Kai Moretti

I introduced Deandra and immediately they become bestfriends. They clicked right away and I'm so glad that they do because Vania and I pretty close with each other.

I tried so hard not to leave Deandra's side tonight but she forced me to just go hangout with my family. She's talking to couple of cousins and Caspian pulled me away to have a alcohol party with all of my cousins.

They kept giving me shots that it was hard to not accept it because I was not in this alone. We all took shots together and I always find myself checking on Deandra.

"Dude, tell us how do you get someone like her?" I turned to Malik.

"I really can't say how, it's just fate." I said because that's the truth. I was not looking for someone to date, she just came into my life.

"So you're serious with this one?" Zachary asked and I nodded.

"Really serious."

"Good to hear that." Malik said as he patted my shoulder. I turned to Deandra and she was talking to my mom.

Deandra Serano

"Hi Deandra." I turned to see Kai's mother walking to me right when Kai's cousin left me alone.

"Hi." I smiled.

"It's really nice to have you here." She said.

"Your family is really nice, Ms. Moretti."

"Please call me Whitney." She said as she put her hand on my mine patting it.

"Oh okay."

"You know that Kai usually is not the type to go to weddings. I think he's making it an exception since it's Vania's wedding." She said and I turned to see Kai talking to his cousins and having a lot of shots.

"I know that we're not the best parents, I bet he told you that. We demanded a lot of things from him and it made him go crazy and just start being distance." She said and I turned back to her.

"Your son is an amazing person. He really work so hard to be where he's at now. I know he's not the perfect son that you wish for but one thing for sure.. he just want to be himself, do what he wants and achieve what he wants to achieve. You should understand that and be proud of that."

"I know."

"I can't blame him for making a big distance because demanding your own children to be someone that you want them to be is not the best feeling in the world. The fact that he's doing so well right now is one of the evidence that him standing on his own is so much better." I said and I know I might go over the line but somehow his parents need to know how much his son is worth.

She didn't say anything and suddenly Kai came to me. She grabbed my hand and he turned to his mother.

"Let's go, I'm tired." Kai said and I nodded. I got up and wrapped my arm around his hips because I think he's a little drunk.

"Did she say something mean?" Kai asked.

"No, she just say she's glad that I came." I said and we walked out from the venue. He took out his phone calling his driver and we got in. As soon as we got in, Kai leaned to me completely drunk.

I got up with a really bad headache. I sat up and there's already a glass of water and an advil. I walked out of my room and saw Deandra sleeping on the sofa with an iPad.

I decided to freshen up first because I was wasted. I took a cold shower and quickly walked out to check on Deandra. I picked her up and laid her on the bed. I kissed the top of her forehead.

I checked my phone and there's a message from my mom. It was a really long message and I sat on my sofa in the living room reading it.

I was surprised because she apologized about everything. She said she regretted all the things that she said to me and she wanted to fix things. She said that Deandra made her realized about it.

I put down my phone and looked out the window. Even though they apologized now but still the sacr is there. I will never be gone and sometimes a second chance would never hurt anyone.

But it's still hard for me to have them around. I still need time to process and maybe in the future we can be more understanding with each other but not now.

Deandra Serano

I got a call from my secretary early in the morning telling me that there's a little bit of emergency back in Paris. I have to go back immediately and Kai was sad about it.

He can't take me either because he has a lot of work. He was not letting my hand go even we're already in front of my private jet.

"There will be another charity event next week, the one that I told you about." I said and he nodded.

"I know, I will go.. but I don't want you to go now."

"Okay, don't be a baby." I said and he pulled me into a hug.

"I'll miss you."

"You'll see me next week playing polo but this time.. no more chaos." I said and he pulled away. He gave me a peck on my lips and ruffled my hair.

"Call me when you get there okay?"

"Yes, Mr. Moretti."

"Go." He smiled and I nodded. I walked into the plane and sat right next to the window. I waved at him and he waved me back.

"I love you." He mouthed and I nodded.

See you next week bad boy because next week would be so fun. Maybe another chaos will occur again but not by me.

Maybe.. I won't be involved.
