I opened my eyes slowly and it was storming outside. I turned to see Deandra still sleeping. I kissed her bare shoulder and got off the bed. I put my pants on and walked out from my room.

I made some coffee and went straight to the bathroom. Washing my face, brush my teeth and shave too. I walked out with my iPad and started checking on my emails. Thank God, it's Saturday because on rainy days, it's better to stay inside.

I felt Deandra's hands on my bare shoulder from the back and her hands slowly went down to my chest.

"Good morning." She kissed my cheek and proceed to sat on my lap. She was wearing my white shirt unbuttoned except for the middle one.

"Deandra." I let out a long sigh.

"Yes, Kai?"

"You're.."

"What? Did I do something wrong?" She asked in an innocent tone. She leaned her back to me and grabbed both of my hands.

"Don't move, let me guide you." She whispered.

"Close your eyes." I closed my eyes and she put both of my hands on her breast. She took off her shirt and made me caress and play with it. She slowly guided me down to her stomach and then to her thigh and lastly to her entrance.

She even guided me to pleasure her and it was a new experience for me. I was going crazy having her on my lap, touching and pleasuring herself.

"Let's continue on the kitchen table." She said and it only took me seconds to lift her up and continued everything in the kitchen. After a few rounds, in the kitchen and then in the bedroom and then in the living room.. we ended up watching the rain completely naked on his sofa.

"I think I want to stay in New York more." Deandra said as she turned to me.

"Why?"

"Because.. I just love it. I think New York has it's own uniqueness."

"Are you sure?"

"I mean I still can go back to Paris anytime I want. I'm pretty sure I want to stay here more."

"But your father, he.. won't give us blessings if I don't move to Paris." I said and Deandra chuckled.

"Don't worry about him. He loves you already, he just wanted to test you."

"So.. you agree to marry me?" I asked and she looked at me without saying anything.

"Is this your proposal?" She asked.

"Uhmm no.. not yet." I said nervously because there's no way that this is my proposal.

"Then you will get your answer once you propose to me." She smiled and she kissed my cheek before getting up and walked straight to the bathroom. I decided to use the other bathroom.

I love rain. I love seeing and listening to it. Now, I'm currently eating steak while looking outside the window.

"Sometimes.. I thought I was dreaming." I turned to Kai and as he looked at me smiling.

"Dreaming? Why?"

"Having you as my girlfriend and the fact that I love you so much." He said as he held my hand caressing it.

"You never loved someone before?" I asked curiously and he shook his head.

"I've had girlfriends before but I never loved any of them. I'm sure you had a lot of suitors too.. have you took interest in them?" He asked as he raised his eyebrows.

"I did have a lot of suitors and of course, I was interested in some of them."

"What happened?"

"Tristan helped me a lot, selecting them." I said as I looked at the rain that's getting heavy and heavier.

"You know that he-"

"Kai.." I turned to him and Kai sighed.

"You can't blame me, he's in love with you."

"And you're the person that I love, why are you so worried?" I put my hand on his cheek and he shook his head. "I never loved him, he's my friend. We're in the same circle."

"Marry me, Deandra." He looked straight into my eyes.

"Is this your proposal?" I asked to make sure because I don't really mind if he propose me like this. I just want to make sure that he's not asking it out of jealous.

"Yes.." He sighed as he looked down.

"No.. I'm not asking you because I'm jealous, Deandra. Because I really.. love you and I just-"

"Yes, I'll marry you." I said and he looked up to me completely shocked.

"Really?"

"Yes!" I said and he hugged me tightly.

"For real?"

"Yes!"

"Are you really?"

"Yes!" I said again and he was so speechless.

"Kai, I said yes.."

"No.." He suddenly said making me raise my eyebrows.

"Kai, do you realise that this has been going around two days in a row?" I hissed.

"No.." He said and he suddenly got up.

"Where are you going?"

"I will be right back, don't even think about going anywhere!" He said as he ran out from the apartment leaving me alone in confusion.

"What is going on?" I got up and decided to grab my phone. Thalia had called me so I decided to call her back.

"Hey Thal, is everything okay?" I asked.

"I really need your help."

"Tell me.."

"I need to get rid of Mario, I hate that man!" Thalia hissed.

"So what do you want me to help?"

"Help me find him a suitable woman, how about your friend Carmelia?" Not her picking Carmelia to be with Mario.

"Are you sure? What if Mario likes her?"

"Deandra, I want him to like her. All I want is for Mario to get lost.."

"Instead Carmelia, how about Elise?" I asked and I know for sure Thalia will pick Carmelia more because Carmelia is basically the opposite of Thalia but Elise is pretty similar to Thalia, herself.

"Why Elise?" Thalia asked back and I wanted to laugh so bad hearing her ask that question.

"I mean.. Elise is a pretty cool girl. I bet he will take interest in her. You want to get rid of him fast right?"

"Yeah."

"Then.. take Elise, he will get out of your sight instantly." I suggested.

"Okay."
