"Anyway, Let's start your job." Lucian said, "This is your work schedule. The only thing that is not on schedule is that early in the morning, you should go to the kitchen and take my breakfast with you. And then take it to my Chamber. You should know where it is. And then just follow the rest of the schedule." Lucian said, "No slacking.", He continued.

Lilith sighed and nodded. After that he told me to take the day off, and to begin the job tomorrow. She is currently free to roam the Castle but not outside.

Lilith went to her favorite spot in the castle, the White Lily garden. She requested it personally to be planted a few years ago. When she arrived then, she was very shocked to see that The White Lily is gone.

Hee personal garden is gone and is replaced by a bunch of black roses. And, you can say she hate roses. They are beautiful yet thorny.

"Isn't it beautiful, sister?" Valencia appeared suddenly, irking Lilith.

"What have you done to my garden?" She asked, Valencia only chuckled, "Was yours, now mine. I said it didn't I, he'll be mine." Valencia approached and pluck one of the rose and crushed it with her bare hand, the thorns prickling her palms, causing blood to flow and dropped one by one.

Lilith avert her gaze to the distance to see towards the mountains, when she no longer feel Valencia's presence, she hung her head low and sighed.

She has no more business in the garden, so she went back inside towards my room.

It was starting to get dark, she went to the bathroom and start stripping. She still noticed the scar that Lucian inflicted on me.

Lilith went to the bathtub and filled the tub to the surface. She went right in the tub and relaxed. Right when she leaned on the edge, a knocked sounded.

"Valencia it's me."

Lucian.

"Go away!", She shouted. He then stopped knocking, she thought the hateful man was gone, instead he was right behind her.

"Oh--" Lucian turned around, shocked to see her bathing at this hour.

"I told you to get out!" She shouted once again, while flailing one of her arm while the other tried to cover her nakedness, "I'm bathing, for God's sake!"

"Well," he cleared his throat, "This is an urgent matter."

Lilith fell silent and got out of the bath tub, putting on the fluffy towel to cover my body.

"It's about Lilith," he started, she groaned.

"Can't she wait?" Lilith asked sarcastically.

Knowing her body is fully covered, he went to face her. His eyes wonder up and down her body for a second, and then his eyes immediately shot up, staring her right in the eyes, as if trying to not check her out.

"Lilith suddenly fell sick, and I heard the rumours that you have developed a thing for healing magic," he explained, "Huh! What a joke! Fell sick, really?" I crossed my arm, scoffing with sarcasm lacing my words.

Lucian sighed, "I know you kind of... Dislike her. But, she's my wife, and she's your Queen--" "Not anymore, Lucian. Not anymore." I interfered.

"I know that. But, please, you got to help her. She's the one that told me to go to you, actually. She said that maybe you can heal her."

"What about the doctors?" I asked.

"Lilith refused to let them check her, she said only to bring you. I will do anything." He pleaded. It was very rare of him to beg.

Lucian never beg.
Not to anyone.
Not for anything.

Remembering our past, where he is so hard headed when he wouldn't even beg, even though I'm there.
I almost broke down.

He would never beg for me.

"No."
I pushed him out of the bathroom,
"Please go away."
I locked him out, and turned away.

I would never let him see my tears.
Not after all this time.
He's not worth it.
