Hmmmm, well it depends on what region you're talking about. In Kanto, I would go for Bulbassaur because he is the most powerful out of the three and in Kalos, I would go for Froakie because he's so cute and powerful. For Shinnoh, I would go for Piplup because he's so adorable and he's a freaking PENGUIN. I can't think of the other region's starter off the top of my head but if Drago reminds me, I will tell him in the comments!
