It's a bright early morning in the U.A. district on the most northern part of wall Maria. A young Izuku Yagi is running around his house happily, today was a special day for him it was his fourth birthday and on their fourth birthday, the citizens of the U.A district find out if they will have a quirk or not. Izuku's parents Inko and Toshinori Yagi were both high-ranking members of the Scouts Hero regiment and had high expectations for their son.

"Mommy, Daddy hurry up I want to know if I'll get a quirk or not." Izuku says happily as he jumps up and down excitedly.

"Calm down Izuku we have plenty of time to make it there." Inko says as she puts on her jacket.

"Yes my son, and once we determine if you have a quirk we will start training with it so you can be just like us." Toshinori says with a smile.

"I can't wait I want to be like Captain All Might! And Captain Telnetik." Izuku says happily.

Toshinori chuckles at his son's joy and pats his head, "Well let's get going." Toshinori says and holds Izuku's left hand and Inko holds Izuku's right and they swing him as they walk to the doctor.

(Time skip doctors)

Izuku and his parents were waiting patiently for the doctor to call them into the room. Izuku sees some kids around his age playing with some blocks one is a girl with red hair on her left side and white hair on her right, she also had a dark gray eye on her right and blue eye on her left, and another was a girl with all black hair with a single red strand at the very front of her hair and she had deep blue eyes, and the finale one was a girl with long pinkish hair tied into pigtails with Ruby colored eyes.

"Hello, I'm Izuku Yagi." Izuku said and smiled at the three girls and stuck his hand out. All three had a slight blush over their cheeks. 'Cute.'  They all think at once.

"Hello, I'm Shona Todoroki." The girl with white and red hair says and shakes Izuku's hand and smiles.

"Hey, the name's Ryuko Matoi got it?" Ryuko asked and put on a tuff girl act. 'Why did I do that?!' Ryuko asks herself internally.

"Hello, I'm S-Stella Vermillion." Stella said with a stutter and blushed more as shook Izuku's hand.

"It's nice to meet all of you." Izuku says and smiles his signature bright smile.

'He's so cute.' They all think at once.

All the mothers looked on and smiled while all the fathers felt a chill run down their spines and could only think of one thing. 'My god have mercy on your soul.' They all think once.

Soon a nurse comes out. "Izuku Yagi, the doctor will see you now." The nurse said

Inko walked over to Izuku and held her hand out to Izuku and smiled. "Let's go see the doctor sweetie." Inko said.

"Ok, mama." Izuku said and took her hand. "Bye." Izuku said and waved bye to the girls who waved back.

(Doctor's office.)

Izuku, Inko, and Toshinori are all waiting for the doctor to come in and go over the results from earlier in the week. Soon the door opens and the doctor walks in holding a clipboard and sits down. "Hello I'm Doctor Stein, and looking over this I have some bad news, Izuku is quirkless." Stein says.

"WHAT?!" Inko and Toshinori ask in shock.

"Yes even those quirks are fairly new for us we have noticed the people that develop quirks only have one joint in their pinky toe, but looking over the file, another examination performed by another doctor earlier still shows that Izuku has two joints." Dr. Stein says.

Izuku hasn't moved since he heard the news he just saw lips moving but could hear no sound. The next thing he remembers was being taken out of the doctor by his father. When they reached home Izuku finally broke his silence. "Mommy, Daddy can I still be in the hero regiment even though I don't have a quirk?" Izuku asked.

"Shut up." Inko and Toshinori said quietly and with anger.

"What?" Izuku asked not hearing them.

"Shut up." They said a little louder with more anger.

"Mommy, Daddy I can't hear you ." Izuku said.

"SHUT UP!" They yelled at him.

Izuku stepped back in fear and began crying. "Why are you yelling?" Izuku asked crying.

Inko walked over and slapped him hard Toshinori followed by a punch to the gut. "YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO BE OUR LEGACY!" They yelled and started to beat Izuku mercilessly and left him there bruised and battered.

(Time skip 2 years .)

The following 2 years have been difficult on Izuku his parents beat him constantly, ignore him, and give him their table scarps as nourishment. Today Izuku is walking down the street starving and soon sees a group of kids his age playing deciding to go over and be friendly but before he can reach them he is shoved by his best friend turned bully. "Hey Deku." Bakugou says with a smirk. Hearing the commotion the kids who were all female looked over.

"H-Hey Kacchan." Izuku says nervously.

"So tell do you know what today is?" Katsuki asks.

"Is it the day you realized how important our friendship is to you and leave me alone?" Izuku asked.

"Wow Deku you are dumb aren't you? Today is the day the nine chose their new hosts, and guess what I'm in the running to be chosen by one of them." Katsuki said with a smirk. "Tell me do you still want to join the hero regiment?" Katsuki asked.

"Yes more than anything." Izuku said and soon received an explosion to the face. "If you want a quirk jump off the wall and right into a tiants mouth." Katsuki said and walked off laughing.

Izuku looked around and saw people looking at him, not wanting to stay any longer Izuku decided to walk off.

"Wait." I girl with black hair tied into a ponytail cried out but Izuku Ignored her and kept walking.

"Momo, I think we should let him be for now." A girl with green eyes and orange hair said

"But Itsuka, he looked so sad and hurt". Momo said.

"Not to mention cute." A girl with green eyes and green hair said with a small blush.

"Yeah." Itsuka and Momo said and blushed.

"Girls we have to get going the ceremony will start soon." A girl with half-red and half-white hair said.

"Shona is right let's go." A girl with fawn hair and brown eyes said.

"Ok, Camie." A girl with pink skin and hair said.

"Wow, Mina you listened to Camie are you feeling ok?" Momo asked.

"I'm fine let's go." Mina said and the girls followed behind
