Please do not take this the wrong way, I like the headcanons I am about to talk about, but the way they are getting forced upon others is just out of hand and at this point getting pretty irritating. Okay now, here goes...

This is a rant about how forced the trans headcanons of characters are getting pretty bad and are making some part of the lgbtqia+ community look a little bad {{TW// mentions of transphobia and I will sound a little pissed off, just a heads up-}} about how twitter is so tiring about forcing the 'a character is trans and it's officially canon because they said so'

So basically, "[blank] IS TRANS AND THE WRITERS ARE TRANSPHOBIC!!1! AND HERE'S WHY [insert them technically saying, "I don't like the characters being cis, so let's make them trans and lets keep lying about how the writers who just wanted a make a random character crossdress n shit transphobic~ ✨❤❤✨"]"

I'm definitely not saying it implies to all games, a few may have been purposely offensive assholes which I understand why people would be angry (honestly I'd also be annoyed af, cuz fuck you, trans rights-). But the ones with like Naoto from Persona 4 kinda piss me off, like, she's literally trying to prove women can be as smart and powerful as men can in men dominated places like the police force??? So again canonically she's a tomboy I guess.. People get angry when you "misgender" her when they're thinking of said headcanon (which fyi I kinda love it myeslf lol, but it's so embarrassing when a dumbass aka tumblr refugee has to shove it down a person's throat when they just wanna talk about her canonically from the game..)

Or like Chihiro [forgot how you spell it..] From Danganronpa. I can't say for sure if they're actually a he or she. According to what I remember from the game (I'll update my thoughts once I re-research it's like 2:30 a.m. dude don't rush me, I'll apologize and all most likely by the afternoon tomorrow-), they we're canonically male but disguised himself as a girl so he wouldn't be judged as badly for being weak and sensitive. But since I'm not really into the game and somehow it all confuses me that I don't know what they identify as anymore. Like, can you not get angry at me when I accidentally say he/him or aggressively correct me when I say she/her when they dressed as a girl (even when they were called the t slur Monokuma [again, bad at remembering how to spell names-] had to say it wasn't right to say such a word) just to avoid such bullying? So I just stick to they/them because I just got so confused, I'm sorry if you personally are offended. I just really am..

TDLR: I'm sick of people FORCING the "This character is trans!" and/or "THE WRITERS ARE TRANSPHOBIC BECAUSE THEY MADE A CHARACTER I LIKE STAY CIS [EVEN THOUGH ALL THEY LITERALLY DO IS CROSS DRESS SO THEY CAN FIT INTO THE ENVIRONMENT WITHOUT GETTING SERIOUSLY HARMED]!!1!" You can like the headcanon but just don't be an asshat about it. Like, just don't even think about talking if you're so easily pissed when someone says their pronouns the way the game originally introduced said character as.

Shorter tldr: Trans headcanon okay. Forcing headcanon in an aggressive and honestly stupid way - shut the fuck up ✨
