The Supreme refuses to be defeated after everything he had for his own personal gain, he already lost the holders because the antiheroes already defeated them and claimed their miraculous.

"It's time to return the miracle box and renounce your eternal life" Ladybug approached the box.

"Grandmaster, you would make a better guardian. The other guardians chose wrong over you. This time, the story should be rewritten for you as a correction" Ladybug suggested.

"I would but I believe someone else needs the title. As a reward for your redemption, you will be the new guardian" Su-han said.

"Me?" Ladybug exclaimed.

"Yes. But it's your choice, Marinette" Su-Han said.

"Well.....I wouldn't be guardian without my kitty" Ladybug said.

"She's right. The miracle box might need two" Paw Noir said.

"My kitty has more knowledge in sensing danger than I do," Ladybug said.

"And bugaboo has more knowledge in sensing who is worthy of the miraculous," Paw Noir said.

"Then it's settled, you two are the new guardians of the miraculous. You've proven yourself of redemption and selflessness" Su-Han said.

"Care to do the honors?" Paw Noir asked.

"Yes, Kitty" Ladybug placed her hand on the box.

Paw Noir does the same and the miracle box chooses its new guardians and takes away the Supreme's place. It even removed his immortality.

"You can't do this to me!" The Supreme protested.

"That's enough! You already lost your title and you never did for the greater good. You nearly almost killed underage holders without telling them!" Grandmaster Su Han glared.

"Because they are expandable," The Supreme said but Paw Noir held his hand in front of him.

"Sorry Supreme but your luck has run out," He said.

"And luck chose to side with us," Ladybug said.

Paw Noir then hesitated to cataclysm The Supreme, but knew he was too dangerous to live, "CATACLYSM!" He went for the head.

Due to the force of the cataclysm, the Supreme screamed as he withered into ashes. Paw Noir looked away to not go through another death like his father went through. But he knew he did the right thing by avenging him.

"It's finally over, Kitty," Ladybug said.

"Totally over and to get my grievance out of me," Paw Noir said, feeling all of it getting out.

Ladybug held him close, "Same. We have a lot to do for Paris, to become its heroes"

"Yes, we do," Paw Noir said.

A while later, both visited Gabriel and Emilie's graves. As much as Adrien could've visited their funeral but he had little family from both of their sides but he did have one with the Supreme, his cousin. Marinette has joined him after she and her parents made up for abandoning and mistreating her. Adrien laid his flowers for his parents to tell them how much he misses them and that he can live to move on and focus on his future and put the past behind him.

"You made them proud by defeating the Supreme," Marinette said.

"If only they could've seen how much I loved them," Adrien said.

"Yeah," Marinette held his hand.

"If only I wasn't so foolish of myself to believe my father moved on when it was me the whole time I didn't move on" Adrien sighs for being a dumb kid a long time ago.

"We learn from our mistakes, one way or another" Marinette said.

"But how will I know it won't repeat again?" Adrien asked.

"As long as we honor them, protect Paris from new threats. To undo the damage we caused, and those we hurt" Marinette replied.

"Like Nino? I don't know if he wants to be my friend, considering how I treated him" Adrien wasn't so sure.

"I'm sure he'll forgive you. That was a very long time ago, Adrien. Even I hope Alya forgives me too. We both need more friends in our lives than just one" Marinette said.

Adrien glances at his parents' gravestones, hoping if this can be the right thing, "You're right, milady" Adrien smiled.

"Your mom and dad want you to continue living your own life while they are at peace. I know how much it hurts to lose loved ones but I'm still here for you" Marinette said.

"Thank you, Marinette" Adrien replied.

"And you know how much I love to hear your annoying puns and badass catchphrases every time you kick ass" Marinette scratched his chin.

"If you had any funny puns too, Princess" Adrien purred.

"I don't but yours are funny" Marinette chuckled.

"Come here, milady" Adrien pulls her in for a kiss.

Marinette kissed him back and heard him purr in happiness, despite being detransformed.

"Was that a purr?" She teased.

"Heh, or you can hear my heart purr" Adrien teased back.

"Oh, Adrien!" Marinette smirked.

"I may be a bad kitty but I do love snuggles," Adrien said.

"I know, Kitty" Marinette said before they left the graves.

The spirits of Emilie and Gabriel looking on proudly. Knowing that their precious little prince is moving on with his life and as their spirits are at rest, they take the form of a butterfly and peacock for Adrien to let them know they will always be there for him.

Adrien glanced back, smiling.

Spirits of the butterfly and the peacock were his parents who were once the holders of the butterfly and the peacock.

"Well done my son. You made us proud" Emilie's voice came from the peacock.

"Thank you," Adrien said before they vanished away.

Later on, as Ladybug and Paw Noir, they ran on the rooftops together. As new guardians of the miraculous, the former holders came back to Paris since the Supreme is dead and they got their miraculous back to ensure they do better than being forced by the Supreme's orders all those years ago. They made a vow to use them all for good, for now, and even changed their looks too. Then they spotted police cars chasing a van but could not catch up due to the shooting.

"Lucky charm!" Ladybug summoned a lucky charm Honda car as it landed on the street, "I drive, you on the roof!" She instructed.

"You got it, Ladybug" Paw Noir rushes up and stands on the roof.

The van was getting away from police cars but the robbers brought backup as other cars blocked the police cars from catching up.

"Take a shortcut!" Paw Noir said.

Ladybug drove after the car and at one point when they got on the side Paw Noir claws at the road to regain balance. He then leaps at the other car and tore the roof open, throwing the driver out.

Ladybug felt a bump on the road but could not see what she ran over, "What was that?!"

"Don't worry about it! I got this!" Paw Noir jumps to the other car.

Ladybug keeps following them. Paw Noir dodged the bullets from the other car before leaping over.

The van was still ahead and too far to jump to, "Milady, I can't jump across. I'm gonna have to strike with my staff. I hope I don't get them killed" Paw Noir said, holding his staff to get a good aim.

He aimed at the van and extended his staff. Throwing it with much intensity as it shoots straight through the back and through the windshield, stopping the van from crashing with the robbers in it.

"Looks like the bad cats in the bag!" Paw Noir got over.

The van's front was totaled and the driver looked bloodied from the accident. The police arrived in time to arrest them.

Paw Noir checked to make sure the robbers were not dead but could see they looked bloodied and injured, but luckily to be alive.

"Ooh, that's gonna take weeks to recover. You're all in 'bloody' hell" Paw Noir snickered.

"You....almost....killed....my ass!" The driver weakly said.

"Take them away and bring a medic," Paw Noir said to the officer.

"You totally kicked ass like a badass again. Do you ever get tired of being a badass than anyone?" Ladybug chuckled.

"No milady, I never get tired of that," Paw Noir said.

"That's what I love about you. You never get tired of anything stopping you" Ladybug scratched his chin for being a good kitty.

Reporters and photographers came to spread the news about their new heroes.

"Hello, all of Paris! Ladybug and Paw Noir at your service" Ladybug posed.

"Together to pounce any criminal around here," Paw Noir said as they got their picture taken.

With the Supreme dead, the newfound heroes used their powers for good and to protect their home Paris, the city of love.
