D - I dare Toothless to make Hiccup as late as possible for the Academy

Hiccup: Well, see you tomorrow Astrid!

Astrid: Remember, we're meeting at the Academy tomorrow at noon!

Hiccup: Okay, goodnight.

Astrid: night!

*Next morning*

Hiccup: *Wakes up* Morning bud! Let's go get breakfast and then go to the Academy early. We don't want to be late!

Toothless: *Opens one eye and smirks at Hiccup, then rolls over and falls back asleep*

Hiccup: Alright then, I guess you don't want any breakfast? Fine...I'll eat all by myself...and throw away all of the Icelandic cod, seeing as you don't seem interested.

Toothless: *Jumps up and races down the stairs*

Hiccup: *Grins and shakes his head*

*twenty minutes later*

Hiccup: Do we have to? ugh, fine. It's just more work for you though...going the long way around Berk to the Academy.

*On their way to the Academy, just passing the far end of Berk*

Toothless: *Suddenly twists his tail strangely to break the prosthetic piece. Both dragon and rider fall onto the ground*

Hiccup: Aw man, what happened? I wasn't even moving my foot! I guess we'll have to walk back bud. This is not good. We are definitely going to be late.

Toothless: *Shrugs* Starts walking, purposefully leading the unknowing Hiccup in the opposite direction.

*Two hours later*

Hiccup: Are you sure we are going in the right direction bud? Cause usually I can see Raven point by now...

*Another hour later*

Hiccup: *sees something in the distance* Oh no! Toothless, do you see that dock? That's the one on the far end of Berk, normally only accessed by boat. We are really far from home bud...

Toothless: *Starting to feel bad for what he did and is about to tell Hiccup what happened...*

Hiccup: Ahah! See that plant Toothless? The bark is so tough, I could use it to temporarily fix your tail, and we could fly home!"

*Once the tail is fixed, Hiccup falls asleep on Toothless while he flies home because of all the walking they did*

Toothless: *Feels bad for what he did, but now that they are home, he continues the dare*

Hiccup: *Stays asleep until eleven o'clock the next day, then wakes up*

Hiccup: *Looks at the sun* Oh No! it's almost time to go to the Academy, it's a good thing we got home on time!

*When they reach the Academy, there is no one there. They wait for an hour, and just when they decide to leave, Astrid flies in on Stormfly*

Astrid: *Marches up to Hiccup and punches him hard on the arm* Where have, you been! We waited for hours! and then you show up the next DAY at twelve o'clock. What were you thinking! Ugh, never mind! *Turning on her heel, while marching over to Stormfly and flying off*

Hiccup: *Scratches his head, confused*

Toothless: *Sheepishly tells Hiccup what he did*

Hiccup: What! So I've been gone for an entire day, and I got lost in the forest because you, took a dare?...Oh, your sorry? Well, that's just great isn't it!

*Silence*

Hiccup: *sighs, then starts laughing* Astrid's face! Oh, man! I must admit that it is quite funny when I think about it. Okay bud, your forgiven. Let's go and get some food, I'm hungry.

Toothless: *Purrs happily at being forgiven*

*Flies off in the direction of home*
