Note: I will be adding quirks to his arsenal from people who had his version of the Quirk or quirks that were given to them or were stolen by All For One like Overclock from Knuckleduster

Backstory: Many years ago there was a baby in Qing Qing City in China that glowed with a bright light and Quirks were soon spread all over the world like wild fire to the point where 80% of the world has superpowers. This has led to the world into chaos and there was one man who can bring it to order, a man with a Quirk that has the power to take other Quirks and giving them to others called All For One. He has the world in his hands like putty until one day he made the mistake of giving a Stockpile Quirk to his brother who he thought was Quirkless named Yoichi Shigaraki aka the first user to use the Quirk named One For All. Over the years he fought and killed people with powerful quirks so that One For All would never be amped up by powerful quirks, however that really didn't do anything to stop it being amped up by passing it along from hero to hero. He basically dominated a lot of these guys until one day he met All Might and lost him but not without weakening him. From that day forward, he lived in the shadows, only exist as a rumor or a legend on the internet until he resurface and show the world that he is a threat that is beyond the power of All Might.

Quirks:

-All For One: All For One's Quirk allows him to steal other people's Quirks, leaving them Quirkless, and wield the Quirks as his own. All For One can also redistribute his stolen Quirks to other people. His multiple Quirks grant him a very wide variety of options in combat, and he can combine his stolen Quirks to create compound attacks with devastating effects. However, he cannot steal the original users' Quirk proficiency and is therefore limited by his own skill with his stolen powers. Because of this, he prefers to steal Quirks that rely on raw power, rather than ones that take practice and experience to master. While he can steal any Quirk, All For One's body cannot properly contain Quirks of newer generations, which is the reason why he sought Dr. Garaki's medical research. He also mentions having frequent nightmares where the consciousnesses of the people he stole Quirks from appear before him. Shortly before the Kamino Incident, his Quirk was duplicated by Doctor Garaki and the original version of it was given to Tomura, while All For One kept the copied version. A conscious vestige of All For One remains within the original Quirk and has the capabilities of overriding Tomura's will and control his body, though it is currently unaware how much of a connection the vestige and original All For One have to each other.

-Search: All For One stole this Quirk from Ragdoll. With this Quirk, he can observe and monitor up to a hundred people at a time, including their location and weak points. In addition to Infrared, this Quirk makes up for All for One's blindness.

-Warping: All For One can produce a black liquid that acts as a portal, similar in nature to Kurogiri's Warp Gate. It appears he can use this Quirk on a large scale as he produces multiple black liquid portals that transport dozens of Nomu to the League of Villains' hideout. This Quirk, however, has many limitations: it is not a coordinate-based warping and can only warp things to and from his location, and it only works if it is used on someone with whom he has a close relationship.

-Air Cannon: All For One releases an air shockwave from his arms. This Quirk is further strengthened by its combined usage with Springlike Limbs and several other power-up Quirks.

-Springlike Limbs: This Quirk allows All For One to coil his muscles in order to enhance his physical strength, and can also be used to augment other Quirks, like Air Cannon.

-Rivet Stab: All For One transforms his fingers into black tendrils that have red prominent cracked lines that extend from the users' fingers, although they can also emerge from other parts of the body such as the spine. These appendages can easily pierce bodies, however, the user may choose whether to wound the target or not, as seen when All For One used it with Forced Quirk Activation, without harming the target.

-Forced Quirk Activation: All For One can activate a target's Quirk against their will, whether they are conscious or not. All For One has used this Quirk in combination with Rivet Stab.

-Impact Recoil: This Quirk seemingly enables All For One to completely reflect the impact of an attack back to the attacker.

-Multiplier: This Quirk seemingly multiplies the number of All For One's arms.

-Hypertrophy: This Quirk seemingly enlarges All For One's Arm.

-Rivet: This Quirk possibly generates rivet-like growths on All For One's arm.

-Spearlike Bones: This Quirk generates drill-like bone structures on All For One's arm.

-Kinetic Booster: This unnamed Quirk seemingly increases the amount of kinetic energy All For One creates and releases. All For One has four copies of this Quirk.

-Strength Enhancer: The unnamed Quirk seemingly enhances All For One's physical strength. All For One has three copies of this Quirk.

-Infrared: This Quirk allows All For One to sense his surroundings using infrared senses. He uses this Quirk to compensate for his blindness. However, the amount that he is able to sense is very limited.

-Life Force: This Quirk was given to him by Doctor Garaki, and has allowed him to possess supernatural longevity in lifespan.

-Super Regeneration: This Quirk enables rapid physical regeneration, however, it does not work for cicatrized injuries.

-Radio Waves: All For One can disrupt radio waves and cause communicators to malfunction.

-Unnamed Telekinesis Quirk: This Quirk allows All For One the ability to levitate objects with his hand. He used it to levitate his medical device once freed from Tartarus.

-Heavy Payload: This Quirk seemingly allows All For One to increase the amount of damage being dealt.

-Reflect: All For One can reflect attacks back towards his opponents.

-Scatter: All For One can split up projectiles allowing them to scatter all over.

-Unnamed Hardening Quirk: Stolen from a fighter in the Underground Masquerade.

-Unnamed Lie Detector Quirk: All For One can sense whether a person is lying or if they possess any semblance of ill will.

-Shock Absorption: Nomu's Quirk grants him the ability to absorb the shock of any attack, but he has a limit to how much he can absorb.

-Absorption and Release: This Quirk allows the pale-green Nomu to absorb emitter attacks and send them back, but it still takes damage from the initial attack.

-Muscle Augmentation: This Quirk allows the pale-green Nomu to increase its muscle mass.

-Tongue Web: This Quirk allows the pale-green Nomu to enlarge and manipulate its tongue into web-like tentacles.

-Unnamed Wing Quirk: This Quirk gives the pale-yellow Nomu a pair of wings protruding from its back which allowed it to fly.

-Tool Arms: Nomu's Quirk allows him to grow six extra arms from his body that have artificial tools in place of hands. Four of the arms have chainsaws, while the other two have a drill and a claw hammer, respectively.

-Overclock: Knuckleduster's former Quirk allowed him to accelerate his brain's perception to extreme speeds, making it appear to him as if the world was moving in slow motion. While his Quirk was active, his accelerated perception granted him increased physical speed.

-Unnamed Body Expansion Quirk: This Quirk allowed Chubs to swell his body, making it bigger and able to absorb more attacks, as well as to block off routes.

-Unnamed Mouth Quirk: This Quirk allowed Chubs to grow ridges of teeth and gums all over his body to increase his biting capabilities.

-Unnamed Metal Teeth Quirk: This Transformation Quirk turns Chubs' teeth into metal, giving him increased bite strength and jaw durability, enough to shatter the shields of the No. 6 Hero, Crust.

-Unnamed Elephant Quirk: This Quirk gave Eleph his signature appearance, with a large amount of muscle mass and a trunk, increasing not only his physical strength, but giving him a third appendage to likely help grab opponents. The trunk also likely increases his sensory capabilities, specifically for smell.

-Unnamed Arm Bulk Up Quirk: This Quirk allowed Eleph to bulk up his arms to massive size, increasing his arm and grip strength to the point of being able to tear a large clump of Mirko's hair from a single grasp

-Shoulder Mounted Jets: Hood's third Quirk gave him jets on the back of his shoulders. These jets allowed him to propel himself through the air and fly.

-Transforming Arms: Hood's fourth Quirk allowed him to shapeshift his arms. This gave him the ability to unleash powerful, elastic attacks. He could also turn them into wings to assist with his flight

-Power: Hood's fifth Quirk allowed his body to contain and unleash enormous physical power. He used this to enhance the strength of his attacks.

-Storage: Hood's sixth Quirk gave him the power to store other beings within his own body and release them at will. His limit appeared to be nine.

-Unnamed Antennae Quirk: Allowed Ribby to extend the antennae on his head to a significant length, allowing him to grab ahold of and directly pierce through objects and opponents.

-Unnamed Rib Cage Quirk: Allowed Ribby to use his rib cage in a variety of purposes and shapes, such as attacking and defense.

-Unnamed Spatial Distortion Quirk: This Quirk allowed Robot to create a miniature black hole by using his hand to twist a small area of the fabric of space from a distance.

-Unnamed Eye Beam Quirk: This Quirk allowed Robot to shoot laser beams from his eyes.

-Liquidification: Woman's second Quirk allowed her to liquefy her own body. She mainly used this Quirk to rapidly reposition herself or dodge attacks.

-Rupture: Woman's third Quirk allowed her to detonate parts of her own body.

-Air Wall: Nine can use this Quirk to create a transparent barrier made of pressurized air to shield himself in a particular direction. This Quirk can also be used offensively, by releasing a powerful air burst that can push away people and attacks or used as a springboard which can physically push people away.

-Scanning: Nine can use this Quirk to identify different Quirks belonging to others and gain a read on their abilities through an infrared-like vision. To an extent, he can also use this Quirk to measure their respective power levels.

-Bullet Laser: Nine uses this Quirk to fire purple-colored lasers from his fingertips at will. This Quirk has been shown to be able to easily pierce through human flesh, as well as many other solid surfaces. It has also been shown that it can explode on the impact of some surfaces.

-Hydra: Nine could summon a number of large blue dragon-shaped attacks out of his back that he can control at will. Nine typically uses this Quirk as a long-range weapon and uses it to suspend or restrain people; he normally summons two at a time.

-Cell Activation: This Quirk allowed Nine to activate the cells in his own body or another person's body, boosting regeneration and repairing any damage. However, this version of the Quirk only worked on individuals with Type A blood. Nine stole this Quirk from the Shimano siblings' father in an attempt to heal himself, but it was in vain due to the villain's Type B blood being incompatible.

-Pain Blocker: A Quirk that makes Gigantomachia unable to feel pain, which allows him to fight while ignoring any damage he may take.

-Gigantification: This Quirk gives Gigantomachia the ability to increase his size to gigantic levels the more agitated or excited he gets. He can grow to be at least 25 meters in height.

-Dog: This Quirk gives Gigantomachia enhanced senses such as sight, hearing, and smell. Similar to that of a dog's.

-Energy Saver: This Quirk allows Gigantomachia's body to conserve nutrients and water, further increasing his stamina and reducing the amount of sleep he needs.

-Fierce Gains: This Quirk allows Gigantomachia to harden his muscles to exceptionally tough and thick levels.

-Mole: This Quirk allows Gigantomachia to grow mole-like claws on his fingers to tear through obstacles with ease and dig through the ground. This also gives him a visor to defend his eyes from dirt particles and spikes on his back to slide underground. All For One gave him this Quirk for the purpose of hiding underground.

-The injuries inflicted by All Might weakened him severely, and he requires his support mask to function. 

-His Quirk only can give and take Quirks, and he cannot destroy any Quirks in his body, even if they are self-damaging. 

-Each of his stolen Quirks have their own limitations and weaknesses.

-His current body is not strong enough to unleash the full power of his quirk not even in his prime

Backstory: Ben Tennyson is one of the greatest heroes in history but for every hero there's always a rival to push him to be the hero he is today and that rival was Kevin Levin or Kevin 11. Throughout his childhood, he had an abusive bum of a father growing up and he soon ran away from home. He stole a bike and made the pad lock a necklace as a souvenir of his first crime ever. He was on his own until one day he met Ben Tennyson at the age of 11. Kevin has shown his abilities as an Osmosian to Ben and shows that he uses them for his personal gain and Ben as the hero he is fights Kevin for what's right. Kevin and Ben's rivalry was a big one, making them fight each other for a long time until he ended up in the Null Void with Vilgax. Kevin has been on his own as a mutated monstrosity until one day he went to prison and met Kwarrel at a prison in the Null Void. He taught Kevin how to control his anger and his powers and Kevin found a father that he never had, then a prison riot happened and they tried to escape until Kwarrel was fighting Morgg cause he knew about the tunnels and they fight each other and telling Kevin to escape and then Kwarrel was shot dead on that day. For awhile during Kevin's freedom, he soon met the Rooters and became part of a Ben 10 hit squad along with Alan, Pierce, Helen, and Manny giving them their powers in the process. They attempted to take down Ben when he was 11 years old until one day Ben gave up the Omnitrix and the hit squad was disbanded and given false memories by Servantis. For a long time Kevin became friends with a con-man rat named Argit and they traveled the universe doing dealing in weapons and then one day Kevin soon encountered Ben, Gwen, and Magister Labrid. He was defeated and he agreed to help them just get the money until Labrid sacrificed himself to save Kevin. With this plus an interest in Gwen, he became a full time friend and ally to Ben and lover to Gwen.

>Now for AmFibian, he fought against Jet Ray who scales to aliens like Shock Rock who can defeat the Weatherheads and their machine which can unleash a force of 532.2 Petatons which is Multi-Continent Level from the Reboot time line and from the Classic Timeline Jetray was able to Destroy the Hands of Armageddon which past attempts made the Grand Canyon and the Great Earthquake, since the Chronians' laser beams seem to vaporize targets and Chronians made the Hands of Armageddon that would mean Jet Ray can scale to it.

Weaknesses:

-Kevin cannot absorb enough matter from small objects to coat himself completely and to do so he would need a sample approximate to him in size.

-While Kevin can absorb all sorts of compatible matter, he cannot take too much of it. Such as with Ben's Omnitrix, where he became mentally unstable and lost all accounts of control from all the alien DNA absorbed. However, Kevin later overcame this weakness when he absorbed numerous DNA samples from Ben's new and retained his sanity and self-control, albeit faking it to Ben. Nonetheless, the process of absorbing alien DNA takes a toll on Kevin as it leaves him tired after reverting back.

-Kevin is unable to use his absorption powers in a spacesuit, giving him a major disadvantage in combat.

-The material Kevin absorbs can put him at a disadvantage. For example, absorbing metal makes him vulnerable to electricity whereas absorbing wood makes him vulnerable to fire.

-He is also vulnerable to losing his power of absorption

Here we see Kevin working on his car and we see All For One walk up to him from behind.

All For One: "Hello boy, I heard tales of your power and I must have it."

Kevin: "How about you beat it old man? I'm working on my car."

We then see All For One use a Spatial Distortion Quirk to crush the car from the sides as Kevin saw it happen.

Kevin: "Hey! My car!"*to All For One*"You will pay for the damages you did to my ride! You mess with my car, you mess with me!"

All For One: "Seems like I got your attention."

Kevin then places his hand on the car and then he absorbs the metal from it and then forms a mace and beats up All For One with it as he then recovers and uses a combination of Air Cannon and Kinetic Booster to attack Kevin and launch him into his car.

Kevin: *gets up*"Stop trashing my ride!"

All For One: "Your Quirk is like mine boy. I can steal powers from others whenever I please myself. But yours is different from mine."

Kevin: "Try matching this pal!"

Kevin then transforms into Four Arms and then fights off All For One and grabs him and throws him at a hotdog stand. All For One then gets up and looks at Kevin.

All For One: "Very impressive boy, what other powers do you have in store?"

Kevin: *as Four Arms*"Since you're asking."*transforms into Humungousaur*"How's this on for size?"

We then see Kevin bash around All For One as we see him AirWalk to get up high and use Rivet Stab tendrils to grapple Kevin and throw him into multiple buildings. We then see Kevin turn into Heatblast and fly into the air and blast fire at All For One. And then he transforms into Big Chill and shoots ice at All For One and lands on the ground and All For One breaks free.

All For One: "Enough of these childish games boy, now surrender your power and I may spare your life."

Kevin: *as Big Chill*"Oh yeah, I bet you can't do this!"

We then see Kevin mutate into the first mutated form from his childhood.

Kevin: "Try this on for size!"

All For One: "Two can play that game!"

All For One then makes the Ultimate Combination of quirks into his arm and then he charges at Kevin as he then blocks the punch and then uses his Petrosapian arm to slice off the arm with the combination of quirks with one slash. Kevin then mutates into Ultimate Kevin and then he grabs All For One's other arm and then throws him into the sky and fly after him and then beats him up with his brute strength and other powers that he has. Kevin then grabs All For One and absorbs his quirk and then throws him to the ground and then he lands on the ground and changes back to human form.

Kevin: "Is that all you got, old man?"

Then Kevin was now in the Vestige Realm and he was surrounded by all the people that represent All For One's Quirks and then he saw All For One himself.

All For One: "Nice try boy, you absorbed my power. You are an arrogant child!"

Kevin: "Well good thing I got Ghostfreak's powers."

We then see Kevin start fighting off all of the vestiges in the realm and killing them all off one by one as All For One didn't expect this.

All For One: "What!?! What's going on, how's this possible?! No!"

We then see Kevin destroy All For One's soul and kill him. Meanwhile, outside of the vestige world, we see Kevin standing near the corpse of All For One and he looks down at it.

Kevin: "That was for wrecking my car."
