Eren pov

This is all so messed up with me. Also that Chibi Chibi isn't with me and that I'm going to court by this power I have in within me. What the hell he'll I going on?

I then heard a bang on the bars to see a crazy woman staring right at me with wild eyes as I jumped frighten.

"So your Eren. A pleasure meet you acquaintance at this point of day. I'm captain Hanji Zoey. "She says

"Don't worry Eren, it's already time for you to come out. Buttttttt.....you'll have to put these on. "She held out handcuffs as she puts it on my wrist while walking down the hall

I don't know I'm getting into that I didn't know I was a titan. How am I going to protect Chibi Chibi when she doesn't have a gaurdian? She'll have to be sent into the orphanage and get adopted. I don't want that to happen and we'll never see each other again.

"Here's our stop! "Hanji interrupt my thought as we were standing in front of huge doors

"Now that we have this conversation I'm sure things will go well." She says as the military police were going to escort me in but I struggle to hold Hanji to wait

"Wait! Hold on a second!" I said looking at her

"Things are going to be challenging for all is. We all have faith in you Eren. "She said as she shut the doors as I looked around the courtroom to see scared and horrifying faces that were looking right me. Then I then saw my friends and...Chibi Chibi!

"Let's get started, shall we?"I heard the judge asked as I was put on my knees while a pole was between the handcuffs

"Your name is Eren Jaeger isn't it?" The judge asked

"Yes sir." I respond

"Very pleased to see you and I heard about the incident that happen in trost. As you may know that their are going to be suggestions that each group leader will have to experiment you and keep you in check. We have the military police and the survey corps." He said

"Chibi Chibi, you gotta stay still and I know you want to be with Eren. But you gotta behaved." I heard Armin whisper to her as I look over to see Chibi Chibi with her arms out that she wanted to be held

'I wish I could hold you Chibi Chibi.' I said in my head

"So with do with respect your honor we have some reports that become shocking to what we've read." Nile a soldier leader of the military police

"Eren Jaeger and Mikasa Ackerman at the age of 10, were considering to kill two men in the cabin by stabbing them to death. "He said as the whole courtroom gasped to what they just heard

"How do you recall from this statement from what you just heard from Nile?"

"That was years ago and they kidnapped Mikasa as I speak. I wanted to protect her and not just let her stay with those dirtbags to get herself killed." I explain

"Then explain about how back in trost that you were acting strange in your titan that you were unable to control your titan that you then hit Mikasa Ackerman." He said as I looked at him and then at Mikasa shocked

"Chibi!" I heard as I could see Chibi Chibi trying to get out of Armins grasp still

"I'm not trying to intolerant that child being in this jury needs to be in. Who is responsible for her to be exact?" He asked

"T- That would be me." I said

"By any chance that you have been holding on to that kid to let it live during missions. I never in my life would start having a child coming in missions but to only remain at the orphanage or with a parent." Nile said

"Hey! She is mine and I promised myself that I would protect her at any cost!" I yelled

"She has no reason to be here!" He yelled

"So what!?  I was to first to make eye contact with her and she is under my responsibility! You don't know what it is like to be having to-" I was cut off by captain Levi who kicked me in the face as my tooth was knocked out

I look at him for a sec as he continues to kick me as I groan in the pain by it.

"Chibi!" I heard who was in front of me that peeked my right eye to see Chibi Chibi with her arms out

"Oi, why is this brat in the way?" Levi asked

"On the reports it said that this little girl who's name is to be Chibi Chibi is with Eren Jaeger." The judge says as kept weeping on the ground in the pain that captain Levi gave me

"Your honor I would like a proposal." I heard commander Erwin spoke out the whole room

"What proposal for what you decide on this commander Erwin?"

"I have a proposal that Eren will be helpful on the missions that includes fighting the titans and to make I more reasonable to get the expeditions done faster." He said

"Hmm...I have to think about it."
