Neela was sitting beside avni who was lying on bed... she was still unconscious... doctor  checked avni told the family members that avni fell unconscious because of shock...

Neela was holding Avni's hand and caressing her head.... she bend down to Avni's mouth and could hear avni mumbling.....

Avni: Ne..... il....N... eil....... Neil...

Avni jerked herself and sat on hospital bed while panting.... she looked around the room saw herself in hospital....

Avni : Neil... Neil....

Avni was saying only Neil's name while Neela tried holding Avni...

Neela : avni... bacha....

Avni hearing Neela voice looked at Neela.... Avni crashed into Neela arms and cried while calling Neil's name....

Avni : maa.... Neil.... Neil...

Neela rubbed her back and caressed her hair too...

Neela : sshh... bacha.... Neil is fine.... he is next to your room... he is unconscious.... bacha stop crying... Neil is fine....

Avni broke hug and looked at Neela...

Avni : Neil.... is here...

Neela nods... without waiting any second avni threw white sheet over her body and ran to Neil's room.... Neela ran behind avni and calling Avni's name......

Avni ran from her room and saw Khanna family standing front of Neil's room... without saying anything she took step and moved to Neil's room....

Everyone saw her going to Neil's room... swetha was going to stop Avni but stopped seeing Bebe holding her hand.. Bebe nods no...

Avni taking small step moved to Neil's room... she stopped at the door and looked through the glass and saw his head bandages... his Lower Hand bandages..... tears brimmed seeing him likes this....

Avni slowly pushed the door and entered inside... she took her step to him... she sat on stool and took her hand and kept in his bandages.... she bent down to his head and kissed it.... a tear slipped from her eyes on his head....

She left her lips there for moment... she moved her lips back and caressed his head with her hand.... she then with other checked his lower hand..... she brought that hand to her lips and kissed it....

She then rested her head on his head.... she was silent crying seeing him like this but she couldn't show her tears to him.... her tears were silent... she wanted to cry hugging him but she can't...she want to scold you for doing this but she can't..... she was weeping keeping her head on his bandage head....

She removed her head from his as she heard Neil's voice.... she moved close to him and heard him....

Neil : mom...... Bebe...... dad......

Avni knew he was still in fear losing them.. she had to assure him that everyone is fine and safe.... avni kept her left hand on his forehead and held his hand with her left hand.....

Avni : Neil... Neil... open your eye.... everyone one is fine...... Neil see... open your eyes.... Neil...

She caressed his wound while holding his hand tightly.... Neil's fear wasn't going away... he had to see his family front of his eye.... for that he had to open his eye...

Neil was saying his family names...

Neil : Bebe.... mom.... maa..... dad.....

Avni : Neil.... open your eyes.... look your Avni is here..... Neil please open your eyes....

She had tears seeing him like this.... she shook his body little bit.... Neil jerked himself and screamed Avni's name....,

Neil : avniiiiiiiiiiiiiii!

Avni left her hand and pulled him in hug... Neil was still in shock..... but feeling Avni's presence he closed his eye and wrapped his arms around her...... a tear slipped on her shoulder....

Neil : avni.....

Avni tightened her hold around his waist... she did feel his fresh wet tears on her shoulder..,..

Avni : shhss.......

They both stayed in silent feeling each other presence..... their eyes were crying for each other seeing the pain.....

After 30 minutes later Neil stopped crying and broke hug.... he moved from avni and looked down.... today he was feeling like he failed as son, police office... and  husband.... he wasn't able up his family... he lost his family because of his careless.... his mind was playing with him....

His eyes were filled with tears.... as he broke hug from avni... she frowned as she saw him looking down.... but her heart knew why he did this..... avni drank her tears back and in whisper voice called his name....

Avni : Neil....

Neil hearing her voice looked up at her.... their eyes got locked.... in this eye lock Neil didn't realise when Avni held his hand... avni was aware of her action.... she moved close to his forehead and planted a small kiss... she moved back and saw him closing his eyes....

She smiled in her tears seeing his cute face... his face was pale and his eyes were filled with tears... her hands reached to his face and cupped them....

She then called his name....

Avni : Neil....

Neil opened his eye and looked at her....

Avni : you don't have to look down... I know what's going in your mind... you thinking you lost as son , police office and husband... but you haven't... my Neil my husband is not like that.... Neil you haven't lost like a son, office or husband... you have proved yourself how much your family matters to you... you haven't failed protecting your family... you always be there to protect them Neil.... don't you never think that you have failed.... because you not.... I know you very well Neil... this short year I know you... don't think that you failed.... Neil nothing can happen to our family when they have son like Neil khanna.... officer like Neil khanna and husband like Neil khanna..... no one can harm our family Neil....

She looked into his eye and could see the pain... his eyes were brimming with fresh tears... his eyes were red due to crying.....

Avni : won't you say anything.....

That's was all for him to lose..... he didn't why he was crying so much  today... but whatever has happened made him like this... he was feeling very weak now.... avni pulled him in hug.... she rubbed his back..... while rubbing his back she ruffled his hair too....

While she was doing this she heard Neil hiccup voice.....

Neil : I........ d...idnt...... save them.....

Avni : you saved them Neil.... they aww safe.... first of all stop crying... Neil...

Avni broke hug and wiped his tears... she then held his hand....

Avni : you want to see them....

Neil meekly nods.... avni smiled and stood up to leave but stopped as she left Neil holding her... she turned and looked at him.....

Neil : don't...... go.... please....

Avni : if I don't go then how will you meet them.... I'll be back.... let me go....

Neil left her hand.... she walked out the room and saw everyone sitting...,

Avni : maa....

Hearing Avni's voice everyone looked at her..,

Bebe : Neil....

Avni : he is fine.... Bebe you all should be meet him.... he need to see you all... he is scared...and please don't talk about the incident to him....

Bebe nods and everyone made their way to Neil's room.... while avni wiped her tears and walked to her cabin....

She pushed her cabin door and slumped on the chair... she picked of her phone and dialled a number...,.

While other side everyone met Neil.... Neil was still scared but smiled seeing them... everyone didn't failed to notice different Neil...

Sorry not updating last three days.... some of you may know I had last assignment to do which I took my weekends to do it.... I have almost finished. Sorry about that... I took Friday of because of my laziness....
