The accepted powers fall into 4 main categories. Powers that fall outside of these categories are generally rejected. If one is to powerful to be contained they are rejected due to being a danger to society.

Energy manipulation is one of the more common powers that people possess. This could be control over fire, lightening, or even temperature in general. Powers that follow under this categories are accepted.

Molecular manipulation is the most common power. It can be manifested in many ways. It can be the ability to control water, controlling the ground beneath you or even cause chemical reactions around you.

Biological manipulation is a rarer power but still common enough to be accepted. Powers under this category includes creating phermones, augmenting natural abilities and boosting the powers of people around you.

Mental powers are a heavily debated topic among the concil members whether this should be allowed. Currently it is an acceptable category. This category has altering thoughts, illusions, and dreamwalking.

The other category covers anything that does not fall into the 4 main categories. Most people in the other category are rejected from society but it is on a case to case basis. Especially when it comes to physical mutations. Some mutations such as cat ears or angel wings are accepted while any mutations that give off the appearance of danger is rejected.

Having no powers make you a lesser. Lessers are rejected for being 'inferior' to the accepted.
