Hey guys, yes it's been awhile. I miss you all omg. Unfortunately my phone does not have any device storage left and thus the wattpad app in my phone keep undergoing an error and I can't open it since it keeps closing on its own. Even though I already deleted many of my applications and pictures, my storage is still full... I seriously only have 1% space left.

 But anyways let's talk about something else... I apologize for not answering your comments.. I read them though (but only the comments in the recent chapters). I apologize that I didn't pay attention to the old chapters and thus, I didn't see your comments (maybe it's because I'm too lazy to scroll)... and let's not talk about my notifications. God knows I always have like 99+ notifications omg.

Thus, the fastest AND most effective way to reach me is too send me a direct message or just post something on my wall. Oh and I don't mind the votes nor the comments spam. I'm actually very happy that you all still comments and vote on my VERY slow updating art book. I wish I can update as much as other wattpad artists and pay more attention to you guys. But you all know that I took AGES to complete a drawing. Furthermore, the time that I spend on art decreases as exams are getting closer and closer.

Did I talk too much? Ok guys let's move on since I think you'll feel bored with me talking too much but I don't mind if you skip my talking part too lmao. Anyways, the artwork that I want to share with you today features my oc Kara. She's like the model for art zone lol XD But I use her anyways since she's my only oc that doesn't have any specific story and au that bound her. Well, there's a new one though (if you remember smol from the last chapter).

This artwork was actually made to celebrate my 800th followers in wattpad. YES THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU ALL FOR THE 800TH FOLLOWERS. Oh and this was also made to celebrate the one year anniversary of art zone and that's why I use Kara in the drawing. The artwork itself is called "Cyber Connection". As you can see in the artwork, we are interconnected with one another through all sorts of social medias and online platforms.

Moving on to the artwork.... I'm going to share some pictures of the progress. We'll start with the sketch of course!

Next, I'm going to skip a lot of things since I was too focus at the moment that I forgot to take a picture of thee drawing.

Done with the skin colouring for the face and the neck. In addition, I also finished the colouring of the eyes.

Finished colouring half of the hair :v This actually took me so long since I used a lot of colours for the hair... and the skin too actually.

In here, I finished the mask although I'll change the colour of the mask. Now let's get on with the clothing. Before that, I apologize for the quality of the pictures as some of the photos have bad lighting and resolution.

What are cloth foldings omg...

I actually really like the blue for the shirt.

Ok... This is the part where I became even more confuse with the folds. I need more practice in drawing folds since I seriously don't know if this is even correct or not. I usually just use my so called instinct when it comes to folds.

Made the white part of the shirt darker and somewhat fixed the folds on the shirt. In addition, I coloured the phone red cause why not? Red is a vibrant and a contrasting colour to the blue and thus, this helps to emphasis the phone.

Background omg....

The black background makes the drawing and the social media icons to become more eye catching and thus, making them the main focus of the artwork. Trust me, I had a difficult time doing the background as I spilled the black ink all over my hand and it is a copic ink so it is waterproof.

I was actually rather active in wattpad but only to read as uploading a chapter is rather time consuming and need a lot of data especially for the pictures. God knows how long it took for the pictures to load omg, but anyways I'm do--- wait I have one more artwork to be included in this chapter..

A drawing of a Chinese phoenix for an elderly in the nursing home. The Chinese handwriting was written by my friend just for your information as I can't speak, write nor read Chinese whether it is hokkian or cantonese or what ever it is. My friend that the phoenix is one of the symbol for good luck and thus, I choose to draw the phoenix as a form of well wishes for the person.
