Reba was performing her song 'Your Gonna Be' with so much compassion it almost felt like she had experienced it with her own daughter, if she had one.Truth is she wanted a daughter.She loved Shelby with all her heart ,but he couldn't fill that gap of having a little girl.She was scared to tell Narvel because he had 4 kids of his own.Reba only had 2,but she had so much love to give and everyone had grown up and moved out.Maybe this was the right time to tell Narvel?She was confused.She messed up on the song and everything went black.The band stopped and soon as she hit the stage.The tweebas screamed in horror and in an instant Narvel was by her side.Her eyes began to open as he stooped beside her,he picked her up bridal style and carried her to her dressing room.
Not word was said as he laid her down on the couch.She finally spoke up."What happened?I never mess up!"She was so angry at herself that she let her fans down."I'm calling the doctor to come look at you."Narvel said."Ugh.I'm fine."Reba protested.She never did like doctors to much."Reba,you just passed out.I think that is a good enough reason,so don't you start your naggin'."Narvel argued."Will you at least tell my tweebas that i'm alright?"Reba asked "Sure." Narvel walked out into the frantic hallway and asked the stage manager to let the fans know that Reba is alright. "Will do."The stage manager replied.Narvel walked back into Reba's dressing room and sat down beside her."Are you sure you're feelin alright?" Narvel asked."Yes,i probably just got to hot or somthin."Reba replied. Narvel nodded his head in agreement."Narvel,i guess that this is as good time as any,but what would you think about having another baby?"Reba asked shyly.Narvel sighed"Reba,i don't know.I just-is this really good timing?"Narvel asked trying not to hurt her feelings.He was looking at the floor and heard her sniffle."Reba, I'm sorry-""No,your right."Reba cut him off.They sat in silence until the doctor came.
The doctor couldn't find anything wrong that couldn't be cured with some rest and TLC,he said she was as healthy as an ox.Narvel was filled with relief.The doctor left giving Reba strict orders:bed rest and relaxation.
The busy couple cancelled the next few shows and returned home."Narvel,I'm sorry that I forces the baby thing on you yesterday.I just wanted to know what you thought." Reba said."Reba,its fine.I was just a little concerned with you to answer correctly."Narvel assures her.
