dan walked out of the cafeteria and made his way to class.

Phil was shuffling through his locker but stopped when he heard footsteps pacing in the distance. It was Dan, the guy who came out to him the other day. Though he had just got to know, Phil developed a liking for him.

He slammed his locker shut and followed Dan, hoping he wouldn't notice. He knew he'd look like a stalker but he just wanted to know what Dan had next and if it was the same as Phil.

Phil had art and he loved it, visualizing his imaginations. The only reason he thoroughly disliked it was because it was with Cat. She always jeered at him whenever she got a chance. Phil could've beaten her up or something but he didn't like picking on girls, even a girl like Cat.

As Phil continued thinking, he also realized that Dan was going the exact direction he had to go.

As for Dan, he was not looking forward to art. He wasn't at all creative or he thought so. He was fine if he had to copy it off of somewhere.

Dan peeked inside the room which was half full of other people and he assumed he was early. He looked around, deciding where to sit because there were enough empty seats. While looking around he noticed Cat sitting at the back of the classroom chatting with other girls.

Dan waved to her and luckily she noticed him through the disturbances. She patted the vacant seat next to her, signaling Dan to come and sit there. Dan pursed his lips and walked towards her.

Phil reached just when Dan settled on the seat next to cat. Phils expression was cold again and it was very noticeable. It made Dan feel guilty for no reason.

"Hey Dan...I didn't know that you had art, it's a good thing that we've been put together." Cat didn't want him to feel left out so she started a random conversation with him.

Phil was really uncomfortable with Dan and Cat being together, she could literally harass him at any moment.

The teacher cleared his throat to get everyone's attention. "Before we start, I need at least two volunteers to make a poster on gender equality." Cat was the first one to life her hand up.

"anybody else?" everyone started whispering among themselves.

"Dan, please?" Cat looked at Dan in a pleading way. Dan sighed and obeyed her.

"oh! That's great. So, Cat and...Dan" he scribbled their names on a piece of paper.

That was the moment Phil entered the classroom. All he heard was 'Dan and Cat' but that was enough to trigger his emotions. Cat smirked at Phil, not in a good way but in a way that showed how evil she was on the inside.

Dan felt guilty for a moment. He wasn't able to comprehend anything that was going on.

Dan had regained his senses by the end of the period. Phil walked out as soon as the bell rang, pushing through everyone, an angry expression on his face.

"so...can you come to my place right after school? We can start working on it today" Cat asked Dan, resting her elbows on his desk.

"Ya sure, I'll just let my mum know...I dunno why she's so overprotective" Dan said with a disgusted expression on his face

"Aw...that's still cute. Anyways bye, meet me after school at the gate" and with that, Cat walked out of the classroom

Dan was honestly looking forward to spending time with Cat.
