"Guys wait up!" You ran catching up to your friends Blue, Green, Red, and Vio. "Well hurry it up!" Blue called back at you. "You know I don't like being alone! Also you know its dangerous to go alone so take this!" You punched them in the face. "Owwie!" Red had tears falling off his cheeks. "Sorry Red..." you hugged Red.

"There's the girl!" That voice sounded familiar like it was... Shadow Link! But where was it coming from? "Y/N get behind us!" The four Links said. You nodded then ran behind them. "I'll protect Y/N while you three go fight!" Green stood guard in front of you.

You knew Green had feelings for you; he makes it so obvious. Y/N let's go do this, Y/N let's go do that together! "Green I can fend for myself," you sighed and took your (weapon) out and looked around getting ready for a fight. "Y/N, I don't care. I am going to protect no matter what!" Green turned to you an held your hand.

"Look at you two lovebirds, it's making me sick." Shadow appeared above you and Green on a low branch on the tree towering above you. "Shadow Link..." Green glared at Shadow who returned the glare. "Why have you come?" Green's grip on your hand tightened. Shadow walked over towards you. "To get the one Vaati wanted,"

"Now!" You heard Blue yell then saw him, Red, and Vio lunge at Shadow and combine their weapons, but it went right through him and broke the branch he was on and it fell towards you. Shadow quickly got off then pulled you out of Green's grasp. Green lunged at Shadow this time, and away from the branch that was on fire. "Y/N!" He reached for you just as Shadow disappeared with you.

Later you were thrown on the ground in front of somebody. You looked up at the person and gasped. It was him in his wind mage form. "Vaati..." you had the courage to only say his name. "Well aren't you pretty..." your heartbeat sped up as he started to walk towards you. "What's your name, cutie?" Vaati was now nose length away from you.

"Y-Y/N..." you could feel your face heat up. Vaati grabbed a piece of your hair. "Shadow Link was right, you are beautiful up close!" Vaati kissed the piece he grabbed then let it go. You looked away quickly. "Embarrassed?" Vaati gave a little peck on the cheek. "V-Vaati...." Vaati turned toward a door and called for Shadow Link. "Where did you find the beautiful Y/N again?" You looked at Shadow and glared at him. "With the other Links," Vaati gasped.

Weeks later, Vaati had been treating you like a princess. "Vaati, the Four Swords! They are here!" You were beginning to enjoy your time here with the Wind Mage himself, then Shadow had to ruin it. "Those filthy dogs...." Vaati turned to you and picked you up bridal style. You smiled a little as Vaati ran you to his room then set you down gently on his bed. "Stay here sweetie," you looked at Vaati. "I'll come back to get you when its all over!" Vaati smiled and turned to leave.

"Wait, Vaati...." you reached and grabbed his hand. "Yes princess?" As he looked at you, you got up then kissed him on the lips and he kissed back. "Vaati, don't go.... please? I love you..." Vaati was surprised to hear that a beautiful girl that was friends with the Hylian hero, or in this case, heroes, loved a villain.

"Y/N!" You knew that voice. 'Green.... I need to go see them!' You ran towards the door but Vaati stopped you by grabbing your arm. "I want you to be safe in here," he gave you a peck on the cheek. As you stared into his eyes, something made you uncomfortable. "Y/N....?" You froze in place. 'Its Green! Friiiiiiiiick!' You casted a glance at Green who ran at Vaati, sword above his head. Vaati wrapped his arms around you and floated above Link carrying you.

"This.... this isn't over!" You could tell Green was starting to cry. "Well now it is!" Vaati was getting ready to kill Green. "Spare him! Please! He's my friend!" You pleaded and hugged Vaati tightly. Looking at you, he resisted then hugged you back.

"Sorry Green, but I'm in love with the enemy..."
