"Why am I carrying a helmet again?" Jaden asked Yusei while they were walking down the stairs. He was holding a gray helmet in his hands because his roommate asked him to bring it.

"The garage that I work at isn't close to the apartment," Yusei explained while he held a red helmet in his hands. "So we're going to have to take my motorcycle there."

"Cool, I can't wait! How fast are you gonna drive it?"

"We'll see." The two got to the bottom floor and headed outside to the parking lot. "It's not that I can't drive really fast," Yusei said. "It's just that I haven't found a good place to test it out."

"But you're a mechanic," Jaden pointed out. "Shouldn't you be able to test how fast a vehicle can go without the engine going out?"

"You can run tests on it while the bike itself is stationary. However, a real test run should be on the actual road. I just wish that I can do it without getting caught by police." Yusei frowned as he said this, disappointed by the fact.

"Well, I'm sure you'll find the best place to test out the engines you've been working on," Jaden encouraged as they keep walking towards Yusei's motorcycle.

"I hope so." The two finally got to the red motorcycle and Yusei sat down to start it up.

"Did I ever mention that it's awesome that you built this motorcycle yourself?" Jaden mentioned.

"A few times," Yusei replied with a soft smile. "Hop on." His roommate happily hopped right behind Yusei onto the motorcycle , while Yusei in turn got the engine running and put his helmet on. "Are you ready?"

"Almost," Jaden answered. He put on the gray helmet and exclaimed, "Okay, I'm ready!"

"Then we'll hit the road." Yusei began to drive out of the parking lot and onto the road of the city. "By the way, I tweaked the engine and accelerator chip to make the motorcycle run smoother," Yusei mentioned as they drove along.

"I can definitely tell!" Jaden replied with a louder voice.

"Is the engine too loud?"

"It's not that loud but I definitely have to speak up a little bit. But the motorcycle itself runs a lot smoother than the last time I was on it."

"How long ago was that?"

"I honestly don't remember!" The two kept talking for a while until the reached the downtown part of the city, where small shops reign in buildings on the sidewalks. It was a bit of a rougher part of the neighborhood, but that may be the reason why Yusei was able to get the workplace that he has now. It was relatively cheap.

"Almost there," Yusei said to Jaden. "You nervous?" The reason he said this was because Jaden was looking around a lot as soon as they hit downtown.

"No, it's just that I've never been downtown before," Jaden admitted while rubbing the back of his neck. He hasn't explored much of the city except for the area around the apartment complex.

"I'm sure you'll get used to it after coming here a few times...and we're here."
