Luna knocked at his door. "David?" she said as she entered. "David what are you doing? Hold on where are you going?" "Oh Luna I'm sorry that I left you there." "It's ok I'm more concerned about you, is everything ok?" "No I seriously can't believe that he did that." "That was pretty low of him but where are you going?" "I've been thinking lately and I'm going back to Earth for a little while, I'm tiered of this place!" he said as he sat on the ledge by the window overlooking the city. Luna sat in between his legs and wrapped his arms around her.

"When are we leaving?" she asked. "Luna I want you to stay here." "What why?" she asked. "Because I want you to keep watch for me, let me know what's going on with my father and the whole kingdom, I will be back for that celebration." "You know going to Earth would have been our little anniversary trip but I guess this is more important." Luna said.

"You think that Earth would be our anniversary trip I don't think so It's going to be much bigger for missing a year and a few months worth." "Just be careful and say hi to Danny for me." "Of Corse I will." "Sigh when are you going to leave?" "Tommorow maybe I'm not sure."

She pulled him close and kissed him, just as she let go Rachel walked in unannounced. "David are you ok you looked upset." She said.

Luna kept looking outside. "No I'm not mad at you I'm just mad at my dad, I'm sorry I can't go out with you I'm going away for awhile and I want to spend time with Luna." "Oh, well where are you going?" "That a secret, I can't trust you." "Oh I understand so can I hang out with you and... what was her name?" "UGH her name is Luna and no we just want to be alone." "I understand I'll leave you alone." She said was she closed the door. "So where are we going for our anniversary?"

"Nope not telling you Its a surprise." "I... yawn.... hate when you do that." She said sleepy like. "So what do you think about Rachel?" "She's.... yawn....seems nice." She said was she fell asleep in his arms. "Yeah your right there's only one..." he was she fell asleep. He kissed her on the forehead and continued to look out the window, a little later he also fell asleep.

About an hour later Rachel came back and took the necklace that David gave her. "Soon David, soon they will have you back where you belong. She said. The girl left the room and transformed and flew away. The next morning the sun shown on David's face It felt nice and energizing.

Luna started to move, she remembered that she had fallen asleep in David's arm she felt safe and comfortable, but they had their jobs to do and David had to leave for Earth. She wanted to stay like that all day.

She kissed him on the cheek. "David?" "Huh?" "It's time to get up you have your royal jobs to do before you leave." "Do I have to get up? I'm so comfortable." "So am I but if your father finds out he'll have my head. David's eyes popped open. "He won't do that not while I'm here."

He said as he squeezed her tighter. "Ok fine we will stay here." "Yay!" he yelled. So they stayed there for a little longer. Shortly after that he heard a knock at the door. "David are you up?" Rachel called. "Rachel what is she doing here?" Luna asked. "I don't know maybe she didn't leave last night." "Well you better answer her." Luna said while panicing.

"Yeah I'm up."

"Come on your father is expecting you for breakfast!" she yelled. "Ok I'm coming." "Sigh... I'm not even supposed to be here David." "Don't worry I'll ask my dad if you can join us for breakfast, then when I leave you sneak off to your room and change, then if he says it's ok I'll come and get you."

"And if not?" She asked "Then I'll meet you in the middle of the garden at our regular time." "Ok." She got up, David went to the bathroom and he changed and went down stairs. "Good morning David." His father said. David didn't say anything. "Good morning Rachel and Tyler." He said to them.

"Sigh... I can see you're still mad about what happened last night." The King said. David still said nothing. "Son I'm sorry I just want you to be happy later on in life."

"I am happy Dad with Luna I don't need anyone else." "I see that now son but still Luna is a commoner she's just a girl." "You know what she's just the girl that brought me back to you!" he yelled. His dad was silent because he knew it was true. "Your right son what can I do to make it up to you?" "Invite Luna to breakfast." David said without even thinking.

"EW a commoner eating with us that's gross." Rachel said. "She's not a commoner she's special to me." David said. Then he looked at her neck and saw the necklace that he gave Luna David didn't want to say anything just yet he didn't know if it was a coincident but he had his suspicion. He ran off to Luna's room and knocked.

He opened the door and saw Luna sitting at the window. "Hey my dad said its o..." David saw Luna looked upset. "Hey you ok?" Luna didn't answer. "Luna?" he walked toward her and sat beside her and put his arm around her. "What's wrong Luna?" David asked. "Sob...I lost the necklace.
